[Calculations are now happening]
[You have killed "Underworld's Coyote," expectations broken"
[Lost body parts: "Right arm", and "Left Eye"
[You may recover one body part, do you accept?]
As Shaheer was sitting in the pink dream-like world, he had thought, 'left eye? What happened to that?' Shaheer had decided to recover his right arm, because he was right-handed of course.
[You have gained three points]
In the wasteland of the pink fluff. Shaheer looked around. Something he had done many times before. Even though everything had an end, it seemed as if the end was nowhere in sight.
Shaheer sighed and thought to himself what do I do now? Of course Shaheer had nothing to do with fighting monsters but, what he had done was reading books. One thing he always knew in this situation was… to find a way back.
Wandering around in a dream world was no different than the real world. Except you couldn't find anyone. Anywhere. Shaheer knew he was going to die from hunger, what could you expect? The human body is still reliant on food.
Soon enough Shaheer had lost almost all hope. When there is nothing but clouds in sight. Half of your vision is obstructed. And you lost half a liter of blood. There was no choice but to feel lightheaded. But, Shaheer knew this was not the time to give up. He wandered. And wandered. Until a pink tree was seen in the distance.
Though Shaheer was, of course, in really bad condition. He knew that he could black out any second. Therefore, ending his life. In a few moments, it felt Shaheer had got faster. In fact, Shaheer was so determined he might as well have been injured in the first fight to begin with.
After several hours. He had finally reached the tree. He had known this was no tree to begin with. Because, what kind of place has no trees, but has this one suspiciously placed pink tree?
[You have reached the tree]
[Please choose one strength to assign to the tree]
As Shaheer looked down he saw five options.
[Tree of Wisdom]
[Liberator of Hunger]
[Pink Twig]
[Big Tree]
[This has not been calculated]
Huh? The actual fuck. Shaheer had thought. But nonetheless the option was clear [Liberator of Hunger.] But, somehow, this dumbass ended up sneezing perfectly and choosing [This has not been calculated.] Seriously, who made this dumbass our main character?
[The first wall has been slightly broken]
What? I didn't even do anything though?
Oops, my bad. I didn't see that one coming, but here comes the-
Oh my god, am I actually special? How could I choose the so-called not calculated tree? There is still hope right? I mean even though it had not been calculated it should still do something right?
Shaheer was right. Nothing does nothing. Not even himself. So what had it done? Maybe a blessing in disguise.
Uh, this literally couldn't get any worse for me. I think I'm going to die. No, I will die. If only I had not chosen that stupid tree. Fucking tree.
[Tree has been calculated, "Tree of Tree", has been activated.]
I saw food coming down. Was this a dream? Wait no. This literally is a dream. Is that an apple? Well I guess it is a tree. Wait… Is that ROTTEN?
Damn it. I didn't want to do it but. I'll die if I don't eat it.
I'll close my eyes instead.
Crunch
Crunch
Crunch
Crunch
Though Shaheer had eaten just the apple, he felt satisfied, at least enough to stay awake for the day.
Shaheer had thought. And thought. Could points be used for something else? If they could give him a trait. Surely he could get something else that was useful, right? Sadly he was thoroughly disappointed.
But even though there was nothing. He could still test his luck couldn't he? Suddenly greed fulfilled his eyes, and he clicked the spin button. Three times. Common. Common.. Common… He suddenly realized. His luck fucking sucks.
Shaheer was now back to normal. But he had a craving for eggs. Mister, author, is that not what you are eating?
[You have massively broke the first wall]
Even though Shaheer had done nothing. My dumbass keeps helping him out. Damn.
[Conditions have been fulfilled]
[Please choose your reward]
[A Thousand Luck on your next "spin"]
[Permanent Luck Increase]
What had he done? I don't know.
In this world, luck was an important if not the most important attribute there was. Think if you had ten luck. You would be able to ace a twenty question true, false exam, without knowing the answers.
So what could a thousand luck do? Shaheer wondered and wondered. But eventually decided permanent luck was the way.
"Permanent Luck Increase" Oh right I should check my stats. I should have done that the first time I came here.
[Status: Shaher
Strength: 4
Agility: 4
Luck: 0.4 (Affected by passive trait: Permanent Luck Increase)
Intelligence: 1
Traits: Courage, Permanent Luck Increase]
Shaheer was stunned. Not only did he score average. Some scores were below average. Especially intelligence. However, the fact didn't get to him. Instead he saw a miserable luck score instead. He knew the luck increase was going to be small. But not THIS small. This trait was good enough to rival a thousand luck for one roll, so what made it good? Shaheer thought.
"Man, I ended up choosing the most dogshit one. To be honest, it matches me. Is there anything I can do? I have to check what it does. It can't ONLY just increase it by such a miserable number. "Check trait: Permanent Luck Increase"
The dumb Shaheer muttered that. But nothing happened.
"Permanent Luck Increase check!"
Then the dumb Shaheer had tried about twenty other ways of saying the same thing. But if we had this advanced technology, he would have found a way by now. Suddenly Shaheer tripped while walking and accidentally face palmed onto the pink screen.
[Trait: Courage
This trait allows "Shaher" to stay calm and think better]
"Huh? Wait. Do I just click the trait? Damn. I can't believe I hadn't thought of that. I'm a dumbass"
Shaheer was right. He was a certified dumbass.
Finally Shaheer clicked the correct trait and:
[Trait: Permanent Luck Increase
This trait allows the user to gain permanent luck.
Additional trait: ???]
BANG
What the fuck was that? Is this the end for me?
