Chapter 203 - Blood Oath

Part 2: Blood Oath

The night shattered completely.

Gunfire roared without pause.

Snow no longer white—

But stained.

Red.

Battlefield — Outside the Villa

Men fell.

Shouts echoed.

Chaos ruled.

Lucas moved like a shadow.

Precise.

Deadly.

One shot.

One man down.

Another.

Gone.

"Left side!"

He shouted.

Damian's men responded instantly.

Formation tightening.

They weren't just fighting—

They were controlling the war.

Ethan & Amelia

Ethan dragged Amelia behind cover.

A shattered wall shielding them.

"Stay here."

"No."

He turned sharply.

"What?"

She looked at him.

Determined.

"I'm not hiding again."

A pause.

"You don't need to fight."

"I do."

Her voice didn't shake.

"…This ends because of me, remember?"

Ethan stared at her.

Then exhaled slowly.

"…Stay close."

A small nod.

That was enough.

Damian vs Azrel — Round Two

They moved faster now.

No hesitation.

No mercy.

Damian's fist connected—

Azrel blocked—

Countered—

Impact after impact.

Their movements blurred.

Like two forces colliding.

Azrel smirked through the fight.

"…You're stronger than I thought."

Damian didn't respond.

Another strike.

Harder.

"…But still not enough."

That was when Damian grabbed him—

Slamming him against a car.

Metal dented instantly.

His voice dropped.

"You talk too much."

Azrel laughed.

Even as blood ran down his face.

"…And you fight like you have something to lose."

That line—

Hit differently.

Because it was true.

Damian's grip tightened.

"I do."

A pause.

"And that's why you'll lose."

He struck again.

This time—

Azrel staggered back harder.

For the first time—

He felt it.

The difference.

The Shift in Power

Azrel wiped his mouth slowly.

His smile faded.

"…You've changed."

Damian's eyes darkened.

"I evolved."

A pause.

"You stayed the same."

That hit deeper than any punch.

Because Azrel knew—

There was truth in it.

Ethan Steps In

A gunshot rang out.

One of Azrel's men aimed at Damian—

But before he could fire again—

Ethan shot him down.

"Watch your back!"

Damian didn't turn.

"…I know."

But that moment—

Distraction.

Azrel took advantage.

A sudden strike.

Damian took the hit.

Stepped back slightly.

Blood at the corner of his lips now.

The fight wasn't one-sided.

Not at all.

Amelia's Move

Amelia watched everything.

Her heart pounding.

Then—

She saw it.

An opening.

Azrel slightly exposed.

Her hand moved.

She picked up a gun.

Raised it.

Aimed.

Her hands trembled slightly.

But her eyes—

Steady.

"…This ends."

She pulled the trigger.

Final Scene — The Hit 💥

The bullet cut through the air.

Fast.

Precise.

And—

It hit.

Azrel froze.

Just for a second.

Blood spread slowly.

His body staggered back.

Damian stopped.

Watching.

Everyone did.

Silence fell—

Right in the middle of chaos.

Azrel looked down at the wound.

Then up.

At Amelia.

A strange smile touched his lips.

"…So…"

A breath.

"…the little key… bites back."

But something was wrong.

He didn't fall.

He was still standing.

Still smiling.

And that—

Was more dangerous than anything.

To be continued…
