In Nahira's palace, Clarisse enters the palace of the ruler of everything with Ernas. Nahira welcomes them and says, "I didn't expect you to come, my sister, especially now." Then she looks at the person who came with her, her eyes widening in surprise and shock, and thinks to herself, "Arios? What is he doing here with her?"
Clarisse says, "Sister, we came here because of an emergency."
Then Clarisse looks at her sister, who is holding a small baby in her arms, and asks, "Who is this child?"
Nahira says, "Oh, this? She is the daughter of one of the elders. I brought her here with me so she could get familiar with the place."
Clarisse says, "Oh, she is very beautiful. She almost looks like you."
Nahira says, "Yes, even I was impressed by that."
Then she orders one of the servants to come and take the baby. Ernas looks at the child without taking his eyes off her.
After that, Nahira asks, "What is the reason you two came here?"
Clarisse says, "Sister, please. We need your help. The world will be destroyed in three days. Please, find Arios."
Nahira looks at her in confusion and shock at her sister's stupidity and says, "W-what did you say? He is standing right there."
Clarisse says, "I know this is complicated, but we want Arios. You are the one who can make him come."
Nahira remains shocked by her sister's foolish words and says, "Did you come here just to make fun of me or what?"
Ernas says, "No. I am not the Arios you know. I am another person. We are looking for the Arios who exists in this world, and we need him immediately. So please, summon him for us."
Ernas closes his eyes and says, "We know that you are capable of bringing him here."
Nahira feels confused by Ernas's gaze and says, "Fine. I'll try."
She begins contacting Arios through a cosmic communication device.
Arios had been talking to Clinton, and judging by the malicious look in Arios's eyes, it seemed that the two had reached an agreement.
Suddenly, Arios takes out his communication device and says, "Oh? What does this witch want? She hasn't contacted me in two years. What does she want?"
Clinton says, "I'm going to discuss the remaining matters with Izola, and I'll contact you, sir, so we can begin our work."
Arios says, "Alright, no problem. Honestly, I like the idea."
Clinton says, "Of course you do. This is how Dazai and the others originally built their fortunes, and I was the reason for that. In this way, you can guarantee that your son will live with a golden spoon in his mouth and silver beneath his feet."
Arios says, "Yes, yes. Goodbye."
Then the connection disappears.
Arios looks at the device and says, "Hello. What do you want? Why are you calling me after all these years? Have you decided to remove my reward because I've been attacked so many times over the past two years? I never even showed my family that."
Nahira looks at the voice coming from the device, then looks at Ernas and confirms that this really is not the Arios she knows.
She says, "Come to my palace immediately. There is something important I want you to see."
Then she ends the call.
Arios gets angry and says, "Damn it. I'm sick of her demands. Does she think I work for her or something? What if it's a trap? What if she wants to lure me there so she can finish me off? No, no. She wouldn't do that. She isn't the type to betray someone. But what does she want? I think she has returned to her old habits. They're terrible. I don't know why she suddenly hung up. Did she expect me to become curious and go there immediately? Damn it, she succeeded. Now I'm curious about what she wants to say. I'll go."
Arios disappears from his location and appears in front of the palace gates.
"Wow. She changed the decor."
Suddenly, the door opens and a servant appears.
"Please, this way."
Arios says, "Wow. Special treatment."
He begins walking through the palace and says, "What does your mistress want from me?"
The servant does not say a single word.
They eventually pass through a huge corridor. The servant is carrying the baby.
Arios looks at them and says, "Oh? Has Nahira become a babysitter now or what?"
The baby looks at Arios and makes a strange grimace.
Arios feels shocked and says, "What is with this child? Her eyes are terrifying despite how beautiful her face is."
Arios enters the throne room.
The moment he enters, he says, "What do you want? I'm busy, and you always bother me. Tell me what you want and leave me in peace."
Then Arios focuses and notices Clarisse.
With an annoyed sigh, he says, "I can't believe this."
He shouts at Nahira, "Did you summon me here just so I could see your sister, you witch?"
The soldiers raise their weapons toward him.
Nahira says, "Lower your weapons."
They all obey.
She then orders everyone to leave the room. They leave in a single line.
Arios says, "What's wrong, dear? Why are you being so harsh with me?"
Nahira says, "So that you don't try to insult me again, Arios. I am the Lady of Everything. I am not some simple ruler you can disrespect. But I'll forgive you this time."
Arios says, "Please forgive me. I was wrong. Hahaha. Anyway, what's going on?"
