Romeo moved quickly, his eyes darting across the monitor screen as his fingers flew over the keyboard. "What the hell is this?" he whispered, his voice tight with frustration. "Why am I not able to delete any files? Let me check here... I am going to break this computer!" He realized with a sinking heart that Henry had already sent every completed file to the engineers. "I have to escape from here. I have to clean my hands."
A strange thought flickered through his mind as he looked at the corpse. He couldn't understand why Henry, just before the light left his eyes, had given him a thumbs-up gesture. Was he happy with his death? Or was he mad? No, he couldn't be mad. "Maybe he was trying to say thank you that I killed him," Romeo muttered, shaking his head.
His eyes fell on two incomplete diagrams sitting on the desk. "Let me take these; they may help us. But I should leave the completed diagrams behind. If I take those, the Germans will know for certain a spy is among them." He tucked the unfinished blueprints under his tunic, confident that Steve could complete the designs easily. "I must leave now. I need to get to the laboratory to wash the blood away."
He felt a surge of panic as he realized his situation. "I don't have a mobile phone and I forgot to memorize their numbers. I am stuck. How am I going to reach the Russian army and give them this information?"
Romeo slipped out of the room and hurried toward the laboratory. As he stood at the sink, the water turning red as he scrubbed his hands, he spoke to his reflection. "We have the support of our allies like the Indian and Chinese armies, but most of European countries are destroyed and captured by these Germans. From the West, America is attacking. Why is this war looking like the previous one again? The circumstances have changed, but my goal remains: I want to stop this war."
He knew that within minutes, or perhaps an hour, the halls of the Imperial Building would ring with the shouts that Henry was dead. A cold smile spread across his face. "No one is going to suspect me. Let me remove this face mask." He peeled away the realistic latex to reveal his own features. "Hahaha, Marcus... you are going to die. This mask belongs to Marcus. He shouted at me earlier that I wasn't doing my work, but he didn't know I was doing my work as a spy."
Romeo thought of the chaos he had just planted. "Marcus, the boyfriend of Perry... let's see the drama when George orders his execution. It will surely create a family dispute between Perry and George. This is exactly what I need to break the Germans from the inside." He paused, his expression darkening. "They are fools, but the demons are not. They are intelligent, and I cannot trick them so easily. My eyes are very small in front of theirs."
He turned off the tap, noticing the puddles on the floor. "Wow, Romeo... what a plan you have made. I am proud of myself, but I must not get overconfident. Look at how much water I wasted just washing my hands. I need to go and gather more information before the storm breaks."
Romeo was walking through the long, cold hallway when the silence was shattered by a piercing cry. "Henry is dead!" someone shouted from the living quarters. The sound of heavy boots echoed as George sprinted toward the room, his face twisted in shock. He burst through the door and roared, "Who has killed my father? Check all the CCTV cameras immediately!"
"Okay, sir!" an officer replied, rushing toward the security hub.
Romeo calmly approached George, keeping his voice steady and respectful. "Sir, I saw Marcus earlier," Romeo lied, his eyes wide with feigned concern. "His hands were covered in blood."
George spun around, his eyes burning. "Are you sure, officer?"
"Yes, I am sure," Romeo replied firmly.
They gathered around the security monitors. The security guard pointed at the screen. "George, look over there! See, Marcus went into the room with the meal and came outside with a bloody hand."
The footage—manipulated by Romeo's careful timing and the mask—seemed undeniable. George growled, "Move the footage further!" The guard tracked the figure to the laboratory door. "George, he's entering the lab."
"Go inside the laboratory!" George commanded.
Romeo shook his head. "Sir, there are no CCTV cameras inside the lab, so how will we check it?"
"You are the incharge of the laboratory," George snapped, grabbing Romeo's shoulder. "Have you seen him?"
"No, sir," Romeo said, looking down. "I was eating my evening meal. But... I saw his reflection in the glass. I saw a deep red color on his hands, looking just like blood. Now I am certain. Marcus is the criminal."
George's fury exploded. He grabbed the microphone for the building's intercom. "Marcus! Wherever you are, come to Room 75 right now!"
A few minutes later, Marcus walked in, looking confused. Before he could speak, George lunged forward, grabbing him by the collar. "What have you done, Marcus? You have killed my father!"
"No! I have not killed your father!" Marcus stammered, his face turning pale.
George pointed a shaking finger at the computer screen. "Then who is this? It is you! Don't lie to me!"
Perry, who had been standing in the corner in shock, stepped forward. "How, George?" she cried, her voice trembling. "Why would he kill my father? He is not like that!"
"Shut up!" George screamed at his own sister. "It is clear in the cameras! The evidence does not lie!"
"See the CCTV cameras! Marcus has not walked out!" Perry shouted, her eyes darting between the monitors and her brother.
Romeo didn't hesitate; he stepped forward and interrupted with a calm, cold logic. "The laboratory is very large, Perry. It has three separate exits. One way leads directly to Marcus's computer room. You can go and check the register right now—his signature is clearly there. He was supposed to be working, but he told me he was going out for some fresh air, so I allowed him. I didn't know he would go and kill Henry!"
Romeo turned to George, his face a mask of fake regret. "When he walked back in, I thought he had just eaten some red food—that's why his hands were stained. After he washed them, he took the second exit, which leads straight to the Big Hall."
George spun toward Marcus. "Where were you when I called you?"
Before Marcus could speak, another officer chimed in. "George, I saw him! He was in the Main Hall when you called his name over the intercom."
Marcus looked around the room, trapped. "How would I kill him? It is true I went out for refreshment, but I never entered the laboratory! I took the other path to the hall!"
"Then what is this on the screen?" Romeo shouted, pointing at the blurred footage of the masked spy. "Is this your ghost? Is this your soul?"
The air in the room snapped. Perry, losing all control, lunged forward and grabbed Romeo by the collar. "How, you bastard!" she screamed. "You think my boyfriend could kill my father? Look at the footage again—you came out of the room last!"
Romeo didn't flinch. "I came out because I heard the noise! I heard people shouting that Henry was killed. I was terrified, so I walked out to see what happened."
In a fit of rage, Perry slapped Romeo across the face and spat on him. George's face turned purple with fury. "Perry! Mind your behavior! You cannot slap my officer!"
"I hate your officers!" Perry screamed, and then, in a shock to everyone in the room, she slapped George himself.
The room went silent. George's eyes went cold. "You think that just because he is your boyfriend, I will save the killer of my father? I will never listen to you now."
Without another word, George raised his arm-cannon. A blast of energy erupted, the force of it throwing Marcus against the wall. Marcus fell to the floor, unconscious and bleeding heavily, his life pooling on the cold tiles of the Imperial Building.
Perry's grief turned into a blinding, destructive rage. She sprinted from the room, her boots echoing like thunder as she reached the massive 3D printer—the heart of the German technological empire. Without a second of hesitation, she grabbed a heavy metal rod and slammed it into the central computer housing. Sparking wires flew, and the hum of the machine died into a pathetic whine. The most advanced weapon in the world was now nothing more than a heap of dead metal.
