Rim Young panicked and instantly tried to get away from him, but Wi Hajoon was one step quicker. He grabbed Rim Young by the elbow before he could get far, his fingers wrapping firmly around him. The eyes that had been cloudy and unfocused just a moment ago suddenly glinted with a strange sparkle as he stared at Rim Young.
"You weren't... sleeping?"
He still hoped Wi Hajoon hadn't heard him and tried to act calm, but Wi Hajoon's eyes were too different. Even his expression was completely different from what Rim Young was used to seeing. It was almost as if Wi Hajoon was overjoyed. The feeling was written all over his face even though he wasn't smiling, his eyes shining as he continued to stare at Rim Young as if he had just heard something he had been desperately waiting for.
Wi Hajoon didn't answer; he just continued staring at him with sparkles bursting in his eyes with barely contained happiness.
"Hajoon... if you're awake, then let's go. I will take you home."
