Everyone was in the dining area while waiting for Marie to finish preparing two guest rooms. Alexander was working on his phone. Max was no where in sight. Isla was playing with her phone. Elizabeth was having a conversation with the Sinclair couple. Diana was chatting with Bella.
"Marie." Scarlett called as she came in the dining area.
The Sinclair couple glared at her while Bella rolled her eyes. Diana elbowed Bella and they communicated something through their eyes.
"Hy Scarlett. I'm Bella" Bella introduced as Scarlett looked at her.
"Nice to meet you." Scarlett responded.
"Dear what do you need?" Elizabeth asked as she helped Scarlett sit between Alexander and Diana.
"I wanted some water." Scarlett said as Elizabeth went to the kitchen.
"Here you go." Elizabeth said handling Scarlett a glass of water. She thanked her and took a sip. However, Diana pushed her as Scarlett got startled and poured water on Alexander's laptop.
Everyone was silent. No one saw what Diana did. The Sinclair family and Bella were waiting for Alexander's reaction. Diana had a smirk on her face.
Scarlett's face was calm. Alexander stood up and closed the laptop.
"Scarlett why did you do that? Can't you see all Alexander's hard work is gone because of you. Don't you feel shameless? What is he going to do now?" Diana yelled at Scarlett.
"Such carelessness. Scarlett apologize to Alexander. This is pure careless. How is he going to recover all the work you ruined?" Mrs Sinclair said.
"She wouldn't understand how hard it is for CEO's to be where they are today." Bella added.
"ENOUGH!" Alexander said coldly as the table got silent.
"But hunny she deserves a-" Diana said but was cut off.
"Stop this nonsense. This is not the first time Scarlett poured water on my laptop. I always had a backup plan just in case." Alexander said as Scarlett looked at the Sinclair with a smirk.
"How clumsy she is sometimes. Well Alexander and Scarlett are always three steps ahead. Scarlett had poured water on Alexander's laptop a thousand times." Elizabeth said and laughed.
"Sometimes it's on purpose. Alex would pretend to be upset with her so that she can coax him." Isla added.
Displeasure was written all over the Sinclair couple's faces but hey who cares.
"About the CEO staff don't worry. Scarlett is already a CEO. She is just on a maternity break. They work side by side." Elizabeth added.
"Why can't she stay at her family home? Don't you think it's inappropriate for her to stay here pregnant and unmarried?" Mr Sinclair said as Diana smirked internally.
'You are my true father after all.' Diana thought with a smug look.
"I don't think so. These two have been together since they were kids. When they were kids they would even share the same bed. Alex would refuse to leave Scarlett while she does the same. It's either they stay here or at the Danvers manor." Elizabeth responded.
'I just wanted Scarlett to be humiliated not this stupid story about their childhood.' Diana thought again.
"I understand but don't you think people will talk." Mrs Sinclair asked.
"Well no one dares to." Alexander said coldly. All this time he was quiet.
Scarlett was looking at Mrs Sinclair and her husband. Her eyes cold. Mrs Sinclair felt shivers down her spine.
'Creepy.' Mrs Sinclair thought. When they made eye contact Scarlett gave her a smile not a real one but the 'I will haunt your dreams smile.'
"I'm going to bed." Scarlett said as Alexander stood up and helped her stand. Her bump was really big that she had trouble walking alone sometimes.
"Alex, you stay here with your.... With the Sinclair family." Scarlett said. Alexander frowned but nodded.
Elizabeth helped Scarlett and led her to her room.
"Mom that Diana does she hate me?" Scarlett asked while she sat down on the bed.
"Don't mind her. She should be thankful we made her the daughter in law of this family. Not having that stupid attitude of hers." Elizabeth responded.
"Mom are you upset?" Scarlett asked again.
"Of course I am. The way she behaved with you at the mall and the dining area just now is unacceptable." Elizabeth responded.
"Don't worry about me, mom. " Scarlett said softly as Elizabeth sighed and kissed her forehead.
"Okay have a good night sleep. I will send Marie with some water. I love you my little princess." Elizabeth said as she left the room.

In the dining area Marie informed them that their rooms are ready. Elizabeth instructed her to show them and to later bring water for Scarlett.
Everyone left the hall heading to their rooms. Alexander went to Diana's room. His pyjamas were already on the bed. Diana was so happy.
Their first night did not go so well but this time she would change it. Alexander went in the bathroom and took a shower.
Diana during the time wore a red lingerie she bought. She inspected herself and she was satisfied. She was hundred percent sure that tonight she would make sure to get intimate with Alexander.
Alexander came out of the bathroom and saw Diana in a lingerie.
"Stop playing around woman. I'm exhausted." Alexander said and got on the bed. Diana was shocked.
Did Alexander just turn her down? She could not believe it.
She clenched her fists and got in the bed. She switched off the lights.
"I forgot my phone. I will be back." Alexander said and left the room.
Diana was going to seduce him no matter what. Later Alexander returned. The room was too dark that you can only see someone's shadow.
He got on the bed and Diana thought this was her opportunity.
She started putting her hand on Alexander and even touched his member. She smirked when Alexander reacted to her.
Alexander took charge. He starts devouring her lips. His hands were caressing her body. Diana kept on moaning clearly enjoying it.
Alexander slid into her. Diana kept moaning while Alexander was just quiet— too quiet but Diana didn't mind. She got what she wanted.
