“F-father…”
I could hear the panic in Abel’s voice.
Collapsed by the bedside, Hades drew a slow breath.
It wasn’t so hard to assume what was going on in his mind as he caught his breath for a long while in a daze.
I could still remember his face when he realized that he was brainwashed. How he lost his cool, and how flustered he was.
Even Hades was not free from fear of dark elementalists with whom he had met for the first time.
When he found out that Abel disappeared without a word, he probably felt like his heart dropped.
It was rather difficult to watch Hades silently catching his breath as though he had almost lost his mind.
“Your Grace…”
“Whew…”
After a few minutes, he seemed to have finally calmed down. He let out a sigh while covering his eyes.
Sitting on the floor looking like a mess was very unlike his usual self, but it was also just like him.
Abel spoke in a teary voice and with a worried face, “S-sorry.”
“Just, why…”
