When Arjun reached the village, everything felt familiar — the dusty roads, children playing, and the peaceful silence he once ignored.
He walked toward the lake at sunset.
Nandini was sitting there, just like before.
For a moment, neither spoke.
Finally, Arjun said softly,
"I achieved success… but I lost peace."
Nandini looked at him, her eyes emotional but calm.
"I never wanted your success to stop," she said. "I just didn't want to disappear from your life."
Arjun understood completely.
