CHAPTER 4
The sports sectors are running, swimming, volleyball,
martial arts, and other minor activities. Each class brings 2 representatives
for swimming, running, and martial arts and a full team for volley
Kotan: em this is going to be confusing
Midas: I'm obviously swimming
Florencia keeps poking Rodan
Rodan: I'll swim
Nayoka: fighting
Dinna: you don't look like you fight
Nayoka: join me and let's find out
Dinna: I'll fight as well
Florencia pokes Kelton till he gives in
Kelton: fine…I'll run
Kotan: guess you're with me
Kaya: the girls and I will play volley
Kotan: that was faster than expected
The rest of you decide for the other activities
Public Adress system: athletes head to your various
fields
Kotan: let's bring all the trophies to class 3A
On the racing track
Participants line up: Kotan, Kelton and 2 each from 7 classes, 18 racers
in total going one full lap about 500m
REF: Ready… go!
Kelton immediately takes the lead
Leniel: so, he even has a boost to his normal human abilities.
Florencia: yes.
Leniel: so, you think he's gonna take first place
Florencia: it's certain.
Leniel: Kotan will take 1st place
Leniel walks off to the washroom
Florencia: is that what he thinks?
Kotan begins closing in. his speed increases. The rest follows a few
meters behind. Kotan catches up with Kelton
Kelton: I'm impressed, class rep.
Kotan: So soon?
Kotan speeds up, overtakes Kelton. Kotan takes a 2-meter lead
Kelton: guess I should take things seriously.
Kelton approaches Kotan but Kotan blasts full speed, widening the gap
Kelton: –huh …?
Florencia: wait, how?
Kotan creates a 4-meter gap between him and Kelton
Florencia: what's happening?
Kotan wins the race. Kelton finishes 3 seconds later. The rest follows 5
seconds after. the last student passes out at the finish line.
Class 3A celebrates
Leniel returns to his seat
Florencia: what just happen?
Leniel: Kelton breaks his own speed records monthly
Florencia: that's not enough to out run a mutant, anyway what about you
Leniel: not a sporty guy
Florencia: thought all guys were
into sports.
Leniel: I just hate getting sweaty.
Florencia: wow. "Thought I'd never hear that from a guy"
Leniel: even if I did, I'd still end up in last place.
Florencia: same here. hey… wanna check out the other groups?
Leniel: shouldn't you be with the volleyball team
Florencia: I forgot
She leaves in a rush
Leniel: maybe I should check things out
He gets up and walks around
The swimming teams are set and ready for a 100m race
Then they begin Rodan takes the lead then by the time he realizes Midas
is a few cm pass him which turn to a meter then Midas eventually wins and is
met by Fiona who dries his hair with a towel
Midas: isn't it time for your volleyball game
Fiona: yeah
Midas (gets up): let's go
Rodan: what just happened
The girls prepare to play the volleyball in the form of a tournament of
the eight classes, the boys come to watch
Kotan: we need to cheer them on
Midas hugs Fiona from behind and whispers in her ear
Midas: you're the queen, show them
He leaves to sit front row their first game with 2B begins
Kotan: with Kaya in this team, we're winning this
kaya creates a goal with a high jump
Maxi: wow, like a bird
More goals rain, especially from Fiona
They win with a clean sheet
They progress to the semifinals the onto the finals which becomes a
competition between the team itself for more goals
Dinna, Maxi, Kaya and Fiona score more and more they eventually win but
the flame within them is unquenched
Midas carries Fiona on his back out the building
Midas: you did great
Fiona: let's go get some candy
Midas: sure
Kotan rains praise on his team supplying them with water
Maxi: never really pushed myself like this
Dinna: say that again
Florencia: this was fun
Florencia noticed Leniel watching them then notices Rodan
Florencia: how did the race go
Rodan: I came out second place
Florencia: great … wait second, how?
Rodan: that guy Midas. He's very good
Maxi: what's up with those two, are they dating or something
Kaya: it's deeper than just dating maybe deeper than marriage, they're
obsessed with each other
Dinna: how
Kaya: let's say they've known each other and been there for each other
since birth. they only trust themselves
Dinna: is that really possible
Kaya: well, they exist so yeah, it's possible
Maxi: what about you and the class rep
Kaya: we're dating, I think
Maxi: you think
Then every student gathers and watching a big screen
Florencia: What's going on
Kaya: that must be Leniel
Florencia: Leniel?
Leniel is seriously playing
Kaya: how's it going
Kotan: 12 games, undefeated
Kaya: and the other activities
Kotan: we won 7 out of 12
Kaya: wow
Kotan: I know right
Florencia stares at Leniel

Sports day ends and class 3A wins it, school closes
Florencia heads to Ms. Kelinza's home and meet her on the couch with
Leniel's head on her laps sleeping and she playing with his hair. she sits on
the chair in front of him

