Vegeta slowly powered down.

Goku landed beside him.
"That attack looked amazing, Vegeta!"
Vegeta crossed his arms.
"I'm not training to look amazing. I'm training to surpass you."
Goku laughed.
"You might already be close!"
Vegeta glared.
"Don't mock me, Kakarot."
The two Saiyans stared at each other for a moment.
Then both of them smiled.
Training had become their normal life again.

Normal.
Peaceful.
But far beyond the planet...

A Tear in the Sky
Back in the mountains, Goku suddenly stopped smiling.
His eyes narrowed.
"Vegeta..."
Vegeta also looked up.
"I feel it."

The blue color slowly darkened.

The figure floated silently above Earth.
Then a deep voice echoed across the entire planet.
Every person heard it.
Every warrior felt it.
The Arbiter Speaks
"I am the Arbiter."
The voice was calm.
But powerful.
"I watch over the balance of universes."
Goku scratched his head.
"Uh... hi?"
Vegeta looked irritated.
"Another cosmic judge?"
The Arbiter continued.
"For many years, I have observed Universe 7."
The sky trembled as the being raised one glowing hand.
Behind him, seven shining orbs appeared in the sky.
They floated like small stars.
"These are the Star Orbs."
"They grant a single wish."
Goku tilted his head.
"Dragon Balls?"
"Similar," the Arbiter replied.
"But these grant only one type of wish."
The sky grew darker.
The Arbiter's voice became cold.
"A universe... can be erased."
The wind suddenly stopped.
Everything became silent.
Goku blinked.
"Wait... erased?"
Vegeta stepped forward.
"You dare threaten our universe?"
The Arbiter looked down at them.
"This is not a threat."
"This is a judgment."
The seven orbs glowed brighter.
"You will fight."
"An eighteen-day war."
"If your warriors lose..."
The Arbiter's eyes shined.
"Universe 7 will cease to exist."
The rift in the sky began to close slowly.
But before disappearing, the Arbiter spoke one final time.
"Prepare your strongest fighters."
"The Judgment War begins soon."
Then—
The sky returned to normal.
The wind started blowing again.
The mountains were silent.
Goku slowly scratched his head again.
"...Well."
He smiled.
"This is going to be interesting."
Vegeta smirked.
"Finally."
"A real fight."
But far above Earth...
The Arbiter watched quietly.
And the Judgment War had already begun.
