Author here, I see that you've clicked on my novel. I've been working on this for quite a long time and would love for you to enjoy my work. I tried my best to include immersive storytelling in the plot and story.
Let me emphasize the point that I'm still currently a rather newbie author, of course I have tons of big ideas for this story, but I do understand I might not be nearly skilled enough to express these in writing. So if you are reading this and feeling helpful, I would certainly love for you to leave a comment or two, give some feedback through paragraph comments and reviews, especially if you did not find the novel engaging enough. I would love to improve my work and would most definitely be open to whatever you guys, my readers, have to say.
Okay then, about the story itself. Compared to its previous iteration on scribblehub and the even older version on RoyalRoad, I've tried my best to improve on the elements I've found 'bad' and 'dumb', per se. And since then, I've learned quite a bit, one of which is that the old version of Destined Reincarnation, or 'Ordered Reincarnation' is quite slow. So after some consideration and comments from friends and readers, I've decided to speed it up, condensing a lot of the slow life into a few chapters (Even still, there was a little too much so the pacing is still considerably slower than your brainrot system novels out there).
The novel had been inspired by many works, the big ones, namely, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, Lord of the Mysteries, and I also found myself incorporating parts of the Elden Ring power system and dense style of storytelling into my own. And no, I didn't rip anything off from any of the authors; this is all original work by me and myself, and I seriously love them all, not in any weird way, of course. I mainly took tropes from the stories and smudged them with my own imagination to create this brand new world of magic and fantasy.
And for your context, this novel is not a power fantasy, far from it. Don't expect to like the main character at all for the first few volumes. Hopefully, I can immerse everyone here long enough for my guy to grow into a decent human being.