Kevin, who had been sitting nearby, stood up in total shock. "Furious Perry, what have you done, you girl?" he shouted, his voice trembling.
George and the entire security staff burst into the room. George pointed a shaking finger at his sister. "Kevin, stand away from Perry! She is a traitor!"
"What!" Kevin cried out, unable to believe his ears.
Romeo walked in calmly, his face a mask of sorrow as he pulled out his tablet. He showed the "evidence" of Marcus's bloody hands to Kevin. Kevin stared at the screen, the color draining from his face as he realized his best friend Henry had been murdered by someone he knew. "Marcus killed my friend..." he whispered.
"Uncle, he has not killed him!" Perry sobbed, her tears splashing onto the ruined 3D printer. "He is my boyfriend! I know him! He could never do this!"
Kevin looked at Perry with eyes filled with a new kind of coldness. "Perry, I didn't expect this from you. You are supporting the killer of my best friend."
"He has not done it!" Perry screamed.
"This is ridiculous," Kevin said, his voice growing hard. "Even if Marcus is your boyfriend, you are supporting him in spite of the evidence in the cameras. But I have one more question: Why did you destroy the 3D printer? George, go ahead and kill that fellow Marcus!"
Kevin stepped closer to the sobbing girl. "Perry, I understand what love is. But now I understand why George calls you a traitor. How dare you destroy the 3D printer—the dream of Henry? You have shattered his legacy because of your boyfriend. I know that in love you stand with your partner, but destroying this machine shows you have become blindfolded. Today, your true character is in front of us."
Kevin turned to George, his face a mask of iron. "Perry, you have done enough. You haven't engaged in any war activities for two weeks. You just go to the roof of the Imperial Building to have 'good talks' with your boyfriend. You are a danger to Germany. If you have the nerve to destroy the weapon of the Nazi German Empire, then I understand how violent you could become in the future. George, go and kill Marcus now!"
The air in the room was thick with the smell of ozone and burning electronics. Perry, her eyes wild with grief and fury, swung the heavy metal rod with all her might. It struck Kevin's head with a sickening thud. Kevin roared in pain, his face flushing dark with anger. "You are a traitor, Perry!" he screamed. He lunged forward, grabbing a jagged piece of the shattered 3D printer and swinging it at her. The metal snapped against Perry's arm, fracturing her hand with a loud crack.
Kevin turned to George, his voice trembling with a mix of pain and hatred. "George, take her! Kill Marcus in front of her very eyes!"
George did not hesitate. He stepped forward, his face a mask of cold stone. He grabbed Perry by her hair, ignoring her screams of pain from her broken arm, and dragged her across the floor to the security room where Marcus lay bleeding. "You have done enough, Perry," George growled. Before she could even plead, George raised his weapon.
The room flashed with a lethal light, and Marcus was gone. "Nooo!" Perry's scream echoed through the cold metal hallways of the Imperial Building, a sound of total heartbreak.
George turned to Romeo, who was standing silently in the shadows. "Hey Romeo, she spat on you earlier. Lock her up in the prison. She is no longer my sister; she is a prisoner of the state."
"Understood, George," Romeo said, stepping forward to take hold of the trembling girl.
As Romeo led Perry toward the dark lower levels, Perry's survival instinct took over. Even with a fractured hand, she managed to snatch an iron bar from a nearby maintenance cart. With a burst of desperate strength, she swung the bar, striking Romeo across the side of his head. The blow sent him stumbling.
Perry didn't look back. She sprinted toward the emergency exit, her breath coming in ragged gasps. "Officers, catch her!" Romeo shouted, clutching his head as he tried to regain his balance.
The guards scrambled, their heavy boots thumping on the grates, but Perry was fueled by a widow's rage. She burst through the outer doors onto the steep, snowy slopes surrounding the Imperial Building. In the darkness and the ice, she lost her footing. Her boots slid, and she went tumbling down the jagged, rocky slope, her body disappearing into the mist of the mountain.
One of the pursuing officers stopped at the edge of the cliff, looking down into the darkness. "She must have died," he muttered. "Just like that Italian spy we lost last month."
The other officer spat on the ground and turned away. "Leave her. Perry is a traitor. If the fall didn't kill her, the cold will."
One of the German officers marched into the room, his boots clicking on the metal floor. He stopped before Kevin and gave a sharp salute. "Kevin, we were not able to catch Perry. She fell off the cliff during the pursuit. In this terrain and at that height, she must have died."
Romeo arrived moments later, clutching the side of his head where the iron bar had struck. His face was pale, and he leaned against the doorway for support. "She hit me... she hit me on my head with her fractured hand," he wheezed, playing the part of the injured soldier perfectly.
Kevin turned his massive, armored frame toward Romeo. His voice was deep and rumbling, carrying the weight of their strange, biomechanical existence. "We are tanks, Romeo. We all know our history. We have organs and blood running under our metal covers, but our outer shells are steel. We have only one true 'hand'—our cannon."
Kevin looked down at his own dented plating. "She hit me with the rod, but bleeding did not take place because we are made of metal. But Perry? She is different. The small bones around her cannon-arm are shattered. I am giving you my full assurance—she must have died from the sheer shock and pain of the fall."
He looked toward the dark, frosted windows where the winter wind was beginning to howl. "But even if she survives the fall, what is the problem? The winter outside will kill her. She was not wearing thick sweaters or clothes to protect herself from the Russian frost. She must be dead by now."
Kevin turned his back on the cliffside, his eyes glowing with a dull, vengeful light. "Forget her. Just clean the body of Marcus and throw it aside. We have a war to win."
The professor adjusted his glasses, looking out at the rows of students sitting in the lecture hall. Outside the window, the Chicago skyline was dominated not by human skyscrapers, but by massive, tiered parking-structures where the elite tank-citizens lived.
"You must understand," the professor said, his voice echoing through the silent room. "These tanks were not always the masters of the Earth. Ten thousand years ago, they were simple carts created by humans. But as humans made progress, they turned those carts into weapons. Then, the magicians—the ancient engineers—gave those carts consciousness."
He tapped a button, and a holographic timeline appeared. "The carts had other plans. They turned on their creators, making humans extinct. It was the greatest creation of humanity: their own death. From there, the evolution began. The wooden covers were replaced by metal, but underneath, they grew organs, blood, and veins. They became biological machines."
The professor paced back and forth. "One thousand years ago, the armored vehicles purged the world, killing all ordinary vehicles. That was when the first true tanks were introduced, though they only fired arrows from their cannons back then. Artillery trucks and support vehicles were allowed to live in their society for a time. But in this 21st century, only the tank community remains supreme."
He leaned over his desk, his expression serious. "Today, we live under strict laws. Residents are forbidden from having missiles in their cannons. Only the police and the army are permitted such heavy ordnance. For those with a license, you may carry a revolver or a shotgun in your barrel for protection—nothing more. Remember class, we are the evolution of the humans' mistakes. Do not let our own power make us extinct next."
