Keifer POV
It started as a normal school day.
Keyword: started.
By lunchtime, Felix had already declared something dangerous.
"WELCOME BACK PARTY AT KEIFER'S HOUSE."
I looked up slowly.
"No."
Simple answer.
Clean answer.
Final answer.
Felix ignored it completely.
"He said no, guys."
I nodded.
Finally.
Reasonable moment.
Then Felix continued:
"So we'll do it anyway."
đ
Ci-n raised a hand immediately.
"Keifer's house has better speakers."
"That's not a valid argument."
"It is emotionally."
Blaster:
"Plus his fridge is bigger."
"WHY IS THAT A FACTOR?!"
Jay just sat there quietly.
Too quiet.
I noticed it.
Immediately suspicious.
"Jay."
She looked up.
"Don't."
"Don't what?"
"Don't agree with them."
She sighed.
"I didn't say anything."
"Your silence is agreement."
Felix clapped once.
"SHE'S NOT SAYING NO."
I stared at her.
She avoided eye contact immediately.
"âŚJay."
"What."
"Say no."
"I already said nothing."
"That's worse."
Before I could stop itâ
decision was made.
"Jay's house it is."
Felix said it like a verdict.
Final.
Law.
Universe.
I blinked.
"âŚExcuse me?"
Ci-n shrugged.
"Your house is boring anyway."
"It is secure."
"Exactly."
đ
Jay finally spoke.
"I didn't agree."
Felix waved her off.
"Too late, boss lady."
She turned toward me.
"Tell them."
All eyes turned to me.
Like I had authority here.
Cute.
"I said no."
Silence.
Two seconds.
Felix:
"He's coming."
"I am not."
"He is emotionally."
I looked at Jay.
She looked at me.
And for a second⌠something passed between us.
Not romantic.
Not soft.
Just:
help me.
She sighed.
"You're all insane."
Ci-n smiled proudly.
"We know."
CUT TO: Jay's House đ â ď¸
I arrived first.
Already regretting everything.
The gates opened.
Too big.
Too quiet.
Too secure.
Not a party house.
A fortress.
Felix whistled.
"RICH PEOPLE SCREAM DIFFERENTLY HERE."
"No they don't."
"Yes they do."
Jay stepped out slowly.
Looking at her own house like it betrayed her.
"âŚI didn't approve this."
Ci-n already ran inside.
"SHE DIDN'T SAY STOP."
"THAT'S NOT PERMISSION."
"IT IS IN SECTION E LANGUAGE."
Inside instantly turned into chaos.
Lights on.
Music on.
Felix testing sound system.
Blaster opening fridge.
Edrix already hacking the speakers.
Rory walking around like he's investigating crime scenes đ
Jay just stood there.
Completely done with life.
"I'm going to kill all of you."
Keifer walked beside her.
"I tried stopping them."
She looked at him.
"Not hard enough."
"I was overruled."
"By idiots."
"Yes."
A pause.
Then Keifer added quietly:
"Your house is bigger than mine."
Jay:
"Don't start."
"It has a pool."
"STOP TALKING."
For the first timeâŚ
she almost smiled.
Almost.
From inside:
Felix shouted:
"WHO WANTS FOOD?!"
Ci-n:
"I CALL THE MUSIC."
Blaster:
"I CALL EVERYTHING."
Jay muttered:
"This is not a party."
Keifer:
"This is Section E."
And somehowâŚ
he was right. đđĽ
