Synopsis
Seventeen-year-old Ethan has always been a daydreamer—failing exams, tripping over stairs, and imagining himself as a hero in impossible gunfights. But one morning, he wakes up to find his wallet mysteriously empty… replaced with a folded ticket granting him entry to a prestigious assassin school in Tokyo. Convinced that someone powerful saw potential in him, Ethan jumps headfirst into a world of high-stakes missions, chaotic systems, and international students—where abilities are granted randomly, and no day is ever predictable. At school, chaos reigns. Students wield absurd systems—like detecting perfume brands or locating snacks—while trying to survive alongside prodigies who treat life-and-death situations like a game. Missions meant as training exercises often spiral into full-blown disasters, forcing Ethan to scramble to keep up while learning the basics of his ammo-reloading system. And somewhere in the shadows, a mysterious figure moves through the world on their own terms: calm, composed, and polite to anyone who meets them… yet utterly chaotic in action. Wallets disappear, enemies vanish in impossible ways, and life-threatening situations are handled with casual, almost absurd efficiency. Ethan’s first year becomes a whirlwind of life-threatening missions, hilarious misadventures, and lessons in both survival and chaos—while he wonders if he truly has what it takes to navigate a world where luck, skill, and the unpredictable might be the only things keeping him alive.

Chapter 1 - Ch:-01. Overslept

Bang. Bang. Bang.

Gunshots tore through the hallway. Footsteps thundered from behind. Bullets sliced past at close range, forcing the team back under relentless pressure.

"They are attacking from behind!" Eliza shouted. Blood ran down her arm—injured, but still standing.

A grenade rolled to THE LEADER's feet. Without hesitation, he kicked it out the window.

BOOM.

The blast shattered the glass. Fragments scattered across the floor.

THE LEADER's hand trembled—not from fear, but excitement.

Three men advanced from the front, rifles raised, dressed in black combat gear. Behind him, four more enemies stayed in cover, firing relentlessly, tightening the space around his team.

"We are cooked," David said, spraying bullets wildly at the advancing shooters.

Marco said nothing. His breathing was heavy. The calm in his eyes had faded, replaced by quiet acceptance. His shots missed.

Sensing the opening, two enemies from the front pushed forward while the third laid down cover fire. Their bullets whistled past THE LEADER's ear as they closed the distance.

From behind, a smoke grenade landed.

Smoke spread fast.

David fired blindly into it. A lucky shot hit one of the enemies, forcing the others to fall back for a moment.

THE LEADER stood up.

"I am sorry for hiding this. I was merely holding back, and it was a bad thing for you. I am here to keep you all safe."

"What does he mean?" David muttered, teeth clenched.

"What are you doing?" Eliza asked, confusion mixed with a faint hope.

Marco just watched him, waiting.

THE LEADER's hand moved to the Raven .45 at his waist.

"He is gonna do it."

"The legendary shooter."

"They say he never missed."

THE LEADER smirked. "Hell yeah, kids. Watch and learn."

The two men in front opened fire with their MP5s.

THE LEADER moved forward instead of back.

He slipped between their lines of fire, closed the distance in a step, and drove his gun into the first enemy at point-blank range.

A shot.

The man dropped instantly.

"Is… he dodging bullets?"

"He took down the first one!"

"He is using him as cover!"

Gunfire erupted from behind. THE LEADER pulled the body in front of him, shielding himself as bullets struck it.

He leaned out just enough.

Bang. Bang.

Two precise shots.

Two enemies from the front collapsed, holes clean between their eyes.

Hesitation.

That was all he needed.

THE LEADER hurled his pistol backward without looking.

One of the enemies behind stared as the weapon spun toward him—

Before it could hit, a shot rang out.

THE LEADER had already drawn his second pistol.

His bullet struck the flying gun, knocking it upward into the air.

In the same motion, he moved—stepping, then jumping—his hand catching the falling pistol mid-air.

BANG. BANG.

By the time his feet touched the ground, the remaining enemies were already falling.

Silence.

Bodies hit the floor.

Every shot placed perfectly between the eyes.

"He is amazing," Eliza said, leaping into THE LEADER's arms, kissing him. "Oh my THE LEADER, I LOVE YOUUUUUUUUU💕💕💕💕"

Marco dropped to his knees in respect. bowing with ultimate Respect

David stood frozen—caught between fear and awe. He salutes

"I will always keep my team safe. I am the strongest. Don't worry."

An alarm rang.

"Wake up, you have the entrance exam!" his mother calls from downstairs.

His eyes opened and he checked the alarm clock

Time:-8:30 am

"Shit, exam's at 9:00" he stood up, gathered his jacket , hat and bag pack.

He quickly went to washroom to wash his face. His slim face , short hair needs no comb. He did quick gargle and he was ready to leave.

He opened the door of his room, Ran through hallway and jumped all the way off the stairs

Thud—bump, bump—crash.

"Did you fell off stairs again, Ethan?" His mother, Rosary calls out from kitchen, she walks out from kitchen to check on him.

He sat up instantly, eyes watering. "i didn't fell... just a ride down the stairs "

Ethan didn't had time to cry, nor to eat breakfast. He picked up his backpack and ran out of home. He was hopping like kangaroo since his back was screaming in agony.

Rosary sighs "he wants to become assasin like his father. But he always fails to even attend exam."

At the exam centre. Ethan reached the gate and as soon as a smile appeared on his face, security guard shut the door on his face.

Clang
