(keifer's pov)
Jay's birthday...I wanted it to be special and I tried my best...jay was happy but I can say something was off about her mood...did someone said something? I thought about asking her later then she came out wearing the dress I choosed for her and she was looking gorgeous like my wife is a fairy..then came the cake cutting time and while blowing the candle she was looking so beautiful..but the heartwarming part was when she gave the first bite in front of everyone including her family...then while dinner time I didn't stopped her from eating unhealthy because it's her birthday and she genuinely enjoyed the dinner then we went to dance and my jay was so close to me and I was two seconds away from carrying her away from here...god help me... everything was going fine then honey called me and told me that I have to talk with a client about some papers so I was talking on phone and suddenly everyone shouted: jay...I immediately looked behind and my jay is unconscious I ran towards her and hold her against my chest
Keifer: baby wake up...jay.. darling wake up... please wake up
Angelo: keifer let's take her to medical side
They all were saying something but my whole focus was in my world in my arms I picked her up in my arms and ran towards the medical side...oh god what is happening?
Keifer: doctor check her
Doc: what happened to her?
Keifer: she fainted suddenly
The doctor started working on her.... please not again...I can't handle it
Doctor: Mr watson the blood reports are here..
Keifer: what happened to her?
Doc: the reports came at morning but you were busy so we couldn't tell you..the drug given to her is named somnex and it is used for weakning body
Keifer: is it serious?
Doc: it's not that serious but she have to take rest and needs healthy foods and take special care of her because she was sick before
I nodded and the doctor left the room and I sat beside the bed taking jay's hand
Keifer: my baby wake up.... please...
After sometime of sitting there her finger twitched
Keifer:baby..can you hear me?
She groaned a little like she was sleeping and I am disturbing her
Jay: mmm
Keifer: baby look at me
She opened her eyes and looked at me
Keifer: you scared the hell out of me
She grinned like a menace
Jay: sorry
Keifer: apology not accepted
Jay: why not?
Keifer: because you keep scaring me
She sat up holding my hand
Jay: hey I am fine
Keifer: yes I can see😒
Jay: please don't be mad?
Keifer: i am not mad jay I am terrified that something will happen to you
She just pouted...god this girl is crazy
Jay: what did the doctor said?
Keifer: i will tell you later baby right now just rest
Jay: let's go to room?
Keifer: okay darling but I am taking you to room just because you are a birthday girl
She giggled and tried to stand up but I picked her up bridal style
Keifer: what do you think you are doing?
Jay: nothing 😁
Then I went out of medical room and everyone was waiting there
Angelo: how are you feeling?
Aries: are you okay?
Cin: are you feeling better?
Percy:are you okay baby sista?
Keifer: she is fine for now just needs rest
Angelo: yeah we already talked with the doctor when he was going
Keifer: oh okay I'll take her to room
Aries: take care of her
He is saying like I won't
Jay: you all know what happened to me but I don't?
Keifer: I'll tell you later
I took this toddler of mine to the room and laid her on bed
Keifer: do you need anything baby?
Jay: just you
Keifer: you have me
Jay: now say what happened to me?
Then I told her everything doctor said to me and I thought she would say something about her health but she said -
Jay: keif can we open the gifts?
To be honest she was looking d@mn cute but I can't say yes right now because she won't sleep then
Keifer: baby girl we will open them tomorrow not now and you are gonna sleep right now and yes you have to change first
She muttered something under her breath
Jay: you are so mean to me suddenly...are you cheating on me?
Keifer: what? Where did that came from? Baby I am not cheating on you
I said panicking because I can never cheat on my jay and she burst out laughing
Jay: you are so cute
Right now I wanted to say something but I won't because she needs rest but tomorrow I'll show you what you get for teasing your husband
Keifer: okay let's get you changed
Then I carried her to cupboard and she took out my t-shirt and her short then went to change in washroom then she came out and I picked her up again and laid her on bed
Keifer: now sleep wifey...
She pouted but laid down and I was carresing her hair then after sometime she fall asleep Z..zz..zz..
Keifer: god please keep her safe and healthy
Then after sometime I also fall asleep Z..zz..zz...
