Departing from their ship, Jeanne and her companion, Elizabeth make their way through the smoldering grounds of planet Coal X. Their shoulders and feet stiffen up in agony due to the blistering temperature.
" Man, this place can't make up it's mind," Elizabeth complained.
Nodding, Jeanne replies,
" For sure. Sometimes it's unbearably hot, but once a while, a flick of breeze will fly through. It is very odd indeed."
Thirsty, they both jug down an entire gallon of water.
" Is this a good idea, Captain?" Elizabeth asks.
" What is?"
" Being here. I've looked into some of the history about this planet and it seems like they really hate pirates,"
" Is that so?"
" Yeah, I have heard that almost 400 years ago, the first recorded pirate attack happened here, and ever since then, the Furmites of this planet have not been so welcoming of outsiders. Should we really be here?"
Jeanne looks ahead to a nearby town and nods.
" Don't worry, pirates are hated everywhere. As long as we keep a low profile, we should be fine, and besides, we're only here for some supplies. Let's go over to that town over there and see what they got."
" Aye Aye, Captain."
Wading through the quiet streets of Skimvill Village under their cloaks, Jeanne and Elizabeth stop in front of a bar, but standing in front of them was a small cat-like creature in chains on a pole.
" Wh-What in the world is this boy doing here?" A perplexed Elizabeth asks the crying boy. The boy head perks up at the voice, shocked to see the two strangers.
Wh-who are these guys? The boy wondered.
" You guys, please… get me out of here! I-I don't… have much, but I… I promise I'll pay you back!!" The boy shouts as he wipes his tears.
Elizabeth gives Jeanne look for approval, but all she did was shake her head
" Not worth our time."
They calmly walk past the boy and into the bustling bar.
" He… Hey! Where are you guys… going?!" the boy shouts in frustration
