This story is anchored firmly in Torrhen's perspective and personal journey. As such, the timeline will progress at a deliberate, measured pace rather than racing through the canon events of the books or the show.
You will notice that I am not attempting to cover every scene from the source material. My priority is to focus on the moments that directly impact Torrhen's development and the specific narrative arcs I am building for him. If a major event from the original series is skipped, minimized, or missing, it is either because it falls outside of Torrhen's path or simply because I am focusing on the story at hand rather than a strict retelling.
