Limo's expression changed as he finally understood where Moying's anger was coming from, but Moying's voice had already become heavier as he continued.
"What if you had been seriously injured? What if the drug had caused a complication that the doctors couldn't treat? What if you had died? How was I supposed to continue living with the knowledge that you were gone because you decided becoming an Omega was worth risking your life for?"
Moying's eyes were filled with anger, but there was fear underneath it that Limo could not ignore. "I am not happy about this, Limo. I am not happy at all. This could have been much more serious than either of us understood, and the doctors themselves don't know the full extent of the complications yet. You made this decision without telling me, and I had to bring you to the hospital after finding you in that condition. You may have believed you were only changing your designation, but you were also putting your life at risk."
