Chapter 4: First ever Subjugation.
The humanoid creature, or should he say Quadron, was staring at him, which left him uneasy.
To think that even with the imminent treat of the charging gargantuan alien beast, it still had the luxury to focus it's attention elsewhere.
While not completely sure, he sensed a feeling of curiousity coming from it as it's head faced him.
Alas that moment was disrupted when the beast let out a cry before swinging it's tusks, it was already upon the Quadron in that split moment.
It was at this moment that the Quadron shifted it's focus away from him and turned to face the charging Alien.
His spine shivered when the four semetrical lines on the Quadrons face opened outward, revealing an interior filled with serrated teeth.
A shrill cry similar to a battle cry filled the air.
As if not fearing the creature, it stood it's ground. And in the split second the charging Alien was about to collide with it, The Quadrons four arms stretched forward.
" It's trying to stop it head on?!" Silas muttered with disbelief.
An deafening sound of collision broke out, the force of impact kicking up a huge amount of dust.
Luckily for Silas, his exploration suit wasn't obstructed by the dust cloud, the suit automatically switched to thermal view, allowing him to see once more.
" It actually stopped it?!" He blurted out, incredulous at the sight of the Quadron, using it's four arms to hold onto the Aliens tusks.
The Alien let out cry after crying, while continuing to force it's way forward, but the Quadron was only pushed back a few steps before it stomped it's feet firmly onto the ground, refusing to budge back any further.
" To possess such unbelievable strength, there's no way that creature is anything but dangerous." In that moment, Silas's warning signal kicked in.
With the both of them now locked in, he didn't hesitate to make a break for it. Sprinting towards the dense alien vegetation.
While the dust cloud was still present, the female Quadron seemed to have noticed his movements, it's head turning as if following his path but with this gargantuan creature hindering it, it knew it couldn't give chase.
To give chase was to abandon her hunt, while she was curious, she was unwilling to do so, after all, she'd spent quite some time to find it in the first place, such large kills were hard to come by for her due to the harsh competition in the area.

Silas let out a breath of relief once he'd confirmed the female Quadron wasn't coming after him like he'd suspected.
With that thought in mind, he continued to head deeper into the dense vegetation. Thanks to his thermal vision granted by his suit, he was able to notice some unknown creatures lying in ambush ahead of time, avoiding them with ease.
" At this rate, I can cover more ground and find somewhere to rest for a day or two. Once megacorps sends their units here to retrieve the item, I'll be prepared by then to snatch one of their ships and flee this planet–"
It was in that moment that he was in the middle of his thoughts that he failed to notice a creature resembling vegetation shooting towards him from behind.
With a natural camouflage, and a body that seemed unable to emit thermal radiation, which allowed it to pass of even more as a genuine plant, it was able to go unoticed by Silas until now and was finally springing forth to attack.

Before the quick figure could get close enough, it's figure suddenly vanished into thin air.
Silas was alarmed by the rapid string of notifications, but when he spun around in an attempt to detect it, he saw nothing, which left him even more anxious.

It was at that moment that another series of notifications arrived which informed Silas of what had happened.
He was then confused since he didn't understand what happened to the so called danger, but it was at that moment that an image emerged within his mind, of a humanoid figure resembling fawna appeared within his vision, similar to some kind of passport, and next to it where another string of texts just like the ones that had appeared when he saw the Quadron.

A seemingly endless string of texts continued to emerge before Silas's eyes, which stopped the moment he lost interest in it.
He stared at the compact image within the edge of his vision that resembled what looked like a walking shrub, as if sensing his focus, several additional images emerged within his line of sight.
One of them displaying it's body structure without the natural camouflage, his eyes widened a bit at how curvaceous it was, if not because he knew how it looked completely, my man would've gulped down a mouthful of saliva at how enticing it's figure was.
No one knew why, but all of a sudden, another system notification emerged.
