As the car parked right infront of the huge mansion the guards opened the door and Alex got out of the car after telling Ava to wait.
He went to her side and opened her side of the door amusing Ava.
"Here you go my lady". Alex said
Ava got out of the car dumbstruck due to his sudden gesture and the name he suddenly gave her.
"Well , thankyou". Ava said.
"Let's get inside " Alex said as he handed over the keys to one of the guards standing beside him.
As the two of them entered Chloe appeared infront of them standing on the stairs wearing yellow sundress , her 5 months old baby bump in view which melted Ava's heart .
She quickly descended the stairs and gave a tight comforting longing hug to Ava.
Ava left no second in reciprocating the same.
Seeing the both in such a manner softened Alex's eye which got unnoticed by the two women.
"I can't even tell you how much I missed you all these years and finally we're able to be together again". Chloe said while a tear slipped one of her eyes which melted Ava's heart.
"I missed you too". Ava said.
"Well I suppose your sister is tired from the 4 hour car ride which though I drove but still the passenger princess slept like an sloathbear without even waking up for a second so I believe she has still some remaining sleep and we should respect that". Alex said with a smirk on his face .
Ava quickly faced him and said " excuse me ? I am offended by whatever you just said and may I remind you that I am a doctor and my life is pretty well hectic and even an hour of sleep is luxury to us.
Alex shrugged his shoulders and said " okay okay don't be offended. Let me leave you both to have a great reunion conversation while I take care of my business ". Alex after saying this walked away after giving a forehead kiss to Chloe and a weirdly soft look to Ava.
Ava stood their confused by his attitude towards her and she remembers in her sisters wedding how he brutally ignored and insulted her cousin Julie for constantly clinging to him saying she is invading his privacy and dirtying his expensive suit.
Julie couldn't contain this embarassed and walked away but still remain adamant by acting like a stalker during the entire wedding ceremony and even asked Chloe to set her up with Alex.
