Nahid was stunned by how much Nihad had changed.
His brother, who used to be cold-headed and calculating, had now turned into a complete tyrant.
Nahid turned slightly toward Zayden and warned him in a low voice:
"Be careful."
Zayden reached for his blade. The lightning sword cast a blue glow across the dim throne room.
Nihad slowly stood up.
Silent and calm, yet filling the entire room with an aura of immense charisma.
He took a few steps and looked at the two brothers like a monarch who had just reclaimed his kingdom.
"You sealed me away, Nahid."
"Now, it is time for you to die."
In an instant, he vanished from where he stood.
Moving like a shadow, he appeared right before Nahid in the blink of an eye.
He delivered a powerful punch to Nahid's stomach.
BAM!
Nahid's pupils dilated. His breath was knocked right out of him.
Propelled by the force of the mighty blow, he flew back and slammed against the wall.
Zayden drew his sword and struck with his lightning.
However, Nihad caught the lightning blade with his bare hand.
"Is this the extent of your power?"
In a flash, using the power of water, he struck Zayden with tremendous force.
BAM!
Zayden crashed into one of the ruined pillars and hit the ground.
Dealing with Nihad's new power was going to be far harder than they had anticipated.
Nicat had returned to hell once more.
He saw a demon sitting upon his throne.
Every demon bowed their heads upon seeing Nicat.
Except for the one sitting on the throne.
Nicat conjured his dark blade and asked in a rage:
"How dare you sit on my throne?"
The demon looked at Nicat with an arrogant smirk.
"Your era is over, Nicat."
SLASH!
In a single stroke, Nicat severed the demon's head.
As the demon's corpse slumped before the throne, the other demons pulled back in terror.
Nicat turned to them, his voice echoing with deep resonance:
"Is there anyone else who does not accept me?"
None of them spoke.
Nicat took his seat on the throne.
Looking at the demon before him, he issued a single command:
"Find me a spellbook that will enhance my dark power."
The demons scrambled into action immediately.
Within a short time, they brought the book to Nicat.
Nicat opened the tome.
A dark energy pulsed through its pages.
Finally, he found what he was looking for: The Sword of Death.
He recited the words written in the book.
Forged from the very essence of death, a sword began to take shape in Nicat's hands.
It was made of ice-cold, pure darkness.
Nicat turned to the demons.
His eyes burned like a dark flame.
"I have a debt of vengeance."
"I will kill Nahid."
"I will bring him here, and right in front of this throne, I will sever his head."
Hell echoed with Nicat's dark laughter.
