"So you're saying this is a supervillain with the power to mentally control others?" Matt was still somewhat shocked after reading Harry's files.
"It's all clear; those files are all facts. If you want to confirm it yourself, I won't stop you."
Matt was now a judge, and the most popular judge in New York City at that.
First, his status as a blind man naturally evoked sympathy, and second, his professional ability was truly formidable.
Matt's super senses could be used to determine if someone was lying; every verdict since he took office was based entirely on facts, with no reversals and no misjudgments.
"Justice is blind" had also become the favorite phrase of the people of New York.
Harry was also considering Matt's future and had sent him a major case for his record.
"Where is the victim?" Matt asked.
"If you mean the woman behind her, her mental state isn't great, but her family has already been contacted."
Jessica was currently in a mental hospital, and Harry had already drawn her blood.
As for the other victims, most of them didn't remember the experience; they would surely find it absurd when they saw the recordings.
"This really is..."
"Unbelievable, right?" Harry took over the conversation. "Crimes committed by superpowered individuals are truly hard to guard against. If it weren't for..."
He didn't finish the sentence, just shrugged and gave Matt a "you know what I mean" look.
"Alright, the evidence has been handed over to the prosecutor's office, right? I heard this guy is already in custody."
Harry indicated that he had, of course, done the full set; the trial process had to be followed.
As for Kilgrave, he had already been locked in a special prison—Osborn's private prison.
"Indeed, he's staying in the newly built prison—that place was designed to hold these superpowered people."
To say "hold" might not be entirely accurate; in reality, it was for research.
"Blackgate Prison? Didn't the comic book company ask you for copyright fees?" Matt also knew about this new prison Osborn had built.
"I'm giving them free publicity." Harry stood up. "Let's leave it at that. Keep up the hard work, Judge Murdock."
Leaving the matter to Matt, Harry didn't need to keep an eye on it anymore; anyway, the Purple Man's mind control had very little effect on Matt.
Jessica and the Purple Man once again contributed two points to Harry's mission progress.
With over a year left until the Battle of New York, Harry still had many things to do.
For example, going to space.
Time passed quickly, and the engineering ship for space construction was completed.
The Qiaoshou Type I was 74 meters long and 40 meters wide, with a low Earth orbit payload capacity of over 100 tons. Powered by a new element reactor, this thing was truly powerful; the reactor used by the ship could support multiple round trips within the Earth-Moon system, or even to Mars—truly a sci-fi energy source.
If Harry hadn't been unable to produce a better thruster, the engineering ship would likely have been even larger.
Although the acceleration produced by electric propulsion engines was weaker than chemical propulsion, the high specific impulse saved a lot of ship space; after all, this was an engineering ship meant to carry things up.
Looking at this behemoth, Harry rubbed his chin and thought: if he used this as a foundation, he wouldn't be far from building a Helicarrier.
Before long, several trucks drove into the launch Base, carrying construction robots Harry had made himself according to system guidance and the materials needed to build an orbital space station—the most distinctive part of the entire engineering ship.
"Mr. Osborn, the ship has been inspected and is ready for takeoff at any time," Philip ran over to report to Harry.
Compared to his initial distrust of Harry, after seeing this massive and uniquely shaped aerospace vessel, he also began to look forward to the moment of takeoff.
This was an unprecedented super-ship—though he didn't know what Harry intended to do with such a large thing.
It didn't look like it was meant to carry satellites.
"Very well, prepare for takeoff." As he spoke, Harry walked into the command room he had specially prepared for himself.
Although many felt this dedicated command room was somewhat redundant, it was Osborn Company's money, so no one said anything.
Only Harry himself knew that he was going to personally operate the engineering ship in space this time—firstly, because he really wanted to see space for himself, and secondly, because he felt it might trigger some reward from the system.
There was a basis for this; the system reward had come with a meaningful phrase:
["Look down upon the Earth from the sky."]
No one knew about his departure from Earth except Norman. Harry didn't want anyone coming out to cause trouble during this time, or anyone bold enough to cause a Rocket accident to shoot him down.
Lening would impersonate Harry on the ground; the connection between the two was closer to a form of telepathy, which was more efficient than communication.
While changing into his spacesuit, Harry played a pre-recorded audio clip:
"Everyone, I won't say much more. Each of you should understand the significance of this ship."
"This is the ship with the strongest payload capacity in human history, and the first to use Nuclear Fusion energy."
"History will remember this day, and every one of you is a participant."
And it will remember Osborn, and its owner, Harry added silently.
"All units, attention. The ignition countdown is about to begin."

"Ignition!"
The arc reactor glowed brightly as the reaction rate soared. The propellant in the electrostatic field was instantly ionized, and ions were rapidly expelled under the influence of the electrostatic field, propelling the massive ship toward the sky!
A blue arc left a beautiful trail in the sky as Osborn took a crucial step toward the heavens.
Watching the ship grow smaller in the sky, the people on the ground were struck with awe.
The ship's altitude continued to rise, soon exceeding the threshold, breaking through 20 kilometers and heading toward outer space.
This time, Harry's goal was an orbit 420 kilometers above the ground, which was roughly the same orbital altitude as the International Space Station.
The Earth is round. Although this is common knowledge today, in the ignorant past of scientific technology, some gave their lives to promote the truth.
Even today, there are still people who believe the Earth is flat.
Looking at the receding Planet and the morning glow on the edge of the Earth, Harry couldn't stop thinking about these things.
"Orbital insertion successful."
A mechanical prompt came from the cockpit, and Harry pulled his mind back.
He hadn't come to outer space just for a test flight this time.
He was here to build a space station.
The ship's hatch opened wide, and several giant robots flew to designated positions using thrusters. Parts and materials were welded together, and the orbital space station was slowly taking shape.
Harry needed to monitor whether these robots were working normally and if there were any issues with the construction of the orbital space station.
Compared to traditional construction methods—transporting modular components from the ground and then assembling them—this space construction technology could complete the core part of the space station in just one month.
And even the core part was much larger than the completed form of any space station currently in orbit.
It was a long wait, but it was worth it.
Moreover, there were many entertainment facilities here; Harry brewed himself a cup of tea.
The living quarters of the engineering ship were very well-equipped.
