The pure silver rays of the moon illuminated everything under it. The cold wind blew on the empty streets of the city. The darkness of night was not that scary because of the moonlight. But this pure light didn't reach a particular apartment room. The room was enveloped in utter darkness, making it hard to view anything inside. The temperature inside was freezing cold as darkness consumed the two people inside.
Inside the darkness, a woman was looking at something in front of her in horror with wide eyes. Her barely covered body shivered in coldness. She tried to move away from whatever is present in front of her but was stopped when her back hit the head of the bed.
Zhu Lian, who was so shocked to see someone barge into her room, tried to muster her courage to ask.
"Wh... Who..... are you? How did you get here?"
The entity in front of her laughed darkly, appearing on top of her in a second. Zhu Lian gasped at the sudden weight pressing down on her. She tried to fight back but couldn't as her muscles felt heavy. Her eyes reflected the image of what was sitting on top of her.
A pair of curved purple horns, long silken black hair, blood red orbs, high nose bridge, plump red lips, well structured cleavages, slender frame and a thin long black tail. A strange looking crimson sigil tattoo was located on her lower belly.
The entity lowered itself to whisper into Zhu Lian's ears, asking,
"Who am I? How did I come here? Don't you know who I am with my looks? You really don't have any idea how I got here?"
It lifted its hand, the long claws tracing slow circles on Zhu Lian's chest, over her heart as it explained.
"Your desire for Long Yuzhou is so intense that your energy attracted me towards you. Don't you want to be Long Yuzhou's partner even though you're just working for him?"
Zhu Lian's eyes widened even more as she asked nervously.
"What are you? How do you know about me?"
The entity smirked, licking on Zhu Lian's ears, teasing her.
"I know everything about you. Past and present but the future is the decision you will make now."
Zhu Lian asked unsure.
"What are you saying? What, future?"
The entity paused for a minute before saying,
"Your future with Long Yuzhou. You want it, right?"
Zhu Lian asked in frustration.
"I want it but what does it have to do with you?"
The entity chuckled while saying,
"It has everything to do with me. I could help you get together with Long Yuzhou but...."
It trailed off, making Zhu Lian irritated, making it excited as it whispered.
"Hottie~~, you look cute when you get irritated. You're turning me on so I'll just explain quickly as I don't have much patience."
Zhu Lian couldn't understand what this entity was blabbering but she kept silent listening to it. Its long claws traced downwards on Zhu Lian's bare skin, finally pressing down on her abdomen, whispering against her lips as its glowing bloody eyes bore straight into her eyes.
"I can make sure you end up as Long Yuzhou's partner but in exchange I want your purest form of mana."
Zhu Lian's eyes lacked its focus appearing to be blank, her words as sluggish as she asked,
"Purest form of mana?"
The entity didn't break eye contact as it continued.
"Yes, the purest form of mana. If you agree to give me that, then I can help you with Long Yuzhou. Will you agree to form a pact with me to exchange your mana for Long Yuzhou?"
All Zhu Lian heard was Long Yuzhou's name so she didn't think twice before agreeing.
"Yes! I want Long Yuzhou. I want him for myself. I can do anything for him."
The entity's smirk grew deeper as its hand pressed down on Zhu Lian's abdomen harder. It murmured something under its breath, a red light suddenly appeared between the hand pressing on the abdomen, illuminating the entire room in red. It lifted its hands when the light dissipated, revealing a strange red pattern on Zhu Lian's abdomen.
