Chapter 310: Factions Complete Tasks One After Another! Shiro's Move!

....

Once the final calculations were done, a heavy silence fell over the remaining units of the Ex-Machina cluster.

Deploying the Creator God, Holou, is the only prerequisite to execute this extra-dimensional deity?

The odds of making that happen were drastically low. On top of that, because Shiro's presence showed zero hostility, there was no logical reason to engage her in combat.

"We agree to a strategic relocation," an Ex-Machina unit said, sending the cluster's collective agreement back to Shiro.

"Go directly to the human territory—the Kingdom of Elkia. Wait there for the Primary God," Shiro said, her face completely expressionless.

Seeing the rows of mechanical entities begin their migration, Shiro turned and vanished from the cavern.

Time flew by.

In what felt like a blink of an eye, three hours had passed. Within that short window, every race on Disboard had been rounded up and marched into Elkia's capital under heavy guard.

Watching endless lines of terrifying, high-tier species being herded into their plaza, the local humans were left in total shock. After all, every single one of these mythical creatures was vastly superior to humanity in every way! To see these apex predators caught, brought low, and penned up inside Elkia was something their minds could barely process.

Yet, despite their overwhelming curiosity, not a single human dared to step closer. The seasoned soldiers of the Snezhnaya Empire patrolling the perimeter simply radiated an aura that was far too intimidating and disciplined to cross.

However... in any world, there are always those whose sheer arrogance blinds them to danger.

Deep within a luxurious estate near the main street, a remarkably fat human noble stepped out into his courtyard. A greasy, predatory look filled his eyes as he watched the captured Elves, admiring their pristine, beautiful faces.

"Heh... I've spent forever trying to get a high-tier Elf slave for my collection!"

Shring—!

The second those words left his mouth, the nearest Snezhnaya soldier snapped his head around, glaring sharply through his visor.

Even though these races were prisoners of war, the soldier was bound by a strict rule above all else—a core law of the Snezhnaya Military Codex: Absolute discipline regarding prisoners of war!

While luxury accommodations weren't possible during a war, making sure captives weren't harassed or abused by random civilians was the baseline of military discipline.

On top of that, looking at this grotesque noble, the soldier's expression turned utterly cold. The Snezhnaya Empire had been built entirely on the destruction of corrupt aristocrats! This noble had clearly lost his mind. Instead of hiding deep inside his mansion, he actually had the nerve to walk out onto an active front and start trouble?

Clang—!

The soldier smoothly drew his heavy broadsword from his hip.

"Th—This... good soldier, my friend..."

Seeing the cold, sharp steel, the noble's confidence instant vanished. But reminding himself that these foreign forces hadn't slaughtered local humans, he calmed himself down slightly.

"Sir, if your leaders want the throne of this kingdom, I have no problem with that. But surely we can make a deal? Name your price for a few choice specimens from those captured lines."

The noble tried to sound friendly. Before this war, he would have shoved his title in the soldier's face to demand obedience. But knowing he was under an occupying force, he knew he had to play nice. He fully intended to use his wealth to buy a few rare slaves.

"Report! What's going on here?!"

Right at that moment, a Fatui Guild leader—known to the community as "Kirito-sensei"—noticed the commotion and marched over with heavy strides.

Noticing Kirito-sensei's high-tier gear, the noble's eyes lit up with greed as he stepped forward to introduce himself.

"My esteemed—"

"Get lost, you trash!"

Before the noble could finish his sentence, Kirito-sensei delivered a brutal kick straight to his chest, sending the heavy man flying backward.

BANG!

The noble slammed onto the paved stone, coughing up blood. Furious and offended, he pointed a shaking finger at Kirito-sensei.

"You... you barbarians! Do you really think you can run a kingdom without the backing of wealthy nobles?!"

The impact drew everyone's attention. Whether it was the disciplined Snezhnaya soldiers, the local humans, or the captured species in the plaza, their faces twisted in shock. They were genuinely speechless. Was this noble's head completely empty?

"Huh?" Kirito-sensei took a dangerous step forward. "Well said!"

He turned toward the assembled soldiers and beat his fist against his chest, his voice booming across the plaza: "Soldiers! Remind me... what foundation was our glorious Snezhnaya Empire built on?!"

The soldiers paused for a fraction of a second before roaring back in perfect unison:

"The total elimination of the aristocracy! The protection of liberty! Equal rights for all!!"

The moment that collective roar hit the sky, the noble's mind went blank.

The... total elimination of the aristocracy...? Oh god...!

The noble swallowed hard, a wave of terror washing over him. He hadn't just picked a small fight—he had walked straight toward his own execution!

"Excellent!" Kirito-sensei nodded with satisfaction, looking down at the trembling noble like a executioner. "We are in the middle of a major military operation, and you have the nerve to break discipline in public? Send a twelve-man squad! Seize all his assets and raid his estate immediately!"

"Execute anyone in that house who has a record of serious crimes on the spot!"

Without a shred of mercy, Kirito-sensei gave the final order. He had brought down plenty of corrupt nobles before; adding one more didn't bother him at all.

And besides... a sharp grin curled the corners of his lips. Having the power to decide someone's fate with a single sentence was an incredible feeling! No wonder those two idiots, Iori and Hidetoshi, spent so much time doing this exact same thing!

"Ex... Execution..."

Hearing those words, the noble's vision went dark, and he fainted on the spot.

The surrounding crowd watched in silence, an icy chill settling over the street.

Without delay, two imperial soldiers stepped forward, knelt beside the unconscious noble, and delivered a loud, hard slap across his face!

PAP!

The sharp sting instantly woke him up. He looked around in a panic before screaming in terror, "Mercy! Have mercy, my lords!!"

THUD!

The soldiers completely ignored his pleas. They kicked him sharply a few times, leaving him weeping in pain, and dragged him down the street like a sack of trash.

Watching the street clear, Kirito-sensei casually walked away. He already had a card game scheduled with Hidetoshi, and he didn't want to keep him waiting.

Meanwhile, across the rest of Disboard...

The native false gods lay broken, dying, or defeated. Under the synchronized attack of the Fatui Harbingers, not a single deity had managed to escape.

The main reason for this total defeat was the late arrival of Harbinger Maple—a powerhouse who had reached the Mid-stage Deity realm. Her direct entry into the battle had completely shattered the balance of the war.

High above the atmosphere...

Sitting beside Seito, Tet ground his teeth so hard his jaw ached. He was beyond frustrated. The native gods of his world had been systematically cut down, leaving only one remaining: the God of Doubt, Holou.

Yet, his mounting frustration was mostly because of Holou herself. Even now, that overly cautious god refused to show her face near the battlefield. Did she completely miss how a Mid-stage Deity like Maple had single-handedly broken the war? Had Holou stepped in early, his side wouldn't have been completely wiped out!

Tet's mood was at an all-time low.

"It seems Shiro is finally preparing to make her move," Seito murmured, a subtle smile appearing on his face as he checked a report.

"Her move?" Tet blinked. Did that Early-stage Deity have some hidden trick he didn't know about?

He immediately focused his divine sight, zooming in on Shiro's location on the surface.

The exact second he saw the object resting safely in Shiro's hands, Tet's mind went completely blank, his jaw dropping in absolute shock.
