Lina wanted to ask something,she is nervous and thinking how to confront him,she takes a long breath,closing her eyes,walking to paul's desk and asks for a date but paul refused and said he will be in a party with his friends,his old friends planned for a get to gether tonight,not today but some other day.At the moment if someone looks lina's face can clearly say how much frustrated she is but she controls her emotions and says she was just joking but wanted a friend to be with her during the new year.Lina says-fine,I should be enjoying alone.Her heart broken,he just said no for the date and she is still confused why this happened.Paul says complete your work and go anywhere you want but not in day dreaming and laughs.
