After six months in the company, Raju's salary increased slightly. It was not much, but it allowed him to send money home regularly.
The first time he sent a larger amount, his father called him.
"We repaired the roof with your money," his father said proudly.
Hearing that, Raju felt a deep satisfaction. He was no longer a burden. He was support.
However, he also realized something important — if he stopped learning, his growth would stop too.
He began thinking about continuing his education privately. Many colleagues were graduates. Some were preparing for competitive exams.
At night, after returning from work, he studied for higher secondary and later planned for graduation through distance learning.
It was exhausting.
Work during the day. Study at night.
Sometimes he felt tired. Sometimes he doubted himself. But he remembered the days when he had nothing to do and only faced criticism.
