A new Star form when gas and dust together being to contract under the force of gravity producing heat . As the gas and dust mask shrink , the temperature at the center of the mass incerses. The temperature at the center become so high that the themonucler reactions being to occur producing energy. This energy causes the mass of gas and dust to shine as a star.
