The battle between Luffy and Enel was a clash of Hardware vs. Software. Enel tried to use his Mantra to predict Luffy's moves, but Luffy entered a state of 'Empty Headedness'.
"He's... he's 'Randomizing' his inputs!" Amine gasped, watching from below. "Luffy is creating an Infinite Loop that Enel's Mantra can't process!"
Enel was panicking. His 'Admin Rights' were useless against a character who refused to follow the script. Luffy's 'Gomu Gomu no Fireworks' hit every corner of the room, eventually slamming Enel into the giant gold bell.
