Satoru woke up.
"Oh, that was a dream..." he muttered. "I dreamed her again... why, though? Why won't my pain go away...? It's been 8 years, dammit..."
He rolled around in his bed. "Tomorrow... It's gonna be a tough day. I gotta tell Hikaru about what's happening."

Oro, Bakugo, Edgeshot, and Best Jeanist were all standing on a roof, waiting for Satoru.

Hikaru and Satoru nodded.
"Oi, Dark," Bakugo said. "I heard you're going to have a friendly reunion with your old classmates soon. You didn't bake in the same restaurant as us, did you?"
"No, I didn't. Don't worry, you won't have to see my face."
"...Mpfh. Better for you."
"Let's go now," Oro said. "We have a city to patrol!"

(It's been 8 years since that day. As you already know, I'm my brother's sidekick and the Number Four Hero, behind Shoto, Lemillion, and Oro himself. After all his years and despite his 35 years, Hikaru didn't lose his touch--still at the top. Right now, he, Tetsutetsu, and I are going to the reunion with Hikaru's new car. "Because you always get to sit next to me, while this is Young Tetsutetsu's first time."

"Thanks for giving me a lift, guys," Tetsutetsu. "I made the right choice when I chose you as my best friend, Sat."
"Thanks, Tetsutetsu..." Satoru muttered. "If it wasn't for all of you, I wouldn't be here. If you all weren't here, I would never have switched sides, and I..."
"Stop right there. The past is past. You're not a Villain anymore. Not by a long shot. Mato is gone."
"Now you're just Satoru for us, and Dark Matter for the civilians," Oro continued.

"Hikaru, did he fall asleep?"

"...Aniki, can we talk for a second?"

"You mean Himiko Toga?"
"Yes. I started dreaming about her again. The dreams had stopped after I started dating Itsuka, but now they're back... I still see her shadows in my room."

"Let's sit, bro, my legs hurt," Tetsutetsu said.
"You slept in the car the whole time..."
Satoru and Tetsutetsu sat beside Kinoko and Shihai.
"Food!" Satoru exclaimed. "I haven't eaten anything today because I wanted to fill my stomach with y'all!"
"You haven't changed a bit, even after becoming a Hero, Akiyama," said Shihai. "So, tell us: how're your lives going?"
"Being the Number 28 is fantastic!" Tetsutetsu said. "I mean, I'm not in the Top 10, but it's cool anyway!"
"Being Number 4 is tiring," Satoru said. "But it's also cool."
"Let's talk about something else: Tokage-san, why the hell did you bleach your hair blonde?!"
"I just wanted to change style, Shirakawa-kun," Setsuna said. "And you should do the same; you've had the same haircut for 8 years!"
"Are you saying it's bad?!"
"No, calm down, hothead," said Monoma.
"You're the last one who has the right to talk about haircuts, Neito!" Satoru yelled. "What the hell is that horrible thing?! Not to mention you're wearing watches as earrings!"

Satoru started to eat. God bless this shit... this food is way too tasty...
"My brother doesn't show it, but he's very happy to be here," Oro said as he took a sip of his tea. "He wanted me to come, and so here I am!"
"We're happy to have you here, Oro-san," said Manga. "I mean, when do you get the opportunity to have the first and fourth Heroes in the Billboard Chart? Never!"
"Hey, listen up, lovebirds!" Satoru exclaimed, pointing at Shihai and Kinoko. "Who gave you permission to do corny things in front of everyone just because you're dating?!"
"Oh, c'mon, Akiyama-san, don't be like that," said Kinoko. "I mean, aren't you dating Kendo?"
"DON'T SAY THAT OUT LOUD! AT LEAST I HAVE THE DECENCY NOT TO MAKE OUT WITH HER IN FRONT OF EVERYONE!"
Everyone laughed.
"As if we don't know!" Monoma teased him.
Satoru snorted. When he turned to look at Itsuka, she was blushing. As I thought, they made her blush... I still love 'em, though.
I keep receiving a lot of comments lately. "You rebelled against a cruel fate. You completed your mission and your redemption." That's what they tell me every day. I'm the living proof that anyone can become a Hero if they want to. I mean, I was a Villain, and now I'm a Hero.
I took this path after I opened my eyes, after I realized that what I was doing was wrong. And without my class, without everyone in the same room as me, and without my brother... I wouldn't have become who I am today. But, you know... It's weird talking about a mission. I feel like, in every possible universe and ending, I'd still be here. Wait, I'm breaking the fourth wall like this; forget that last part.

"Well, guys, thanks for today!" Oro said. "Satoru, you still have some time. Young Monoma and Young Tokage want to see my car."
Oro got closer to Satoru. "Do what you have to. Go to Young Kendo and kiss her."
"Wait, wha--"
"See ya later, Ototo!"
"Wait, Aniki!"
Satoru was left alone.
"Well... I'll do what has to be done."
Satoru checked his pockets and extracted the only picture he had taken with Toga.
"Himiko-chan... you wanted me to be happy and to live my best life. But I just can't forget you. So now... I'll do what I like most, just for you."
Satoru used 'Search' to localize Itsuka. There she is.

Itsuka was standing in the middle of the city.

"I hope they kiss!" Tetsutetsu said. "Please, kiss, kiss, kiss!"
Satoru stared at the moon. "You've been crushing on me since the first day at school. Yours was love at first sight, wasn't it? You demonstrated with actions. When I was with my ex-girlfriend, you kept suffering in silence and being happy for me. When nobody wanted me back at U.A., you were the one to do the speech that allowed me to come back. You've always been by my side, even when I was damn wrong. Even after everything I had done, you were never mad at me. Not even once. And with time, I took your actions into account."
"I'm not the type of guy who falls in love with girls just for their physique or beauty. It's the personality that counts. And Itsuka, you showed me the meaning of loyalty by standing beside me, even when I didn't even know you were there."
Satoru turned and saw Toga's ghost behind him. Am I doing well, Himiko-chan?
"You're doing fantastic, Satoru-kun! Now go, kiss her!"
Toga's ghost pushed Satoru towards Itsuka.
"I wanted to talk to you a lot more today, but Tetsutetsu wouldn't let me."
"Satoru-kun, I don't know what to say..."
"Then shut up and kiss me, you idiot."
Satoru and Itsuka kissed under the moonlight.
"YEEEAAH!" Tetsutetsu yelled. "YOU'RE THE GOAT, SAT-"
"Shut up, they'll hear us!" Oro placed his hand on Tetsutetsu's mouth.
"So now it's official," said Monoma. "Satoru and Kendo are a couple."
"Hell yeah, they are," said Oro. "I'm ready to be the cool and funny brother-in-law!"