Clarisse looks at him with longing and coldness and says, "Two years, Arios. Two years and you never even asked about me. Thank you."
Arios says, "Oh, forgive me. I simply don't care. Is that all? I'm leaving."
Nahira says, "Stop."
Clarisse steps forward and says, "Is this true, Arios? Is what they say true? Are you…"
She says it heavily, "Are you married to another woman?"
Arios says with deliberate enthusiasm and provocation, "Yes, that's true. And I have a child with her too."
Clarisse clenches her fist and says, "But, Arios, we were supposed to get married. We were engaged in the first place. Why did you do this? Was I not enough for you? Was I not your type? What did you like about her? Is she more beautiful than me? Stronger than me? Kinder than me? What made you choose her over me?"
Arios says with complete honesty, "I chose her because I love her."
Clarisse's blood runs cold.
Arios continues, "Actually, listen carefully, Clarisse. I never loved you. Not once. I never cared about your feelings toward me. I don't understand why you love me when I've always made it clear that I don't love you and don't care about your love for me.
"I already have a good family, and that is enough for me. I promised myself that I would care about them and love only them, nothing more and nothing less.
"As for you, I hope you find your true love and live the life you always wished to live. But we are simply not suitable for each other. We can be friends, but loving each other is impossible. Forget about this and live your life."
Clarisse begins crying.
Nahira becomes afraid that her sister might lose control at any moment.
Clarisse says, "I-I…"
She removes her engagement ring and throws it at Arios's face. Then she slaps him across the face and leaves the room crying, leaving Arios completely silent without saying a single word.
Nahira says, "This should have happened a long time ago."
Arios says, "Yes, you're right."
Then he approaches her and says, "What is it? Speak quickly."
Nahira says, "Someone wants to meet you. Don't be shocked like I was, because this is still shocking to me and I still can't understand any of it."
Arios says, "Damn. Is it really that serious?"
She says, "Look behind you."
Arios turns around, and the moment he does, his eyes widen at the sight before him. He jumps backward and says, "What the hell is this? Who are you?"
Ernas stands there and says, "There is no time for explanations. Will you help me or not?"
Arios says, "Who are you?"
Ernas says, "It doesn't matter who I am. What matters is whether you will help me right now."
Arios says, "Huh? And how am I supposed to help someone whose identity I don't even know? Are you a version of me from a parallel universe?"
Ernas says, "No. I am not, and I don't wish to be."
Arios says, "Then who are you?"
Ernas says, "My name is Ernas Mira. I am here on a rescue mission."
Arios says, "Rescue? Rescue from what?"
Ernas says, "From a catastrophe that will happen to this world. Please, come with me."
Arios says, "Where?"
Ernas says, "Just come."
A strange portal opens. Ernas enters, followed by Arios. The portal closes.
Nahira says, "What the hell is happening? Where did they go, and what is going on?"
Nahira stands up and follows her sister, who had already left the palace crying because of what happened.
Meanwhile, Arios finds himself in a very bright place.
"Where are we?"
Ernas answers, "This is a special room where I can observe worlds and travel to them."
Arios says, "Who are you, and why did you summon me?"
Ernas says, "Listen. There is no time for explanations. The world you are in will be destroyed in three days. If we don't stop it, everything will be destroyed, including the family you claim to care about."
Arios says, "What? Are you saying someone is going to destroy the world? Where are they? I'll eliminate them."
Ernas laughs and says, "Impossible. And besides, it isn't an enemy. You can't stop what is coming."
Arios says, "What? And why me? What do I have to do with this? Couldn't you find someone else to do it?"
Ernas says, "You idiot. This is serious. You are the only one who can stop it."
Suddenly, a giant screen appears, transforming the entire room into a massive display.
A strange world appears on it. It is the first time Arios has ever seen anything like it.
Ernas says, "Look at what is going to happen."
Suddenly, something black begins emerging everywhere, erasing everything in its path. It spreads farther and farther until it completely erases the entire world.
Arios is stunned by the sight because he sees forms of life evaporating as if they were being thrown into boiling oil, or as though they were being dragged into a pit made from the most horrifying substance in existence, leading to their complete destruction.
Arios says anxiously, "What is that?"
Ernas says, "Focus on what I'm about to tell you. That thing is merely particles of something much greater. What you saw was only a tiny particle being tested on the world you just saw. This world will suffer the same fate because a bomb has been prepared to be dropped here and do the exact same thing to this world."
Arios says, "Why?"
Ernas says simply, "The extinction of all forms of life, no matter what they are."