"Now, look closely at these KV Champions," the professor said, pointing to a cross-section of the massive hull. "These are enormous tanks created by the Russians, but unlike us, these tanks are hollow inside. They possess incredibly thick armor, but the interior is a cavernous space where mechanics live and work. These crews operate from within so they can repair any internal damages during the heat of battle."
He held up a metal geometry box from his desk. "If you think these tanks have bones like we do, you are wrong. Look at this box. Does a geometry box have bones? No. It will never have bones because it is completely made of metal. Just like these enormous tanks, they have no biological body. They consist only of massive engines and the necessary accessories required for movement and smooth function."
The professor then gestured toward a news article clipped to the board. "The world is changing. There is an article here stating that standard tanks are being replaced by 'machinery tanks.' These enormous Russian units are practically immortal because of a sacred, special technology. It was used in previous wars, but the Russians kept it a secret. Have you seen injured tanks who have lost all their organs? They survive only because of life-support machines installed directly into their hulls."
He began packing his briefcase as the clock struck the hour. "Your assignment for tomorrow is this: Create a documentary on the sacred technology used in these KV Champions. You must differentiate between a normal biological tank and these enormous machinery tanks based on their internal structures. The lecture is finished. It is 7:00 p.m.; go to your homes."
The sky above the 100km mark was a chaotic swirl of purple demon fire and Russian steel. The KV Champions moved like unstoppable gods of metal, their treads crushing German bunkers into the mud. But then, the air grew cold, and with a series of sickening cracks in reality, the Demons reappeared, their mangled bodies still smoking from the previous clash.
"These idiots!" KV-44 roared, his multi-turreted frame shaking with rage. "Why are they always coming back? Why are they immortal?"
KV Dynamic, the commander's hollow metal shell, stepped forward. His sensors analyzed the demons' regeneration patterns. "My friends, listen!" he commanded over the wide-beam radio. "If we attack with all our power together at a single moment, we can overload their essence. We strike as one!"
The KV Champions locked their targeting systems. KV-69 signaled the surrounding units to provide cover fire. Abandoning the retreating German ground troops, the Russian giants turned their massive cannons toward the supernatural threat, unleashing a synchronized volley of "Sacred Technology" shells that lit up the night like a second sun.
One kilometer away, deep in the frozen woods of the outskirts, the air was silent until the Russian ground army burst through the treeline. Steve moved through the snow, his eyes fixed on the tactical map.
"Friends, the plan is simple," Steve whispered into his comms. "Encircle them. We draw a ring of fire around these Germans and collapse it from all sides. Just 10 miles to the Lithuanian border! This night is going to be a bloody night!"
The Russian infantry and light tanks surged forward. The German forces, already exhausted and demoralized by the news from the Imperial Building, began to break.
Suddenly, a high-ranking German General stepped out from behind a Tiger tank, his eyes locking onto Steve. "Hey, you! Steve!" the General shouted, drawing his sidearm. "You've become a famous figure in Russia, but today is your last day—"
He never finished the sentence.
A blur of motion and steel cut through the freezing air. Light leaped over the General like a predator, his Talwar blade gleaming in the moonlight. In one fluid, silent motion, the blade sang.
"This is going to be your last night," Light whispered as he landed.
The German General's head fell into the snow before his body even realized he was dead. The German line collapsed into pure terror.
The Russian forces surged forward, their treads crunching the frozen earth, but the treeline suddenly erupted in a hellish orange glow. A massive German vehicle emerged, its dual nozzles hissing.
"Attack!" Steve shouted. "Who is that?"
A cold, mechanical voice crackled over the radio. "I am the Flamethrower Tank."
With a roar, the tank unleashed a massive torrent of liquid fire. The heat was so intense it turned the snow into steam instantly. The Russian ground forces scrambled for cover, diving behind thick trees and frozen bushes to escape the inferno.
Steve spotted the weakness. "Bazuka! Look there—the fuel cylinder on the rear! Shoot it now!"
Bazuka raised his shoulder-mounted launcher, aiming for the pressurized tank. But the Flamethrower Tank was fast; it swiveled its turret and sprayed a wall of fire toward him. "Argh!" Bazuka cried, diving deep into the forest to take cover before he could pull the trigger.
Suddenly, Thomas stepped forward. He didn't reach for a gun. Instead, he closed his eyes and began to chant a low, ancient magical spell. A faint blue aura surrounded Light.
"How did you know magic?" Light asked, feeling his joints become lighter and his reflexes sharpen. "I thought you had already sacrificed it!"
"Morok taught me," Thomas replied through gritted teeth, the effort of the spell straining his metal frame. "Go now!"
Light became a blur of silver. He sprinted toward the Flamethrower Tank, dodging the tongues of fire with supernatural agility. When he reached the iron beast, he didn't stop. He leaped high into the air, flying over the tank's head. While mid-air, he spun and drove his Talwar deep into the exposed fuel cylinder.
BOOM!
The cylinder ruptured, and the whole tank vanished in a spectacular blue and orange explosion. Light flipped through the smoke and landed safely on his feet, his blade still glowing from the heat. The Flamethrower Tank was dead.
Steve shouted, "Go across, soldiers! Kill every German! We are only five miles from the borders!"
But suddenly, a tank appeared from the bushes. It was the Waffentrager. It loomed over them and said, "I am your death!"
He shot at all the Russian forces. The German tank was incredibly powerful, so Light turned to the others and said, "Friends, you run towards the borders! I will cope with this huge tank!"
The Russians retreated into the bushes and moved quickly toward the borders. Then Steve said, "Friends, we have reached the border! Encircle the area; we shall attack the remaining German army from all sides!"
Suddenly, Light ran towards them, breathless but victorious, and said, "I have killed the Waffentrager!"
Steve replied, "Great!"
But Tom pointed into the distance, his voice trembling as he said, "Hey, who is that woman in this freezing cold?"
Steve said, "Let me go and check."
Ginger said, "Don't go, this could be a trap!" She continued, "Can't you see that woman is a German officer? Look at her clothes and the badges and medals. She is a highly qualified officer, but she is also very injured. She is bleeding; she may die. If we save her, we could collect necessary information from her since she is a high-level officer."
Thomas said, "That is a great idea. Steve, Jack, Tom, Hank, Ginger, Ben, and Bazooka—you go and check on that woman. We shall help and lead the army so that they can encircle the area."
Steve replied, "Okay, friends, come over here."
The seven friends went to check on her. Steve asked, "Hey, who are you?"
The woman replied, "I am Perry. Please save me. I will help you Russians."
Jack asked, "Are you not feeling cold?"
Ben whispered to Jack, "Hey, she is a prisoner; don't act rude to her." Jack apologized.
Perry said, "I am not a German spy. Save me as fast as you can. My body is freezing!"
Steve said, "I think she is telling the truth."
Bazooka said, "I don't know, but I think she is trying to trick us."
Tom said, "Hey, look at her hand! The fractured bone is sticking out of her hard metal cover."
Hank added, "I think we should rescue her."
