Axel stepped beside Kai.

Leo nodded.

"Dragon."

"The government."

The chamber shook.

Kai looked directly at the enemy.
"I decide."
The Underlord finally spoke.

Axel smiled.

Leo prepared his equipment.
"Then let's end this."
The creature raised its hand.