Arios says, "Who is the enemy?"
Ernas says, "Don't call it an enemy. Neither you nor I can do anything to that thing. But you can stop this from happening to your world, even if you are evil."
Arios says, "Excuse me? What did you just say? Did you just call me evil?"
Ernas says, "Yes. You are evil, and you don't realize it."
Arios laughs and says, "I like that description. Arios the Evil. Believe it or not, I'm starting to like you, my look-alike."
Ernas says, "I don't want the admiration of trash like you. All I want from you is to stop that thing. After that, I'll deal with killing you myself."
Arios stands up and says, "What audacity. And let's assume that thing reaches us. How do I stop it? Do I push it away? Hit it? Use my techniques to cancel its effect? What am I supposed to do?"
Ernas says, "It won't work. This thing is beyond you. You won't be able to affect it even if you used millions of times your current power."
Arios feels frustrated and says, "Then go summon someone who can stop it. Why don't you find other versions of me in other worlds and ask them? You might find a good version willing to help you."
Arios laughs maliciously.
Ernas says, "You are the only one who can do it. And besides, you aren't good at all. Not in any world—even if such a version of you exists."
Arios says, "What? Fine, my friend. I refuse to help you. You're a stranger who looks like me, appeared out of nowhere, and now wants me to help you with something I know nothing about and have never seen before. Now get me out of here."
Ernas says, "Think about the people who will die because of you."
Arios says, "What does that have to do with me? Let them all go to hell. It has nothing to do with me."
Ernas gets angry and says, "You are no different from them at all."
Then he says, "Do one good thing in your life for once."
Arios says, "The only good thing I'll ever do in my life is not kill you right now. Get me out of here, before I destroy this place over your head."
Arios grabs Ernas by the shirt. Arios's eyes change as he says, "Listen carefully, boy. If I ever see your face in front of me again, I will do the exact same thing to you and the world you came from. Get out of here. I don't want to see you again."
He throws him away, and a portal opens. Arios leaves through it.
Ernas becomes furious and says, "Damn you! There is no hope for you at all. Damn it!"
He begins screaming in madness.
Outside, Arios descends in front of the palace. Nahira finds him and asks, "What happened?"
Arios smiles and says, "Just a joke and some nonsense that has nothing to do with us."
Nahira says, "Listen carefully. I have nothing to do with your problems, Arios. Do you understand me?"
He says, "Fine, fine. As you wish."
She says, "I see you've regained your cheerful personality lately."
Arios thinks to himself, "Wait. I'm not speaking coldly or without emotion. My senses have returned."
He touches his face and says, "I've returned to normal."
Nahira says, "Your normal? Look at yourself. You really have changed."
Arios says, "No. I'm always like this."
Nahira says, "Yes, that's right. You're always evil and only care about yourself."
Arios says, "That isn't a flaw."
Then he asks, "And what's the story with the baby you have inside?"
Nahira says, "Oh, her? She is the daughter of one of the elders. They dumped her on me so she could learn how to become like me."
Arios says in amazement, "She's a tiny baby. She can't even walk, Nahira."
Nahira says, "I don't know. They left her with me, and it's obvious they don't want her."
Arios smiles maliciously and says, "I see your heart has become softer, and you've turned into a babysitter."
Nahira smiles and says, "Don't forget that I raised you once."
Arios says, "Ah, the past. It's better that it's over and won't happen again. But regarding that baby, her eyes were terrifying. It was as if she wanted to kill me."
Nahira laughs and says, "You're a criminal and an evil person. Your aura radiates evil and bad intentions. Of course a baby will see you like that and be repulsed by you. But can you guess her name? Take a guess."
Arios says, "I don't know, and I don't care. The important thing is that you stay away from me completely and never come near me again."
Nahira says, "Bastard, as usual. Give my regards to your wife and your little child."
Arios stops and says, "Never mention my family with your mouth again."
Then he leaves.
Nahira says, "Family, huh? We'll see about that, you piece of trash."
After that, Arios appears on his planet, enters his home, throws himself onto the couch, and falls asleep.
Two days pass after these events.
Clarisse is crying in her room, which she has locked herself inside. As she cries, she remembers everything Arios said and asks herself, "Why me? Why is this happening to me? What did I do wrong?"
Suddenly, Ernas appears in the room and sits on the bed.
He says, "You are not to blame, Miss Clarisse. That person is simply a damn bastard who never deserved this much attention."
Clarisse gets up and asks, "Why does he hate me like this? What did I do to him besides love him?"
