A week after Megumi visit to the shrine, there was considerable hustle in the headquarters. The anti-Megumi squad was gathered at haste except Tsurugi who was already by now in the Gojo base.
When all the three members had gathered in the room, the discussion began.
"Tomorrow night after eight, Megumi will be meeting a dealer in an abandoned building at this specified location. The dealer is most likely behind the recent raid in the Gojo household. Looking into the catalog of stolen goods, I have singled out the article that Megumi is after" Usami told.
"So, should we just make the first move and steal it before he can get his hands over it?" Mahi asked.
"We will kill two birds with one stone, secure the stolen goods and capture Megumi Fushigurou. Our top priority is to make sure he doesn't get the article" Usami stated "Chiharu you will take the initiative. You will be keeping Megumi at bay, while the task force secures the goods. You don't need to defeat him, just hold him until the task force can intervene"
"Where will you be?" Chiharu asked.
"I have another important matter to handle. I leave the mission at your hands. Well I think this will be enough" Usami concluded the meeting.
After the meeting, Mabi whispered into Chiharu's ear "What is he even thinking sending two of us to deal with that monster. Is he even serious?"
Chiharu didn't reply just walked away ignoring him, for a great burden lays over her shoulder. She is walking into the lion's den.