Steve hesitated but finally said, "Okay, as you wish. Let's take her to Russia and see what information we can gather from her. Hey Ben, do you have extra clothes? Give them to me so we can cover her."
Ben took off his blazer and handed it to Steve. Steve gave the blazer to Perry and said, "Let's go to our base camp."
Perry slowly opened her eyes and saw Steve sitting by her bed. "Who are you?" she asked, her voice trembling. "What happened in the war?"
"You're finally awake," Steve replied calmly. "We won the battle 50 km inside German territory. The KV Champions are being repaired, and we are rebuilding the KV Dora. We've cleared the demons again. I am Steve Malcolm. But tell me... why were you alone in the forest with a fractured hand?"
"I was betrayed by my brother," Perry whispered.
Steve raised an eyebrow. "Wow, so even Germans are betraying each other now? For what?"
"My brother... he killed my boyfriend," Perry said, looking away.
"That is ridiculous," Steve said, shaking his head. "But you should be thankful. I saved you from freezing to death, and I kept my higher officers from executing you. Now, tell me what you know. I know you're from the Imperial Building—it's the closest base, and it's inscribed right there on your uniform. Tell me about the 3D Printer. How do we hack it? What is the mastermind plan behind the Imperial Building?"
Perry looked shocked. "How did you know all this?"
"It's simple," Steve said. "We sent a spy named Romeo, but he unfortunately died."
"I... I already destroyed the 3D printer," Perry claimed.
Suddenly, Helena, who had been eavesdropping outside, burst into the tent with rage. "Do you think we are fools? How could you destroy the main weapon of the Reich by yourself?"
"I really did it!" Perry insisted.
Steve stood up and looked at Helena. "Helena, I think you should deal with her. Since she is a woman, perhaps you can understand her better. Investigate her and find the truth." With that, Steve turned and left the room.
Helena stared coldly at the prisoner. "What is your name?"
"I am Perry," she replied weakly.
"Fine. Now, how did you destroy the entire 3D printer?" Helena asked, her voice filled with skepticism. "You expect me to believe you destroyed it and escaped with a fractured hand? It's ridiculous. But no matter... I have a device for this. Built with Lashes Technology, this lie detector will see through you. If you lie to me, forget your hand—I will cut off your cannon. It will be the most pain you've ever felt."
Helena strapped the metallic device onto Perry's head. The sensors hummed with energy. "Now, tell me the truth. Did you really destroy the 3D printer?"
"Yes," Perry whispered.
Helena looked at the monitor, her eyes widening. "This is impossible... the machine says you are telling the truth. You escaped from there after destroying it? Tell me everything."
Perry explained the entire story, her voice cracking as she described the betrayal and the explosion. Helena sat in shocked silence. "You are a brave girl," Helena finally admitted. "But tell me the plans. What is the Reich planning next?"
"I don't know about any plans," Perry said. "I haven't been involved in any high-level work for weeks."
Helena watched the lie detector. It remained steady. "Okay, you are telling the truth. But do you want to support the Russian side?"
"Yes," Perry said firmly. "I want to."
"Then you must be loyal," Helena warned. "If we see even a single hint of betrayal, we will kill you. But since the machine says you are honest, here is your reward. Take this powerful tablet. It's created with Lashes information. Your fracture is serious, but we have set the bone. This tablet will remodel and harden your bone structure from the inside. Have a good night, Perry."
Helena turned off the machine and left the room, leaving Perry alone in the quiet tent.
Romeo looked at the five massive German tanks and whispered to himself, "The drama has gone too far. I need to escape, but I need to know what they are building first."
Suddenly, George's voice boomed from behind. "Rosh! Come here."
Romeo (disguised as Rosh) approached cautiously. George pointed at the humming machine. "The 3D printer was badly damaged, but we've fixed it enough to create a biological body for a tank commander. Should I bring Anto back? Will he help us?"
"I don't know about these Lashians," Romeo replied, trying to sound like a loyal German.
George turned to Alexander, the hacker. "Alexander, what do the stolen files say about Lashian morality?"
Alexander adjusted his glasses. "The data I hacked says they have a sacred law: if you save a Lashian from death, they owe you a life-debt. Anto will be forced to help us. I have his entire bio-data—his memories, his DNA, his life history—in the supercomputer. I can upload it to the 3D printer now."
Romeo felt a chill. "George, isn't this dangerous? Anto is the mastermind of this technology. If he wakes up, he could turn the 3D printer against us."
George laughed darkly. "Don't worry. Satan will handle him. Alexander, proceed."
Romeo whispered to himself, "What the hell is happening? I don't have their phone numbers, and I don't have a way to get to the Russian base camps. They are only 5 km away, but can I escape? The main problem is that Anto can be controlled by Satan Bob. Having attained the name Satan, the Master of Techno Demon is now trying to get more power. There is a high probability that Satan can control Anto, but the moral law could also make Anto serve the Nazi German Empire. Alexander has gone inside the supercomputer room. I should go and kill him, but then I will get stuck inside this Imperial Building. What shall I do? Oh no, Alexander is back with all the data! Should I destroy the 3D printer? Should I shoot it? Or should I just wait and kill Anto afterwards?"
Meanwhile, George said to Alexander, "Perry was the one who could control it, but I know you, Alexander. You can control it. Take the place of Perry."
"OK, I will try," Alexander replied. "I know how to control it." Alexander pressed the button on the 3D printer and resurrected Anto.
Anto opened his eyes and said, "You people have already destroyed my planet, Lashes, and now you have made me alive again. What do you think you are doing?"
Satan appeared from a portal and said, "So you are now alive, Anto. I have an offer: you should help us, and we shall help you. Earlier, Techno Demon had offered you a chance to serve the Empire, but at that time you didn't help us. Now you could help us. Remember, if you think you will betray us or refuse to listen, you are alone."
Anto replied, "Do you think I will use all my hard work to sustain your life and your idiot Empire? But okay... as I am bound by the rules and morality, I have to support you. But I am saying this: you can never control me. I may help you now, but in the future, I will also betray you."
"Let's see who will betray whom," Satan said. "But for now, you have to help us."
"Don't think I am helping you because I am scared," Anto said. "Remember that I am very powerful. With one word from me, the whole system will change."
"OK, let's see," Satan said. "Here is the magic." Anto suddenly became hypnotized.
"Oh, sorry Germans," Anto said in a daze. "I will always help you. I forgot that you are the ones who helped me."
George asked, "Satan, how did you do that?"
Satan replied, "It is the power of manipulation. I have already performed the ritual to make me more powerful, and the ritual was successful. I have manipulated his mind and made him think the Germans helped him before. I made him believe he was simply too anxious when he refused the proposal, and that the Germans never attacked him in that war. I manipulated his memories. It is a magic; if someone breaks it, he will regain his true memory and the manipulation will be broken."
"Great!" George said. "Okay, Anto, tell me: how can we make this Empire bigger, stronger, and more advanced?"
Anto replied, "Come with me. Let me show you how to make your Empire more grand. I will help you."