Ernas says, "Have you ever seen someone love a creature like him? That is impossible. I think he did something unforgivable."
Clarisse says, "He simply abandoned me and never thought about all the years I waited for him to love me. Why am I such a bad person? Should I leave this world?"
Ernas says, "No. You are not bad. You are a noble person, Miss Clarisse. You are a human being with principles, unlike that piece of trash who follows his desires and whims. He has committed unimaginable things in the past, and now he repeats the same things. He always claims to be the victim, but he is the worst one.
"Please, don't shed another tear over that bastard. He isn't worth it.

"Stop crying. I'm sorry, but I will disappear tomorrow morning as soon as the sun rises. I wanted to spend some time with you before I disappear.

Then he disappears.

Arios wakes up from his sleep and finds Izola sleeping on the couch in front of him.
He wakes her, and when she wakes up, she hugs him tightly while crying.
Arios says, "What happened?"
She says, "Thank God you're okay."
Arios says, "What's wrong, dear? I'm here. What happened?"
Izola says, "Arios, do you really not remember what happened?"
He says, "What happened?"
Izola says, "You've been asleep for two days. You never woke up during those two days, no matter how hard I tried to wake you."
Arios is shocked and thinks to himself, "What? Impossible. Did I really sleep for two entire days?"
He gets up and walks toward the mirror, examines himself, and says, "Impossible. I was sleeping normally and wasn't exhausting myself. So how did this happen?"
Izola approaches him and says, "Dear…"
He looks at her and says, "Tell me, how is Isaac?"
She says, "He's fine. He's sleeping in his room. He tried waking you several times, but you wouldn't wake up, so he cried a lot. I was worried."
Arios says, "Huh."
Then he leaves the house.
"I'll be back soon."
Arios says, "I dreamed of something terrible while I was sleeping. It felt so real. I saw my wife and child disappearing in front of me. Could this have something to do with what that look-alike told me?"
He begins calling out, "Ernas! Ernas! Where are you, Ernas?"
But there is no response.
Arios travels to Nahira's palace and enters, asking her about Ernas.
Nahira says, "What are you talking about?"
Arios is shocked by what he hears.
"The one who was here three days ago."
Nahira says, "Arios, are you okay? That day, you were here and told Clarisse the truth about your feelings, then left after she ran away. Are you okay?"
Arios is shocked. He thinks Nahira is lying, so he immediately rushes out of the palace and flies toward World One.
He says, "It's three in the afternoon. Could that really have been true?"
He heads toward Clarisse's planet and lands there.
Soldiers see him and attempt to attack him, but he knocks them all away.
Then he calls out at the top of his voice, "Clarisse! Clarisse!"
Clarisse is sitting in darkness on her throne.
A servant arrives and says, "My lady, Arios is outside calling your name."
Clarisse is shocked and immediately runs outside.
She shouts loudly, "Arios!"
"Leave him alone!"
She quickly descends toward him.
He approaches her, and they meet.
Clarisse says, "Arios, you came. Did you change your mind?"
He says, "Look. Listen and focus carefully. Three days ago, when we were in Nahira's palace, Ernas was there with us. Where is he now? I want to meet him."
Clarisse looks at him in confusion.
"Ernas? Who is that?"
Arios is shocked by what he hears.
He grabs her and says, "Ernas was with us in the palace. He showed me an explosion that swallowed existence. You were there with us, and he knew you. Nahira said he came with you after asking for help."
Clarisse says, "No. I don't remember any of this. I don't know any Ernas, and I've never seen him before. Are you and Nahira playing some trick on me? And I'm still angry about what you did to me three days ago. I want an apology right now."
Arios says, "It doesn't matter. I'm leaving."
Clarisse is shocked by his behavior, grabs him, and says, "You're not going anywhere. Apologize to me for what you said in the palace."

After that, Arios flies through space before suddenly stopping.

He freezes in place.
Then he says hesitantly, "There's no one for me to go to."
A moment of realization hits Arios.
"No one. I have no one. I have no friends, and I have nobody to help me. Wow. I really have been busy pushing everyone away from me."
Arios looks at the palm of his hand and says, "Arios Mira… what the hell are you?"
Then he flies toward World Six.
After some time, he reaches the planet of Raymus.
On the planet, Raymus and Wang sense a terrifying energy above them.
Raymus says, "Something is coming."
Wang says, "What an immense energy. I wonder what that is."
Raymus says, "Lina, go inside."
Lina says, "Dear, I'll stay with you."
