Chapter 4 - Beauties

Love was the kind of thing that required no teacher.

Even now, Sasuke still felt a little dazed, as if everything was unreal.

"Husband… you're amazing."

Sasuke smiled. "Don't worry, Sakura. Your husband will protect you."

The Naruto world was anything but peaceful. To be precise, it was extremely dangerous.

In the original story, Sakura once had long, flowing pink hair that was beautiful and eye-catching. Later, after suffering setbacks, she cut it short.

Sasuke swore to himself—his wife's beautiful hair would be protected.

Perhaps sensing the strength and reassurance from her boyfriend, Sakura felt deeply moved.

Then, shyly, she said, "I really have to go now."

"Wait."

Sasuke stood up again and searched around the house.

Before the Uchiha massacre, he had been a proper elite clan heir

Even now, though he had become an orphan like Naruto, his living conditions were still far better.

At the very least, he had some money.

After finding some cash, he took Sakura's hand. "Come on. I'll walk you home."

They stepped outside.

The night air of Konoha was cool and refreshing. Sasuke couldn't help but sigh inwardly.

So this is the anime world.

From now on, his life would be extraordinary—limitless.

Sakura's face turned red again. Sasuke's hand was… a little too restless.

Fortunately, it was night, and there weren't many people on the streets.

'Sasuke has really changed so much.'

The feeling was sweet—but also a little overwhelming.

It was her first time being in love. If Sasuke hadn't been gentle earlier, leaving her with tender rather than painful memories, she might not have been able to accept everything so quickly.

"Come on, Sakura. Over there—it's Ichiraku Ramen."

When Sasuke saw the familiar ramen shop in Konoha, he felt a sense of nostalgia.

Back when he had been a shut-in, he had watched Naruto sit there alone countless times, eating ramen like it was the most delicious thing in the world.

But now, he wasn't alone.

With his arm around Sakura, he asked gently, "We've been busy all day and didn't eat. You must be hungry."

"Do you like Ichiraku Ramen?"

Sasuke was so considerate.

Not only was he personally walking her home, he was treating her to dinner—and even asking what she liked to eat.

For most couples, that would be normal.

For Sakura, it was enough to move her to tears.

'So happy…'

In the original story, even after she finally ended up with Sasuke, her life wasn't truly happy.

That Sasuke wasn't the type to stay home or care for his wife.

But this Sasuke—

Even after confirming their relationship, he hadn't grown distant or indifferent.

He was attentive. Gentle.

Even if he sometimes acted boldly with her, Sakura accepted it willingly.

"Yes… I like it."

So Sasuke led her inside Ichiraku Ramen.

It looked exactly like it did in the anime—simple décor, yet filled with a mouthwatering aroma.

It had also been Sasuke's first time stepping into adulthood with someone. He had exhausted himself and was starving.

"Boss, three bowls of ramen."

Teuchi, the owner of Ichiraku, looked both stern and kind at the same time. In the original story, he had always treated Naruto warmly, never rejecting him despite the Nine-Tails sealed inside him.

Though most scenes revolved around Naruto, Teuchi also knew Sasuke.

The name Uchiha Sasuke was well-known in Konoha.

It was just that Sasuke rarely came to eat here.

"Three bowls? Can the two of you finish that?" Teuchi asked, worried about wasting food.

Sasuke rubbed his stomach and laughed. "I'm starving. I can definitely finish two."

"And my girlfriend, Sakura—she hasn't eaten all day either. She can finish one, right?"

Sakura nodded shyly, her heart pounding.

Hearing Sasuke openly call her his girlfriend moved her deeply.

The way she looked at him now was full of love.

If she weren't worried about being scolded by her parents, she would have wanted to stay at Sasuke's house tonight.

She wanted to remain by his side every moment.

Teuchi looked surprised. "You two are dating?"

Sasuke nodded. "I like her. She likes me."

"How wonderful. You must cherish each other."

Teuchi smiled warmly. "Wait a moment. I'll start on the three bowls right away."

Besides the owner, Ichiraku also had his daughter.

Her name was Ayame.

She was a beauty as well, with a sweet smile, often helping out at the shop.

Tonight, she happened to be there.

While Teuchi went to cook, Ayame stepped out and saw Sasuke and Sakura sitting together. Even an outsider could sense the intimacy between them.

"Uchiha Sasuke…" Ayame recognized him immediately.

"You're the boss's daughter, right?" Sasuke remembered her from the anime, though her name had been hard to recall.

"My name is Ayame. I didn't expect Uchiha Sasuke to come eat at Ichiraku. And this must be Sakura Haruno."

"So cute. So pretty."

Usually, Sakura could be loud and fiery. In the original story, she often beat up Naruto like a tigress.

But beside the boy she loved, she was gentle and soft.

"Big Sister Ayame, hello. Sorry to bother you so late."

Ayame laughed brightly. "We're open for business. No matter how late it is, as long as someone is hungry, we'll cook for them."

There was something very anime-like about it—no matter the job, people were full of passion.

Suddenly, Ayame leaned in with a playful expression.

"I overheard in the kitchen—you two are dating?"

"How far have you gone? Holding hands? Kissing? Or…"

Just imagining it made her curious.

Sasuke was considered the most handsome boy in the village, and Sakura was one of the prettiest girls in their class. Even Naruto and Rock Lee had liked her.

Seeing such a good-looking pair together naturally sparked Ayame's interest.

Sasuke smiled faintly. "Everything that should have happened has happened."

Ayame's eyes widened. "That fast?"

She wasn't young anymore, yet she had never even been in love.
