Chapter 102 - Chapter 2: Training… and Testing Limits

The morning sun filtered through the tall windows of Jujutsu High, casting stripes of light across the polished training floor. I could hear the faint hum of students practicing—kicks, punches, and cursed energy manipulations blending together in a strange symphony.

I stretched, trying to wake up fully. Kaito, Denki, Mina, Kirishima, and the others followed behind me, all looking a little out of place in their UA uniforms—or, in some cases, the casual clothes we'd thrown on for travel. Even the League members looked awkward, though Kurogiri still carried himself with unnerving composure. Shigaraki, naturally, looked bored.

Yuji was off to the side, quietly muttering under his breath, Sukuna occasionally sneaking words in, teasing him. I shot him a glance.

"Don't let him get to you today," I whispered.

He nodded, though his jaw was tight.

Gojo appeared out of nowhere, spinning a pair of sunglasses on his finger. "Alright, everyone! Today's agenda: figure out what everyone can actually do."

I frowned. That didn't sound good.

"Cross-universe training, huh?" I muttered to myself. "Guess this is my chance to test my new… teleportation stuff."

Gojo clapped his hands. "First exercise: teamwork. Everyone pairs up with someone from another universe."

Bakugo immediately grumbled. "Why am I paired with a sorcerer?"

Todo laughed loudly beside Yuji. "Relax, Bakugo! This will be fun!"

I found myself paired with Yuji, naturally. We were supposed to synchronize movement and coordination. That was when I realized… I could combine my portals with his cursed energy in ways I hadn't thought possible.

"Watch this," I whispered, and suddenly a small portal opened beneath both of us. We shifted in perfect sync, landing on a nearby platform over the sparring floor.

Yuji grinned, his fists glowing with cursed energy. "Okay, okay! Let's see what happens!"

We ran a short relay course, teleporting, dodging, and launching objects simultaneously. Even Gojo raised an eyebrow, clearly impressed.

Behind us, the rest of Class 1-A paired with Kyoto students. Mina was using slime-based techniques to trap obstacles while Denki zapped them into submission. Kirishima and Nobara paired surprisingly well; her hammer swings coordinated with his hardening like they'd trained together for years.

Bakugo got paired with Megumi. Sparks flew—literally. The two of them exchanged snarls while launching shadow wolves and explosions simultaneously. The resulting collisions made the training hall rumble.

Meanwhile, Shigaraki and Dabi were… quietly observing, trying to figure out just how far we could push this. Kurogiri hovered nearby, ready to transport anyone who got too reckless.

As the morning went on, I felt something shift inside me. The teleportation had gotten smoother, more controlled. I realized I could now manipulate small objects through portals mid-air, redirect attacks, and even temporarily displace multiple allies or enemies at once.

Sukuna, watching Yuji, snickered. "Interesting… he's growing stronger."

Yuji muttered, "…I didn't ask for this commentary."

I laughed quietly to myself. This was… perfect. The mix of quirks, cursed energy, and unpredictable villain chaos created the ultimate training ground.

Gojo finally clapped his hands. "Alright! Time for the next exercise: controlled combat!"

My heart raced. We'd be sparring with everyone… friends, villains, and sorcerers alike.

And for some reason, I had a feeling this wasn't just training.

This was a test.

A test of how far I could push my teleportation… and how far my friends could follow me.

And deep down, I knew—if I failed, it wouldn't just be me getting hurt.

Everyone else… could be in serious danger.

I looked over at Yuji. "Ready?"

He grinned, cursed energy flaring. "Let's go, teleport-master."

I smirked, clutched my deck of cards, and whispered:

"Time to distort space."

And just like that… the real cross-universe chaos began.
