Devara did not give the Yali another chance to turn its attention fully toward him.
He pulled the string of Pinakodanda once again, his muscles tightening as blue Yogic energy flowed from his body into the divine bow.
But this time the energy did not remain blue.
It spiralled around the string and gathered at its center, gradually changing into a brilliant yellow radiance.
The light condensed into the shape of an Astra, glowing intensely enough to illuminate Devara's face.
His eyes fixed upon the back of the Yali's enormous head.
He was not aiming for its flesh.
He was aiming for control.
Devara released the string.
SHOOOOOM!
The yellow Astra shot forward like a streak of lightning, cutting through the air with tremendous speed.
