He wasn't sure how Wi Hajoon had decided to let go of Su Iseul after crushing on him for all those years. Rim Young couldn't do it. He could preach about wanting Wi Hajoon to be more rational and not chase after someone he had no chance with, but he couldn't seem to apply that advice to himself. It was easy to tell someone else to let go when he wasn't the one who had to tear himself away from the person he loved.
It didn't matter, though. He had already known this would be the outcome from the moment he decided to leave his house to become Wi Hajoon's Guide. He had known that he would eventually have to leave, and he had known that staying any longer would only make it harder. No matter how painful it became, this was still the choice he had made for himself.
