The rain continued to fall outside the small café.
Adam was cleaning the counter when the door suddenly opened.
A cold wind entered the café, and with it came a girl.
She stepped inside slowly, her long dark hair slightly wet from the rain. Her eyes moved around the café as if she was looking for someone.
Adam looked at her for a moment.
There was something different about her.
She didn't look like the usual customers.
She walked toward the counter.
"Coffee, please," she said softly.
Adam nodded and started preparing the drink.
For a few seconds, silence filled the air.
Then she spoke again.
"Do you always work this late?"
Adam smiled slightly.
"Almost every night."
She looked at him carefully.
"You seem different from the others here."
Adam raised an eyebrow.
"Different?"
"Yes," she said. "Like someone who doesn't belong here."
Adam froze for a second.
Her words touched a secret he had hidden for years.
He quickly gave her the coffee.
"Here you go."
She took the cup and smiled.
"My name is Lina."
Adam hesitated for a moment.
Then he replied quietly.
"Adam."
Neither of them knew that this simple meeting…
