The leaders stood up. They had to pay respect to the man that single-handedly saved the East Continent.
"Please. There is no need for such formality." Carter said.
"You're too polite, Master Blackburn. We all owe you for saving humanity." Shinichi said.
"I just do what I vowed to do. Please sit!"
Everyone nodded and sat down. Carter sat at the start of the long table, the seat of highest position.
"I called this meeting to decide on what we need to do at Manaca." Carter said.
Everyone lean forward in anticipation.
"I will strike into the Gold Stream myself. The Invokers and Priests... It will sound like I'm arrogant, but they are too weak to fight alongside me."
"Please, sir. No one thinks that you are arrogant." Priest Oliphim said.
"He's right. Your power is on an entire different level compared to us." Neros nodded.
