In a world of modern science, there came something out of this world. It was superpower. It made the world shock. Cities were getting destroyed by people, rapid killings, and attacks out of lust. But in this era, a few people arose for the world to be secure—justice.
The group destroyed the villains and established law in the world. The emperor's name was Justin the Great. This government, formed from destruction, was built throughout by Justin and his comrades, who ruled the world. There was peace, but the world had already lost its pre-modern science due to no one knowing about the past.
They call this the Forgotten Year. Among the laws of this new government, its name is Felix Empire.
In these laws, the descendants of the villains are all to be killed.
After the death of Justin the Great, the world split, but still the descendants of the villains gradually decreased, making them rare. The power system works randomly. P-modern science is a new strange power system.

The P-scientists talk about the Forgotten Year. Even after 100 years later, stabilized world. Power became common. Work has downgraded to skill cards. A skill card is the power a person has. One may have only one skill card, and there is no limit for skills power—weak ones and strong ones.

A young man lives inside the destroyed city. He lives in a dust-filled place with a pillow, like a homeless mouse. The young man says, "Time to get my skill card."
He wears his hood like he is living in secret. He heads towards the center capital, the J-Empire.