Leviathan looked at the powerful figure and said, "Hey, Techno Demon, what shall we do now?"
Techno Demon replied, "Now we shall just take the information from this Anto of Lashes, and then we will make new tanks. After that, we will go into battle—a very deadly battle. I am promising you that this battle will be the greatest in the history of the whole world. I am Techno Demon! I think we should bring our old pets from the Demon World, as well as our dead friends from Hell."
Satan nodded. "Yes, we should do it."
JCB stepped forward and said, "So let's proceed. See? I have opened a portal. Let's go inside."
With those words, all the demons marched through the portal, entering the realm of Hell to gather their reinforcements.
George said to Anto, "Can you build the 3D printer again?"
"Yes, I can do it," Anto replied. "But I must take help from the planets Jagiya and Apache. My ancestors created those two planets; they will surely help us."
"Are you certain they will help us, Anto?" George asked.
"They will surely help us," Anto insisted.
George nodded. "Then we should go to the teleportation system. But I have one question: can I survive in the atmosphere of those two planets?"
"Yes, you can survive easily," Anto said. "Those planets are the same size as Earth, though Apache is a bit bigger. But I cannot understand why you only want to conquer Earth. You could conquer other planets, other solar systems, other civilizations... you could go from galaxies to the whole universe! Do you want to lead this expedition? You are only 21 years old."
"Yes, I can do it," George said firmly. "But for now, let's go and contact Apache and Jagiya. Then, we will conquer Earth."
They entered the teleportation system and vanished. As they left, a third officer approached Romeo and said, "Hey, Rosh! Go and maintain the Imperial Building. I am going to the front line to ensure those Russians cannot break through."
Romeo went upstairs and entered Henry's old room. He whispered into the air, "Hey, soul of Henry... where have you kept the powerful diagrams? I need to give them to the Russians. I don't need a paper map; I just need a compass and a digital tablet."
He searched the shelves, but found nothing. Suddenly, the clock dropped from the wall and landed right on the bed. Romeo jumped back, startled. "What is happening here? Why did that clock fall?"
He moved to the bed, pulled back the bedsheet, and lifted the mattress. Tucked into the frame was a secret chamber. Romeo whispered, "What is this? Let me open it."
He opened the chamber and his eyes widened at the sight of several technical drawings. He pulled them out and gasped, "Mamma Mia! These are huge tanks! This one is the Rutherford—it has a massive plasma cannon. And this one is the Kalis—a very big plasma cannon plus a laser cannon! I have to take these two diagrams to the laboratory and find a digital tablet."
With the secret plans in his hands, Romeo hurried out of the room.
Romeo entered the laboratory and found the digital tablet. "This is the golden opportunity," he whispered. "I must escape toward the Russian forces. I'll change into my spy uniform so they can identify me." Seeing the destroyed 3D printer, he grabbed a hidden pendrive from the machine and sprinted out of the Imperial Building.
He ran through the dense forest. Suddenly, a German interpreter blocked his path. "Where are you going?"
"To help the Germans!" Romeo shouted, but before the man could react, Romeo killed him and kept running. He stripped off his German clothes to reveal his Russian spy uniform. As he reached the front line, the chaos of battle was everywhere. He dodged bullets and found a radio, but a German soldier shot him. Romeo returned fire, killing the soldier, but he was now severely injured.
Bleeding and gasping for air, he reached the base camp. In his blurred vision, he collided with Perry. To his shock, Perry recognized him and struck him with Light's long, damaged Talwar, which had been sitting unused nearby.
Romeo stumbled away, clutching his wounds, and collapsed at the feet of the Army Chief. "Respected Army Chief... I have done my work," Romeo coughed, blood staining his lips. "Here are the diagrams... and the pendrive with the 3D printer data..." With those final words, Romeo died.
The Army Chief was furious. "Whose Talwar is this? This belongs to Light! Light is a traitor!"
"Army Chief, have you forgotten?" Light's voice came from behind. "I have been talking with you this whole time. I am here; how could I have killed him?"
The Chief realized his mistake. "Oh... sorry. That means someone used your Talwar to frame you. Who is that fellow? Find him!"
Steve immediately started a search operation. Meanwhile, the Army Chief took the diagrams for the Rutherford and Kalis tanks and the pendrive, rushing toward the Engineer's Room.
Steve rushed to the security room, where the officers pulled up the CCTV footage. On the screen, they saw Perry—now completely healthy with her cannon fixed—walking through the hallway. She collided with the bleeding Romeo, grabbed Light's damaged Talwar, whispered something to him, and struck him. Romeo, using his last bit of strength, fired a shot at her and stumbled toward the Army Chief's room.
With tears of rage in his eyes, Steve ran to Perry, dragged her into the Chief's presence, and screamed, "How dare you kill Romeo!"
"He was the one who helped kill my boyfriend!" Perry yelled back, her face twisted in anger. "How could he be inside the Imperial Building helping you unless he was a criminal?"
Thomas stepped forward, his voice cold. "We saved you from execution, and now you call him a criminal? Let me tell you the truth: Romeo was our greatest spy. His goal was to dismantle the Imperial Building from the inside. He created the family drama between you and your brother. He killed Henry. He gathered critical data and destroyed the nuclear reactor. He even sabotaged the 3D printer! His mission was supposed to end on October 30th, but you ended it a day early by murdering him. You are a German, and you are our enemy."
"So, I have been betrayed by the Russians too!" Perry shrieked, tears of blood rolling down her eyes. "You made me betray my family! Romeo killed my boyfriend!"
"Killing your boyfriend was not part of the plan," Steve countered. "We didn't even know he existed. Romeo's task was to separate you from your siblings, and he succeeded. I was the one who trained him. He was a hero, and he will be remembered. If you go back to the Germans now, your family will kill you for being a traitor. If you stay and fight us, we will kill you. Your only option is to accept our leadership."
"You evil man, Steve!" Perry screamed. She grabbed a heavy maintenance hammer and smashed it directly against Steve's head, then tried to bolt for the door. But the soldiers grabbed her instantly.
Steve stood his ground, unfazed. He let out a dark laugh. "You fool! Did you think you could kill me with a hammer? It's impossible—I have metal covers. You forget, woman... we are Tanks, not humans! Hahaha!"
Steve laughed darkly and said, "I think she has forgotten our history. Our ancestors were created by humans 10,000 years ago as simple carts. Those humans were descendants of apes, and since they loved to fight, they made our ancestors stronger, equipping them with instruments and weapons. Later, through advanced improvements, science brought our ancestors to life with consciousness and biological bodies hidden beneath hard coverings."
The Army Chief added, "Yes, you are right, Steve. And there was one more thing: our ancestors decided they should be the ones to rule this Earth. The tanks and armored vehicles rose up together, attacked the humans, and brought them to extinction. Then they turned on the other vehicles. Today, only we rule. Perry has forgotten that we are not animals with soft skin. We are like insects with an Exoskeleton—but we are massive, we have the intelligence of humans, and we are made of metal. Just beneath our armor, we have our organs and blood veins."
