Orion absorbed the information. It wasn't as complicated as he had imagined it was surprisingly clear. He took a deep breath and whispered to himself:

A long list appeared before him, filled with the laws he could impose on the planet. Orion scanned it in awe; each option shimmered differently, some familiar, others completely alien.
One law caught his attention. He asked the system:
