One thousand years ago, humans fought vampires and werewolves's emerging victorious in every so often to the point they were wiped out. Humans specialized in hunting these humanoid monsters therefore retired and the people have been in peace.
Before there were vampires and werewolves, there were legends of knights of slaying dragons, before there were dragons there were the giant trees that reached the clouds, towering high up in the sky here lived pointy eared humanoid creatures known as elves and other cross species called dwarves.
The dragons were all eradicated by the order of the king to all knights, the elves were betrayed by their servant species dwarves and the dwarves sacrificed their numbers to curse the elves becoming rampaging bloodsuckers.
Surviving dwarves happen to drink the water surface of an unknown lake transforming into winged scaly beasts that spew fire, later the towering trees of elves that stood tall were burnt expelling the mana trapped by it to produce more offspring elves to the atmosphere.
Elves hid in the cover, afraid of sunlight began to teach humans becoming rulers of unintelligible humans, creating a civilization for them.
Later the humans found their weakness, they betrayed them, but some blood sucking elves still managed to stay in their position hiding the power they carry.
First they began to issue knights to slay dragons fabricating crimes like dragons stealing gold, dragons kidnapping princesses, dragons buring villages overnight.
Thus the dragons were all killed, their blood used to sate the thirst of blood suckers were used to make them grow stronger, however their weakness still exists, later men wearing silver weapons and crossbows emerged from nowhere, with the ability to transform into a large humanoid wolf on the night of a full moon.
The result was utterly hopeless with the blood sucking formerly elves lost. But the lost of bloodsuckers and dragons were not futile as another disaster struck as the news of so called witches that brought the lands to a catastrophe.
Each generation of humans, a few numbers of women awakened powers that can threaten the entire continent with their power, they have to be dealt with or an event similar to the greatest city, the one with the highest technology to sink to the sea, the said Atlantis.
Later on in the modern world, ghosts appears and kidnapped or torture humans to death, their existence are not known to the outside world because they aren't legitimate to know, only a few people know their existence and are able to see.
Now what if an elf from the first civilization survived and became a vampire, sucked the blood of dragons becoming superhumans enough to destroy a dragon with one punch and manipulate blood precisely than before, now triggering blood from inside a target is now possible like imploding, like heating the blood of the target to the point they will die, triggering the blood across the whole body to explode, using the blood to transform into weapons and directly cut metal like butter.
An elf from the first civilization who survived after the curse, drank the blood of both dragons and werewolves and hid herself in a casket and slept until modern day.
Later met a group of friends and becoming the heroine to become the partner of the MC.