"I see she is crying tears of blood," the Chief continued. "No matter. Through evolution, we have even grown hair on our heads. Steve, since she attacked you, take her out and kill her."
"I would be happy to do it, Sir," Steve replied. "But you forgot to mention one thing: our neck is our weakest point. It is made of Carbon Fiber, not heavy metal."
"Yes, you are right," the Army Chief said. "You are a very educated person, Steve. Now, go and finish this."
As Steve was leading her out, Perry suddenly lunged, aiming a sharp branch at Steve's neck. Steve blocked the attack with lightning speed. "Wow, you are quite intelligent for a woman," he sneered. "But remember, I am a master of martial arts. I still don't understand why the humans only gave our ancestors one single arm, but that arm is the strongest part of our body. It is our cannon—we use it to hold things and to shoot missiles. You thought you could pierce my carbon fiber neck with a branch? It would hurt, but it wouldn't kill me."
Steve took a deep breath. "So, how would you like to die? A knife to the neck? Poison? Or should I just blast you with my cannon? But before that... tell me, how old are you?"
"I am 18 years old," Perry whispered, trembling.
"A teenager," Steve noted. "I am 27. Soldier! Come here and kill her."
The soldier looked at Steve, confused. "Are you sure?" Steve leaned in and whispered, "It's the plan we discussed. Act well. Don't let her know it's a trick." Then, Steve shouted loudly, "Have you forgotten how the Germans slaughtered your family?"
"I remember!" the soldier shouted back, playing his part. "Why should I show humanity to her when they showed none to my family?"
"Take this knife," Steve ordered. The soldier slowly placed the blade against Perry's neck and began to push. The metal sank 1 mm into her skin.
"Stop! I will help you!" Perry screamed, breaking down. "I accept your leadership! I didn't know my brother George was killing Russians so brutally!"
"Do you truly accept?" Steve asked.
"Yes! I accept! I accept!" Perry cried.
Steve pulled the soldier away and whispered, "Perfect work. The plan is a success." He looked out at the horizon. "Now we can gather the truth. George and Kevin have brainwashed the Germans. We must finish this bloody war and bring humanity back to this Earth."
Steve looked at Perry seriously. "Do you know about the new German tanks? Romeo died before he could tell us everything; we only know that new machines are being built."
Perry nodded, her expression grim. "Yes, I know everything. First, there is the Germian. It is a mobile fortress like your KV Dynamic, but it carries a laser sword made from Lashian technology and a 3D-printed plasma shield. Then, there is the German Ratte, a prototype of your own Ratte. There is also the Gustav—a nightmare standing 150 feet tall with a 500cm plasma cannon."
Steve's eyes widened. "150 feet? Our tallest tank, the KV Dynamic, is only 100 feet!"
"There are two more," Perry continued. "The Panzer, which is a dark twin of your KV Dynamic. Instead of an octagonal crystal, it uses a demonic hexagonal crystal. And finally, there is the Carolus, a massive tank with a laser cannon."
Steve pulled out the diagrams Romeo had found. "Is the Carolus the same as this 'Kalis' diagram?"
"The Kalis was just the prototype," Perry answered. "But how did you get those? We weren't even told about them!"
"It seems your father, Henry, was reluctant to tell you," Steve explained. "Romeo's diary says Henry wasn't happy about being brought back to life. You can keep the diary; we've already copied the data. Now, tell me—how do we destroy the Imperial Building?"
Perry looked down. "A normal bomb won't work. You must send all the KV Champions inside and have them self-destruct or attack from the core. Only a massive internal explosion will bring it down."
Steve stood up. "Thank you, Perry. You are finally fighting for humanity." He turned and left the room, his mind racing with the impossible task ahead.
Steve approached the Army Chief with a look of intense determination. "Sir, the threat of the 150-foot Gustav and the German Ratte is too great for our current fleet. I believe it is time to upgrade our KV Champions to be stronger and more powerful. We must build the KV Rutherford and the KV Kalis."
The Army Chief nodded gravely. "Then let's do it. We have gathered enough resources from the captured German outposts and the Lashian technology Romeo recovered. We have everything we need."
The Army Chief turned to the lead engineers and issued the command: "Begin construction immediately. These will not just be tanks; they will be our new KV Champions. Their names shall be KV Rutherford and KV Kalis. Ensure their armour is reinforced and their cannons are tuned to the maximum output!"
Everyone immediately got to their tasks. The underground bunkers turned into a beehive of activity as the 3D printers hummed to life, layering the super-alloys that would form the bodies of Earth's newest protectors.
The Army Chief looked at the Commander, his brow furrowed. "Sir, should we begin the construction of the Great 3D Printers?"
The Commander nodded, but his eyes were serious. "Yes. We start the 3D printers immediately. But," he raised a finger in warning, "we will never print a biological body. No flesh, no hearts, no lungs. We will print purely mechanical tanks—machines of steel and logic that can be controlled by remote or advanced AI."
The soldiers of Type 1 saluted. "Understood, Commander. Type 1 is moving to the fabrication chambers to begin the Printer assembly!"
The Army Chief waited until they were gone before asking, "Why the restriction, Sir? Why not give our tanks the healing power of biological bodies?"
The Commander sighed, looking at the worn pages of Romeo's diary. "Have you forgotten what Henry felt? If the most evil villain on Earth was miserable being brought back to life, imagine the soul of a brave soldier. To be pulled back from peace just to fight another war... it is a cruelty. We must never interfere with the laws of nature again. We build machines to protect life, not to play God with it."
On 5th November, Steve came and said to the Army Chief, "Sir, the Germans are attacking with their new allies, about whom we don't know, from the Lithuanian borders. We should attack them! The KV Champions are ready for battle, and the two new tanks—KV Rutherford and KV Kalis—are also ready. Morok, Type 1, and Light are all prepared; everyone is ready. We should attack the Germans!"
They are attacking with their five new tanks, as well as a horde of demons: Satan, Techno Demon, Leviathan, JCB, Polo Chaudhary, Firefighter, Freezer, Executioner, Shape Shifter, and Malphas are all attacking us. Furthermore, they now have a new demon: a Metallic Dragon.
"We should attack them!" Steve urged. The Army Chief then said into the mics, "Soldiers, the time has arrived! We must attack these bloody Germans. Every soldier, go to the battlefield!"
The demons arrived on the battlefield through portals, but KV Dynamic had created its own portal and transported all the KV Champions—including the new Champions and all the soldiers—to the front lines. The battle began: Germian, Panzer, German Ratte, and Carolus all attacked KV Dynamic. Satan attacked KV 99, while Techno Demon targeted KV 90. Leviathan and JCB combined their strength against KV 77, while Polo and Chaudhary moved against KV 80. Firefighter attacked KV 44, and Freezer struck KV 69. Meanwhile, Executioner and Malphas double-teamed KV Ratte and KV Dora.
In a cunning move, Shape Shifter took the form of Morok and attacked the real Morok. While this chaos unfolded, the massive Gustav focused on destroying smaller groups of the Russian army and the new KV Rutherford and KV Kalis.
