Keith Dempsey realized their plan had been exposed.
Unable to restrain himself, Leo Hale strode forward and punched him to the ground.
He grabbed the man's collar and demanded,
"Are people like you who the base works so hard to protect?"
He never imagined someone would target their own people.
The thought of how diligently Daniel Hale had served the base for so many days made him furious.
But Keith Dempsey just smirked, saying with a nonchalant look,
"'People like us'? Don't make yourself out to be so noble.
But how did you figure out this part of the plan?"
"That's not your concern. Take them all away,"
Adrian Shaw said.
"Wait a minute."
Nina Jacobs blocked their path.
She looked at Keith Dempsey. "This part?"
'Could they really have another phase to their plan?'
Nina Jacobs suspected she might be overthinking it.
But Keith Dempsey's brazen reaction and words struck her as extremely odd.
Keith Dempsey didn't seem to expect Nina Jacobs to ask that.
