Jay POV:
Years have passed...
Now, Keifer and I are not in college anymore.
We are working at Watson Enterprise.
I am the Co-CEO, while Keifer is the CEO.
Kerein and Kaira have grown up too. They are five years old now.
And Kegain is twelve years old.
"Mm... Jayyy... kissii," Keifer mumbled in his sleep and moved closer to me.
"Keifer, wake up, baby," I said softly.
He shook his head and hugged me tighter.
"Kuyaaaaa!"
Suddenly, our bedroom door opened and Kaira ran inside.
"Cuddlesss!" she said as she climbed onto the bed.
She went between us and hugged Keifer.
Keifer laughed and kissed her cheek.
"My princess wants cuddles?"
Kaira nodded happily.
"Kerein also wants cuddles!"
Kerein came running toward me.
I picked him up, and he immediately hugged me.
Sometimes, I feel like I am Kerein's mom because he is always around me.

"Ate, why is Kuya always so clingy to you?" Kerein asked.
"Because he becomes a little kid at night," I said.
Kerein and Kaira started laughing.
After cuddling for a while, we all got ready.
Kaira and Kerein got ready for school and left with Kegain.
"Bye-byeee!" they shouted before leaving.
"Okay, Mom. I'm also going to the office," Keifer said.
Mom nodded.
"Jay, aren't you going to the office today?" Dad asked.
"No, Dad. I am feeling a little weak today," I replied.
"What happened? Are you okay?" Mom asked and checked my temperature.
"Yes, I'm fine. I just need some rest."
Mom nodded.
Before leaving, I kissed Keifer's cheek.
"Take proper rest, okay? Don't do any work. And don't even think about doing any house chores," Keifer said.
I smiled.
"Okay, boss."
He smiled, kissed my forehead and left.
After he left, I sat on the bed.
I still felt a little weak.
I had been feeling tired for the past few days, and my body felt a little different.
I looked at the clock.
"Maybe I should take a pregnancy test..."
I went to the bathroom and took the test.
Then I placed it on the counter and waited.
After a few minutes, I looked at it.
My eyes widened.
"Positive..."
I stared at it for a few seconds.
"Oh my God..."
I was pregnant.
I was surprised, but I couldn't stop myself from smiling.
I quickly went downstairs.
"Mom..."
Mom looked at me.
"What happened, Jay?"
I walked toward her and showed her the test.
Mom looked at it and her eyes widened.
"Jay... are you pregnant?"
I nodded.
"Yes, Mom."
Mom immediately hugged me.
"Oh my God! Congratulations!"
Dad looked at us, confused.
"What happened?"
Mom turned toward him with a big smile.
"You're going to be a grandfather!"
Dad looked at me.
"Wait... Jay is pregnant?"
I nodded.
He smiled and hugged me carefully.
"Congratulations, dear."
I smiled.
After a while, Mom said,
"We should tell Keifer!"
I shook my head.
"No, Mom. I want to surprise him."
Dad smiled.
"Then let's make a small surprise for him."
I nodded.
"Okay!"
A few hours later...
"We're home!"
It was Kaira.
Kerein came running behind her.
"Mommm!"
They both ran toward Mom.
"How was school?" Mom asked.
"It was fun!" Kaira replied.
Kerein looked at Mom and noticed her smile.
"Mom, why are you smiling?"
Mom looked at me and then at them.
"I have something special to tell you both."
They immediately became curious.
"What?" Kaira asked.
Mom crouched down in front of them.
"You both are going to have a new little niece or nephew."
Their eyes widened.
"WHAT?!"
"Really?!" Kaira asked excitedly.
Kerein started clapping.
"Baby! We're getting a baby!"
I laughed.
"Yes. You two are going to be an aunt and uncle."
Kaira hugged me.
"I want a baby girl!"
Kerein quickly said,
"I want a baby boy!"
Mom laughed.
"You two can decide later."
They both started talking excitedly about the baby.
Later that afternoon...
Kegain came home.
He walked into the living room and looked at everyone.
"What's going on?"
Kerein immediately ran toward him.
"Kuya Kegain! We're getting a baby!"
Kegain stopped.
"What?"
Kaira ran beside him.
"Ate is pregnant!"
Kegain's eyes widened.
"Really?!"
I nodded.
"Yes."
He smiled and carefully hugged me.
"Wow! Congratulations, Ate!"
Then he looked at Mom.
"So... when are we telling Kuya?"
I smiled.
"We're not telling him yet."
Everyone looked at me.
"We're going to surprise him."
Kegain smiled.
"YES!"
Kerein and Kaira started jumping.
"Surprise Kuya!"
"Let's decorate!"
Dad laughed.
"Okay, okay. Let's do it."
Everyone started helping with the surprise.
Kegain helped Dad with the decorations.
Kaira and Kerein helped Mom with the balloons.
I prepared a small gift box for Keifer.
Inside, I placed the pregnancy test and a tiny pair of baby socks.
By evening, everything was ready.
We all hid and waited for Keifer to come home.
I was really excited to see his reaction.
After a few hours, we finally heard the front door open.
"I'm home!"
It was Keifer.
Everyone stayed quiet.
Keifer walked into the living room.
"Why is everyone so quiet?"
He looked around.
"Mom?"
No one answered.
Suddenly, everyone came out.
"SURPRISE!"
Keifer jumped.
"What the—"
He looked around at the decorations.
"What is all this?"
I walked toward him with a smile.
"There is one more surprise for you."
"For me?" he asked.
I nodded and gave him the gift box.
"Open it."
He opened the box.
First, he saw the tiny baby socks.
He looked confused.
Then he saw the pregnancy test.
He stopped.
He looked at me.
"Jay..."
I smiled.
"You're going to be a dad."
Keifer looked at me for a few seconds.
"Really?"
I nodded.
"Yes, baby."
He smiled and pulled me into a careful hug.
"Wow..."
I laughed softly.
"We're going to have a baby."
Keifer smiled and kissed my forehead.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
Kaira and Kerein ran toward us.
"Kuyaaa!"
Kegain smiled.
"Congratulations, Kuya!"
Keifer looked at them.
"You all knew?"
Everyone nodded.
Kerein giggled.
"We helped with the surprise!"
Kaira quickly added,
"I helped with the balloons!"
Keifer laughed.
"Thank you, guys."
He hugged all of us together.
"Our family is getting bigger."
I smiled and leaned against him.
I still couldn't believe it.
We were really going to have a baby.
And I couldn't wait to meet our little one.