Suddenly, Perry shouted to Thomas, "Gustav has a weakness! He takes about five minutes to create a very powerful plasma attack. To protect himself during that time, Gustav has three big additional cannons, but you can destroy him if you attack on time with a very coordinated and powerful strike!"
Steve commanded the soldiers, "Attack!" Just then, a Metallic Dragon arrived, breathing fire upon the Russian forces. Suddenly, a portal opened and a spaceship appeared from Apache and Jagiya. George announced over the mics, "Hey you Russians, surrender yourselves! We have made Jagiya and Apache our allies. No one can save you!"
A Protector shouted back, "You may have killed Lawrence, but we will never surrender to you! Protectors, attack those bloody Germans!" The greatest battle had begun.
KV Dora became angry and fired his massive cannon at Malphas. As the demon approached, he swung his demonic hammer to strike the incoming missile, but the projectile was too powerful; it shattered the hammer completely. KV Dora seized the moment and killed Malphas.
Meanwhile, Executioner attacked KV Ratte with his executioner blade, slicing into KV Ratte's body. Executioner was about to deliver a killing blow, but KV Rutherford intervened, firing his huge plasma cannon. Executioner managed to protect himself with his blade, but he didn't see the second attack coming. From behind, KV Kalis fired a precise shot at Executioner's head, killing him instantly.
Freezer attacked KV 69, who responded by firing all his cannons. However, Freezer deployed his Freezer Cannon, freezing every missile in mid-air. The projectiles fell harmlessly to the ground before they could reach him. KV 69 was amazed, but being highly intelligent, he quickly devised a strategy.
First, he fired his less powerful cannons at Freezer. This forced the demon to use his freezing power to defend himself once again. Seizing this chance, KV 69 unleashed his most powerful cannons. Because Freezer could not freeze the second wave in time, the missiles—loaded with intense heat and light energy—struck him directly. Freezer screamed in pain as the thermal energy countered his icy defenses, dealing critical damage. KV 69 didn't stop, firing ten consecutive volleys from all his cannons until Freezer was finally killed.
On another side of the battlefield, Firefighter attacked KV 44. KV 44 fired his cannons, but Firefighter used his fire cannons to breathe flames and destroy all the incoming missiles. Firefighter then struck back, melting some of KV 44's cannons with intense heat. KV 44 could feel the extreme temperature rising on his tracks through his sensors. He decided to unleash a massive volley, firing fifty times, but the cunning Firefighter destroyed every single missile with his flames.
KV 44 realized that Firefighter had become too powerful to defeat with standard weapons. He made a brave decision: he would ram into Firefighter and destroy him, even if it meant sacrificing himself. He charged at full speed toward his enemy. Firefighter, unaware of the plan, also charged forward. The two tanks collided in a massive explosion. Firefighter was completely destroyed. KV 44 survived but was critically damaged, his front body almost entirely gone. Despite his wounds, KV 44 continued to attack the German troops with all his remaining cannons.
While Polo and Chaudhary attacked KV 80, the tank relied on its single large-scale weapon: a very strong plasma cannon. KV 80 fired a plasma beam at Polo, but Polo created a shield around himself for protection. Seizing this moment, Chaudhary used his slime tentacles to grab the smaller cannons of KV 80 and break them. Then, Chaudhary wrapped his tentacles around KV 80's main cannon and tried to bend it. KV 80 fired his plasma cannon at Chaudhary, but the demon managed to bend the barrel.
Furious, KV 80 pushed Chaudhary aside and rushed toward Polo, crashing into him and dealing critical damage. KV 80 then turned his turret toward Chaudhary and tried to fire, but because the plasma cannon was bent, it eventually backfired and exploded. Just then, the artillery monster of Russia, KV 40, arrived in time. He fired all his artillery cannons at Chaudhary, destroying him. Finally, KV 80 drove his heavy chassis over the body of Polo, crushing him under his massive weight.
Leviathan and JCB launched a combined attack on KV 77. KV 77 countered by firing his plasma cannon at both enemies. JCB attempted to use his backhoe as armor, but the heat of the plasma beam was so intense that it melted a significant part of the machinery. Suddenly, the massive Gustav fired his huge plasma cannon at KV 77. Although KV 77 attempted to retreat, the power of the shot was overwhelming; it hit the ground, causing a massive shockwave that critically damaged both KV 77 and JCB.
As Leviathan rushed toward the weakened KV 77, KV Dora attacked from behind, dealing massive damage to the demon. KV Dora then turned his fire toward JCB. JCB tried to use his backhoe as armour again, but this time, the machinery was completely destroyed. KV Dora asked, "KV 77, are you okay?" KV 77 replied sharply, "I am not okay! Can't you see my front body was destroyed by Gustav's attack?"
Understanding the gravity of the situation, KV Dora focused his fire on JCB, killing him with three precise shots. Leviathan was furious and prepared to strike, but KV 69 appeared from behind and unleashed all his cannons. In response, Leviathan ordered the Metallic Dragon to attack. The dragon swooped down and destroyed the first huge cannon of KV 69. Infuriated, KV 69 rained fire upon Leviathan, dealing critical damage. Finally, KV Dora and the injured KV 77 attacked Leviathan at once, successfully destroying him. However, the victory was short-lived; the two floating spaceships fired a massive plasma beam at KV 69, obliterating his back body and leaving him severely injured.
Techno Demon attacked KV 90 and KV 99, but the two KV Champions fired all their cannons, dealing severe damage to the demon. However, Techno Demon used his skeletal powers to summon massive spikes from the ground. These spikes ripped through KV 90's body and chassis, rendering it useless as they impaled the tank from the inside and held KV 90 fifteen meters above the ground.
Seeing his friend struggling, KV 99 became furious and fired his plasma cannon with all his power, but the blast was not sufficient to break the spikes. Suddenly, the Metallic Dragon swept in from behind and crashed into KV 99, destroying his back body before flying away. At that moment, the Jagiya spaceship fired a powerful plasma beam, but KV Dynamic acted quickly. He summoned a portal in the path of the beam, diverting the massive energy directly toward Techno Demon and destroying him in seconds.
KV Dynamic centered his focus on Germian. When Germian attacked with his laser sword, KV Dynamic summoned a portal in front of the blade, redirecting the attack back at Germian and dealing critical damage. Furious, Germian sliced off KV Dynamic's head, but he was shocked to see that the Champion did not die; his head simply hovered in the air before reattaching to his body. KV Dynamic then activated his five elemental plates, summoning lightning from the sky. Combining this with the power of the Octagonal Crystal, he fired his plasma cannon. The attack was so intense it killed Germian in just 22 seconds.
Suddenly, Carolus—a prototype of KV Kalis—appeared from behind. As KV Dynamic and Carolus exchanged plasma and laser fire, their beams collided in mid-air. KV Rutherford and KV Kalis arrived to provide backup. Carolus boasted, "You Russians cannot kill me!" but as he distracted himself with the new arrivals, he forgot about KV Dynamic. A massive plasma beam from KV Dynamic struck Carolus in the head, killing him instantly.
