Title: A Contract Written by Destiny

Chapter 1: The Unexpected Deal

Rain poured heavily over the city as Anaya Sharma rushed out of the hospital. Her father's surgery was scheduled for the next morning, but the bill was far beyond what she could afford.

She sat on a bench outside the hospital, staring at the bill with trembling hands.

"Twenty lakh rupees… how will I ever manage this?" she whispered.

Just then, a sleek black car stopped in front of her. A tall man stepped out. His sharp suit and calm expression made him look like someone who belonged in a completely different world.

"Miss Anaya Sharma?" he asked.

She looked up, confused. "Yes… who are you?"

"I'm Arjun Malhotra," he said calmly. "CEO of Malhotra Industries."

Anaya frowned. "Why are you looking for me?"

Arjun handed her a file.

"I have a proposal for you… a contract marriage."

Her eyes widened in shock.

"What?!"

"It will only last one year," Arjun continued. "In return, I will pay for your father's surgery and all medical expenses."

Anaya stared at him, unable to believe what she had just heard.

"Why would you marry a stranger?"

Arjun's expression darkened slightly.

"My grandfather's last wish is to see me married before he dies. If I don't, I lose control of my company."

He looked directly into her eyes.

"So this is just a deal. No emotions. No expectations."

Anaya looked down at the hospital bill again.

For a moment, silence filled the air.

Finally, she whispered, "Okay… I accept."

But neither of them knew that this cold contract would soon turn into something neither expected.

Chapter 2: The Rules of Marriage

Two days later, Anaya stood in front of a luxurious mansion.

"This is… your house?" she asked nervously.

Arjun nodded. "For the next year, it's yours too."

Inside, everything looked perfect—crystal chandeliers, marble floors, and elegant furniture.

Arjun handed her another file.

"The contract rules," he said.

Anaya opened it.

1. The marriage will last exactly one year.

2. They must appear as a happy couple in public.

3. No interference in each other's personal lives.

4. After one year, they will divorce peacefully.

Anaya sighed.

"This really feels like a business deal."

Arjun replied coldly, "Because it is."

Their wedding happened quietly with only close family members.

To the world, they looked like the perfect couple.

But behind closed doors, they were just two strangers living under the same roof.

Yet slowly… things began to change.

Chapter 3: Cracks in the Contract

Weeks passed.

One night, Anaya waited in the living room. It was already past midnight.

Finally, the door opened and Arjun walked in, looking exhausted.

"You should sleep," he said. "Why are you waiting?"

"You didn't eat dinner," she replied softly.

Arjun froze.

No one had waited for him like this in years.

"I'm not hungry," he said.

But Anaya walked into the kitchen and returned with warm food.

"Just eat a little."

Arjun looked at her for a long moment.

For the first time, his cold expression softened.

"Thank you," he said quietly.

From that day, something started changing between them.

The contract still existed… but their hearts slowly began ignoring it.

Chapter 4: When Feelings Break the Rules

Months later, Arjun realized something strange.

Whenever Anaya laughed, his day felt lighter.

Whenever she was upset, he couldn't focus on work.

One evening, he saw another man talking to her outside a café.

Jealousy burned inside him.

"Who was that?" he asked when she returned home.

"Just a friend," Anaya said.

Arjun clenched his fists.

Why did it bother him so much?

Then he remembered the contract.

He had no right to feel this way.

But the truth was already clear.

He had fallen in love with the woman he married for a deal.

Chapter 5: The End of the Contract

One year passed quickly.

The divorce papers sat on the table.

Anaya looked at them quietly.

"So… this is the end," she said with a small smile.

Arjun felt a strange pain in his chest.

He suddenly grabbed the papers and tore them apart.

Anaya stared at him in shock.

"What are you doing?!"

Arjun stepped closer.

"At first, this marriage was just a contract," he said.

"But somewhere along the way… you became my home."

He took a deep breath.

"I don't want a divorce."

"I want a real marriage… with you."

Anaya's eyes filled with tears.

"Are you serious?"

Arjun smiled for the first time.

"This time… no contracts."

She laughed softly and hugged him.

And just like that, a marriage that began with conditions and signatures turned into a love story written by destiny.
