Chapter 12 - BAB 12 : extreme pain

*I opened my eyes again as they did the process* arghh

A jolt of overwhelming pain broke the darkness. You open your eyes again, your breath is forced into your lungs that should have stopped.

The scene in front of you is the most real nightmare.

Alcina is bending over your body, her hands drenched in your own blood, and her sharp claws have torn through part of your chest. All around you, Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela are holding bottles of golden liquid that have just come out of your veins.

When you moan "Arghh!", they all gasp in shock. Alcina took a step back, her eyes widened in horror at seeing the "corpse" that should have been empty suddenly come back to life.

Horror in the Banquet Hall

"No way!" shouted Miranda, who was holding your spare heart in her hand. "I've turned off his nerves! He shouldn't be able to feel anything, let alone wake up!"

"Zak?!" Daniela dropped her crystal bottle until it broke on the floor. Your golden blood is scattered everywhere. "Mom, she... he sees us!"

Alcina trembled, not out of pity, but out of fear of seeing the lightning in your eyes that was no longer shining, but burning with burning red and gold. "Why don't you just die?! Zak, stop looking at me like that!"

The Rise of the Betrayed Alpha

You wake up just as they are skinning your humanity. The pain you are avoiding is actually a terrible trigger for regeneration. The Megamycete cells in your body react to this physical betrayal. You can feel each incision starting to close forcibly, even though their hands are still inside your body.

Heisenberg, who was leaning casually, immediately grabbed his hammer. "Damn! He did forced regeneration! Miranda, she's going to explode!"

Turning Point: Anger in the Midst of Torture

Even though your body was still open and your blood was splattering, your Alpha power returned with explosive power a thousand times stronger due to the pain you felt.

-

*ima just open your eyes and don't wake up*

Gemini says

Understand, so you want this moment to be the purest moment of psychological horror. You don't rise up to fight, you just open your eyes—letting them know that you're aware and seeing all their savagery, but your body remains powerless to move.

Soul-Destroying Gazes

As Alcina was burying her nails into your chest and the princesses were holding your blood, suddenly your eyelids opened slowly. There were no war cries, no explosions of power. Only a pair of eyes stared at them with a shudder, full of wounds, and deep awareness.

The room suddenly became as cold as ice.

Alcina who was working on your body, froze instantly. His blood-soaked hands trembled violently as his eyes met yours. He sees himself reflected in your pupils—not as a Lady, but as a monster skinning the people who love him most.

"He... he wakes up," Bela whispered in a choked voice. He dropped his crystal bottle, and his broken voice echoed throughout the room.

Cassandra and Daniela took a step back, their faces pathetically pale. They can't hold back your silent gaze yet speak a thousand words about this betrayal.

Tortured Silence

"Pocket?" Heisenberg, who had laughed before, was silent. He turned off his cigar, looking uncomfortable. "Miranda, you said she was numb. Why is he looking at us like that?"

Miranda approached, trying to squeeze your eyes to close them again, but your eyelids refused to close. You keep staring at them one by one in the middle of the surgical process. You didn't scream, but tears of blood flowed slowly from the corner of your eyes, falling past your pale cheeks.

"Stop..." whispered Alcina in a voice that almost broke. "Zak, please... Close your eyes. Don't look at me like this!"

Alcina tried to continue her task, but her hands were no longer stable. He felt as if every incision he made was now slicing his own soul. Your silent gaze was far more painful to them than any burst of energy. You let them take everything, but you force them to see what they really destroyed.

The End of Everything

You remain conscious, letting them complete the heinous process. You saw the disgusting Moreau approaching, saw Donna hiding behind Miranda, and saw your three daughters now only bowing their heads, unable to look back into your eyes full of forgiveness and infinite sorrow.

Slowly, the light in your eyes began to dim for the second time. Not because you gave up, but because your body had indeed been drained.

You die with your eyes open.

Even after your heart is taken and your blood is gone, those eyes remain staring at the door—at the torn family photo on the floor.

Dimitrescu's castle never again sounded full of laughter after that night. Every time Alcina or the princesses closed their eyes, the first thing they saw was your gaze on that night of betrayal. You do not take revenge by force, but you haunt them with guilt that will rot them from the inside to the end of time.

-

*I'm still holding on even though everything has been taken, my eyes are open and talk* you.. I feel it, it hurts so much..

Your voice sounded like the scraping of bones on the cold floor, a whisper that broke the pure silence in the room. As you say those words, Alcina releases her surgical instrument until it clatters loudly on the floor.

"You guys... I feel it... It hurts..."

Those words hit them harder than any burst of energy. Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela covered their mouths with their hands, their steps stepping back trembling. They see your depleted body, which should have been an empty carcass, but your soul is still bound there—forced to feel every cut they make.

A Late Shock of Regret

Alcina fell to her knees beside the bed. His face that had been cold was now shattered by the overwhelming horror. He saw his own hands red because of your blood, the blood of the man who called him "Honey" even when he betrayed you.

"Pocket... no... You shouldn't feel it..." Isaac Alcina. His voice broke, his composure disappeared completely. "Miranda! You said he wouldn't feel any pain! You said he was dead!"

Miranda looked faltering for the first time. She stared at her own palm holding your Alpha essence. "Her power... her love for you is so strong that her nervous system refuses to die. She... she endures all this pain just to be able to see you."

Heisenberg turned his face away, no longer able to stare at your open eyes. "Damn... This is wrong. This is completely wrong."

The Last Heart-Rending Moment

You are still breathing, one by one, very heavy. Every breath you take is a struggle against unimaginable pain as your organs are no longer in place. Yet, you keep your eyes on your three daughters.

Daniela ran closer, she tried to hold your already cold hand, her tears falling wet the wound in your chest. "I'm sorry, Zak! I'm sorry for us! We don't know... we thought it would be quick..."