Ms. Kelinza: no, he's not. When I first met him, he had this expression
of despair and emptiness, I wanted him to wake up every day knowing he had
something to live for and to be honest he's really change me
Florencia: you've been together for …
Ms. Kelinza: it's been 5 years now but it feels like decades
Florencia: I'm sure you're aware we were also sent to get you
Ms. Kelinza: I know, Ivy wouldn't just want Hydrion. She has this
fixation on me
Florencia: so, what would you do
Ms. Kelinza: well, eventually this will work out in my favor
Florencia: you sound so sure
Ms. Kelinza: watch over lee for me I have to start dinner
Florencia swaps places with Ms. Kelinza and now has Leniel's head on her
laps
Ms. Kelinza: be gentle with him
Florencia: yeah sure
Florencia rubs lee's head and watches his face closely and blushes a
little
Florencia: you're a lot cuter and more approachable when you're asleep.
You smell just like her. I think I'm somewhat attracted to you, what am I
saying.
Meanwhile in the forest Tybeast transforms and climbs to the peak of a
mountain and howls so loud facing the full moon
Kelton: he's out
Maxi: didn't we decide to wait
Rodan: how long do you plan on waiting exactly
Maxi: …
Rodan: you two should keep an eye on Florencia and Ms. Kelinza. Kelton
and I will hold him for a while
They split up and maxi and Dinna got to Ms. Kelinza home and notify
Florencia
Florencia: where's Rodan and Kelton
Maxi looks at Dinna
Dinna: they're going to try and catch him
Florencia softly gets up and leaves the house then Leniel wakes up
Leniel: wish I didn't hear all that. Where's Tybeast
Ms. Kelinza: seeking attention
Leniel falls back on his bed and sleeps
Leniel: good for him
Rodan and Kelton rush into the forest. Kelton gains wings and takes to
the skies above the clouds and spots Hydrion
Kelton: there you are
Kelton begins transforms and launches himself full speed at Hydrion who
jumped of the mountain and Vatrion crushed into the mountain and come out fully
transformed and as he comes out, he notices Hydrion has his instincts up just
like a dog
Vatrion: somethings wrong
Vatrion's inner voice (Kelton): I can also tell,
Hydrion growls then Vatrion dashes at him trying to stab him with his
thumb claw Hydrion dodges and bites his wing and throws him against the
mountain
Vatrion dodges a stomp and flies away, Hydrion pounces on him and bites
the back of his neck and they crash Hydrion gets up and without looking he
dodged Arkrion's frost breath
Then Hydrion blends into the darkness
Vatrion: something's off
They hear Hydrion circling around, Vatrion takes to the skies
Hydrion swiftly dodges Arkrion's ice blast and closes the gab between
then and attempts to stab Arkrion's eye with his claws
Florencia on her way out met Nayoka who entered the forest
Florencia: Nayoka?

Arkrion
had his eye stabbed and lots of scratches all over his neck. Vatrion charges
in, tries to land attacks, but Hydrion dodges them. Then…
they
clash. Hydrion dodges, runs, gets caught and thrown down a valley by Vatrion,
but lands on his feet and disappears
Vatrion
searches a valley… then gets pounced by Hydrion Face-first into the river
flowing along the valley. Wings torn. Blood floods.
Hydrion
(leaps out): Stay put.
He
runs along the river, Arkrion swims fast, jumps! Hydrion flips over him and
stomps him back into water, runs away. Arkrion shots his frost breath yet again
missed.
Vatrion
lifts Arkrion and flies overhead. Arkrion leaps and dives, creates a frozen
wall around Hydrion with his laser
Hydrion:
You're starting to piss me off
He
jumps, evades his grip, bites Arkrion's waist, spins and tosses him. Vatrion
grabs and pierces through Hydrion's spine and takes him up.
Hydrion
twists Vatrion's ankle and crushes them into a mountain. Arkrion's inner voice
(Rodan): He's not that strong, He's smaller and all he does is …dodge and
counter
Arkrion: that's not Hydrion's nature,
you've truly softened
Vatrion
blasts Hydrion with his vibrations which disrupts his entire nerve
functionality
Hydrion:
damn!
Vatrion
relaxes then Hydrion proves to be adapting to his new dysfunction
Vatrion:
resistant as always
Arkrion
Jumps and stomps Hydrion, pinning him to the ground and holds him down
Arkrion:
No, you don't
Vatrion
relaxes against Hydrion tries to free himself then howls then something howls
in response to Hydrion more intense and louder Vatrion, Arkrion Dinna and Maxi
feel chills run up their spine. The roar devours the entire island

Kelinza: finally decided to come out
As Arkrion holds down Hydrion, suddenly, Arkrion turns—
Another Hydrion, more bigger and humanoid appears from nowhere has his
jaws around Arkrion's head, ready to bite it clean off