Raymus says angrily, "Go. It's an evil energy. This is not a joke."
Lina leaves with her daughter in her arms and hides behind a rock.
She says, "Oh my God. Raymus, you idiot."
Raymus says, "Get ready, Wang. We'll destroy the opponent with a coordinated attack the moment he lands. And make sure nothing happens behind us."
Suddenly, they hear whispers behind them.
"What are you two talking about?"
The two feel an overwhelming shock and freeze in fear.
Raymus thinks to himself, "W-what is happening? I didn't sense his presence behind me. When did he arrive? And who is he?"
Wang says, "Good Lord. I feel like I'm an ice cube placed next to the sun. What the hell is this monster behind me?"
They both turn around and are shocked at the same time.
It is Arios.
They jump and Raymus says, "You!"
Arios looks at him in confusion.
"What's wrong?"
Raymus becomes angry and flies toward Arios to attack him, unleashing a barrage of punches.
Arios blocks the attacks with nothing but his gaze.
Wang is stunned.
Raymus then releases a black aura of destruction and begins attacking Arios from every direction.
Arios blocks him with a single finger.
Then Arios opens his eye, sending Raymus flying away. His aura disappears, and he crashes beside Wang.
Wang says, "Stop, please. There must be a reason he came here."
Raymus says, "Of course he came to show off his power and how strong he has become. Can't you see that?"
Wang says, "No. Something must have happened. Let's listen to him, sir."
Raymus gets angry and says, "He's wanted. He's a criminal. I'm supposed to arrest him, not listen to him and shelter him on my land."
Behind the rocks, Lina gets up and says, "What is happening over there? Who is that person?"
She moves closer.
Raymus warns her not to approach, but she continues walking toward them, with her daughter Yukari in her arms.
When Lina gets closer, Arios turns his head.
He sees Lina.
As soon as Lina gets close enough to see the person standing before her, the milk bottle falls from her hand, and Yukari almost falls with it until Raymus flies over and catches her.
Lina is stunned after seeing her brother, whom she had not seen for more than six full years.
Arios turns toward her.
Lina says, "Arios."
She stares at his appearance—his cold features, indifferent gaze, black clothes, and imposing presence.
She takes a few steps forward.
"Brother…"
Arios smiles and says, "Now you admit that I'm your brother."
She moves toward him.
Raymus warns her, "Don't approach him. He's a monster, Lina. Stay away from him."
But she does not listen.
She walks toward him and stops in front of him.
Their eyes meet.
Tears fall from Lina's eyes.
Then she hugs Arios while crying.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry for everything. I apologize for what I said to you before. I'm truly sorry. You are my only brother. You are the last person I have left in this world. You were never the cause of our mother's death. You were right, brother. Please forgive me."
She cries and cries in his arms.
Arios does not move.
He does not say a word.
He does not blink.
He does not smile.
He does nothing.
Then he says coldly, "Why? When was it ever my fault?"
Lina looks at him while crying, kneeling before his feet.
Arios says, "What do I have to do with it? I simply avenged her. Mother died, and I failed to save her, so I avenged her. It's simple. The same thing happened again. My other mother died, and I failed to save her, so I avenged her. What is strange about that?"
Lina looks at him and says, "Arios, please. I know you are suffering inside, and I know you blame yourself for what happened."
Arios says, "No. I regret nothing. It happened. What could I have done to stop it? Nothing. So it isn't my fault."
He laughs coldly.
He grabs Lina's crying face and says, "Your tears are terrible. I hate seeing them. Stop crying, or I'll get angry and hurt myself because I made you cry."
Lina is surprised by what he says.
Arios punches himself.
The blow shakes the entire area, and he falls to the ground with blood coming from his mouth.
Lina becomes frightened.
Yukari begins crying, shocking Raymus and Wang.
Arios says, "Stop crying immediately."
Lina wipes away her tears and says, "I stopped. Don't do that again."
Arios laughs with difficulty and then gets up.
"That matter ended a long time ago. We are children of the present."
Then he says to Lina, "I'm sorry I couldn't save your mother."
Lina says, "She was our mother too, you idiot."
Arios laughs.
"Yes."
She hugs him again.
Arios is slightly shocked.
He thinks, "I haven't hugged someone like this since my wife. The feeling is somewhat similar."
Then he raises his arms, embraces her, and hugs her back.
After that, Arios sits beneath a tree while Wang treats his injuries.
Lina sits in front of him, while Raymus stands on a nearby rock with his arms crossed, staring at Arios.