However, a powerful blast then hit KV Dynamic from behind, destroying numerous weapons. He turned to see Panzer, a prototype of himself. "You are very powerful; I can feel your power," KV Dynamic admitted. Panzer replied, "You can never kill me." Panzer summoned lightning and harnessed his Hexagonal Crystal to fire, but KV Dynamic used a portal to divert the attack back at him. "We are equally intelligent," Panzer remarked. In a cold voice, KV Dynamic replied, "Wrong. You are dumb for supporting the destroyers of humanity."
Both titans summoned lightning and fired their respective crystals. Their plasma beams collided, making the evening sky glow with a terrifying light. The collision was so immense it temporarily blinded the pilots of the Russian and German helicopters. The energy waves even triggered a sudden rainstorm. Since the Apache and Jagiya aliens were not used to Earth's water, the rain seeped through the damaged hulls of their spaceships, affecting the crews inside.
Amidst this, Gustav fired at KV Dynamic, but the Champion—still locked in combat with Panzer—opened a portal that diverted Gustav's blast into the Apache spaceship. The hit destroyed the spaceship's propellers and throttles, causing it to crash onto the German troops, killing 5,000 soldiers at once.
At that same moment, the Jagiya spaceship fired its five powerful plasma cannons at KV Dynamic. KV Dynamic immediately created a portal, diverting the attack toward Panzer. However, Panzer was just as quick; he summoned his own portal and redirected the energy back at KV Dynamic. The two titans engaged in a rapid-fire loop of redirections—KV Dynamic diverted it again, and Panzer sent it back once more.
Finally, KV Dynamic rediverted the attack toward Panzer one last time. This time, Panzer was a fraction of a second too late. The combined power of five massive plasma cannons struck Panzer with devastating force, nearly destroying him. KV Dynamic seized the opportunity and fired all his cannons at the weakened prototype, finally killing Panzer. However, the Jagiya spaceship followed up with another blast, striking KV Dynamic and destroying a significant portion of his body.
KV Dynamic was heavily injured and damaged when Satan appeared from behind. "So, KV Dynamic," Satan sneered, "you have killed everyone; now I have to kill you." KV Dynamic fired his plasma cannon, but the Protectors' Commander shouted from inside, "KV Dynamic, you are overheating! You should not do this!" KV Dynamic replied grimly, "I have to do this, otherwise Satan will kill me and my friends!"
As KV Dynamic unleashed all his power on Satan, the Commander warned the engineer, "KV Dynamic's body is overheating! The crystals are glowing too bright. If he keeps using all his power, it will overheat the core and damage the machinery, and the power will drain out from the Octagonal Crystal." The engineer replied, "I will handle it! KV Ratte, where are you?"
"I am here," KV Ratte signaled. "I am damaged, but I am fine. I am coming toward KV Dynamic." When Ratte arrived, the engineer explained the plan: "Listen, Ratte! KV Dynamic's core is overheating. Here are the pipe and the pump—throw them into that water reservoir so we can cool him down!"
KV Ratte raced toward the reservoir but was blocked by the German Ratte, who mocked him, "You are going to die!" But KV Ratte shouted over the comms, "Are you ready, KV Electrifier? Come here!" KV Electrifier, who had been undergoing final preparations in Moscow, teleported instantly to the Lithuanian border. "You have to tackle me first, you black German tin box!" Electrifier challenged. Taking the chance, KV Ratte reached the water reservoir and threw the pump inside. He signaled the engineer, "Everything is ready! Start the water pump!" The engineer activated the pump from inside KV Dynamic's body, beginning the cooling process.
Satan shouted at KV Dynamic, "You are very persistent, KV Dynamic!" KV Dynamic replied, "You are a coward! You never fight face-to-face; you always escape when you are about to die. That is not the spirit of a brave warrior!" Satan sneered, "I will never die. If I die, I cannot resurrect my demons—their souls are connected to me. Even a 3D printer cannot bring me back because I am too powerful. I must survive, while you are weak!"
Furious, KV Dynamic harnessed the power of the Octagonal Crystal, summoned lightning, and activated his elemental plates to fire a massive plasma beam. Satan responded with his own beam, while Gustav fired at KV Dynamic from the side. KV Dynamic opened a portal to redirect Gustav's blast at Satan, but Satan mirrored the move, sending it back. In a final maneuver, KV Dynamic diverted the attack toward the Jagiya spaceship, obliterating it. As the flaming wreckage fell toward the Russian troops, KV Dynamic used his remaining strength to open a massive portal, causing the spaceship to crash directly onto Gustav. The resulting explosion destroyed the Gustav, the spaceship, and the surrounding German troops.
With his power fading, KV Dynamic prepared a final shot. The Commander warned, "KV, stop! Using all your power will fry your memory chip!" KV Dynamic answered calmly, "I don't care about this chip. My replica is safe in Moscow with all my memories. Let this body blast, but I will remain alive." He unleashed his full power, destroying half of Satan's body. Barely alive, Satan hissed, "I will return," and teleported to the Demon World. With his last spark of energy, KV Dynamic fired at the Imperial Building 1km away, damaging it significantly before his systems finally switched off. Inside, the Commander yelled to the staff, "The core is critical! Everyone out!" As the crew escaped the overheating hull, KV Rutherford and KV Kalis rushed forward to finish the destruction of the Imperial Building.
Fuelled by rage over the death of their allies and the sacrifice of KV Dynamic, KV Rutherford and KV Kalis charged toward the Imperial Building. Using their plasma and laser cannons, they blasted through the heavy metal doors and stormed inside. They carved a path through the interior, eliminating numerous enemy officers as the Russian ground forces followed close behind to secure the halls.
Deep within the structure, KV Rutherford spotted George, Anto, and Kevin. He immediately fired a lethal plasma shot at them, but just before the beam could strike, the three villains teleported away to Berlin. After two more hours of intense room-to-room fighting, the battle finally ended. The Russian forces stood victorious, and the Imperial Building—the heart of the enemy's power—was officially seized.
The battlefield was a landscape of trauma and tragedy. Everywhere, the charred remains of machinery burned with a low, flickering flame, and the ground was littered with the bodies of fallen soldiers and broken KV Champions. As evening bled into a cold, dark dawn, the rain continued to fall. But this was not normal rain; the water was a deep, haunting red, stained by the carnage of the great war.
Steve, leaning against the cold metal of a damaged tank, looked out over the ruins. His body was injured, and his spirit was heavy with the weight of the loss. In a low, raspy voice, he began to sing:
The sky is red,
The ground is red,
It's filled with blood,
My heart is filled with pain.
I don't know what I am doing,
But I know I am doing a good thing.
It's raining,
Everyone is injured,
Still, we have the courage
To fight for our rights.
We have to save the Earth
From the traitors and invaders of humanity.
I don't know what I am doing,
But I know I am doing good.
The song drifted across the silent, smoky plains of the Lithuanian border. The battle was won, but the war for humanity had only just begun.
The End
