CHAPTER 1
In a distant universe known as IMC, on planet Hayma, the home of the Phoenicians of the Phoenix Empire. A great tragedy has befallen them; the planet, once beautiful, now has thick clouds of smoke covering it.
The planet was covered in flames, corpses lay everywhere, blood painted the ground red, and screams of people flooded the atmosphere.
At the palace, the King, King Phon, watched helplessly as his kingdom fell. There was nothing he could do; all his efforts to prevent the calamity had failed. He takes hold of a little lockbox and opens it. In it are three glowing emeralds. His Army Commander rushes in.
Goes down on one knee and bows, "My king".
"There is nothing else to do, my king; the other kingdoms have been destroyed. Only a few survivors are left."
"Rise", said the king, "Over the thousands of years of my life, I never expected everything to end like this. A mad god with no reason." He sighs deeply and watches the emerald.
"I pray these make it. Go forth into the multiverse and choose whom you deem worthy to carry our legacy, even in our death, may we be remembered".
The emeralds rise slowly, then shoot into the sky. The king and his commander stand at the royal balcony as they watch the destruction.
Suddenly, there is a great silence, and a chill spreads across the whole planet. There is a low-pitched growl, which causes the remaining survivors to look around in fear.
It sounds as if two planets were rubbing against each other. The sky seemed to be tearing, revealing the cosmos, and there they all saw a great beast. It looked like a dragon hybrid; it had four red eyes, and it had six diamonds on its chest (White, Black, Gold, Green, Blue, and Red).
"The Alphar?" the King said, his voice trembling. "We were really doomed from the start".
The Commander looked at the sky, "My king…."
There is a sudden chill that causes everyone to shake. Still staring at the disfigured sky, they see the beast form a purple ball of spirit energy. Everyone on the planet watched in fear; they couldn't move or scream, they stood there helplessly awaiting their end. The ball of energy hits the planet, causing the destruction of the planet nothing was left.
On earth, in the Akigarah forest (this is a fictional forest located in Villins Ville, which is a fictional country), a family of four walks along the forest trail. They get to a river and decide to break for a little while. Mr. Kaido looks in the distance, and he sees a storm forming up ahead.
"Strange," he said to himself. "The weather was supposed to be clear all day."
"You can't rely too much on the weather forecast", his wife said.
"Alright, everyone, let's head back to the forest camp", he said as puts his backpack on.
The elder son groaned. "Aww, but we just got here".
"C'mon, besides the camp is like forty-five minutes away from here," he added.
The family begins their journey back to the camp. As they were moving, a gush of wind blew through the forest, sending dust into the sky. Mr. Kaido tells everyone to keep close, as if it were a glitch; they get separated, and the dust makes vision poor. They called each other out.
A mist began to form, the elder son was struck in the head by a red light, and the younger one was struck in the chest by another red light.
Hours later, the mother sits by her younger son. She leans towards him as he begins to wake up. He tries to sit up but feels sharp pain, which makes him scream and lie back again. His mother rubs her hand on his forehead, comforting him.
"Shh, take it easy", she said calmly. "Lie down for a while."
The kid looks at his chest and sees a diamond in it, glowing red. He tells his mom it hurts while tears flow down his face. Suddenly, her husband shouted her name, saying he had found the elder son in the garden. She tells her younger child to stay in bed, but she will be back, she smiles and leaves.
In the garden, the elder son stood facing a tree, dark energy around him, his eyes black as night with a red diamond glowing faintly on his forehead. Blood drips, a dark figure holding a lifeless body in the air with a sword. Mrs. Kaido appeared at the entrance of the garden. The figure dropped the lifeless body, which was the body of Mr. Kaido.
"Well, Apenxy, oh wait, you go by Mrs. Kaido now isn't you?" The figure walks slowly towards her.
"Never thought I would see the face of my beloved wife again."
"How are you still alive?" Her eyes narrow in seriousness.
"You should know who I am already, don't tell me you being here has dulled your senses".
He shakes blood off his sword.
"Don't get all grumpy, just came for my son so we can have a little bit of father and son time with his real father." He smiled.
"I will not allow that as long as I live." A sword appears in her hand.
"Ahh! You still got that fire in you, but look around you, plus I can sense most of your power is gone, let me guess, you did something you were not supposed to, or you miscalculated something crucial," he said with an evil grin.
Apenxy gathers white energy, the scene changed slowly from the garden to a red colored desert like eco-system. With big masses of land in the sky, a part of the ground had severe cracks with bones scattered, and it looked like it once contained water.
She transformed into her Angelic form. She had a spiky gold halo above her head, little orbs like thing (these are universes) moved around her head covering her eyes, she had a black, tight, long dress with a double split, her wings were made of white energy.
She points her sword at him, "I will not let you take him away from him, Xenon."
"Fine by me," he shrugged his shoulders.
Both fighters dash towards each other. In the distance stood a motionless child, their child. The clash of their swords causes a shockwave, which sends red dust into the sky. They draw back.
Apenxy swings her sword at Xenon, releasing white energy in the process. Xenon gets out of the way before the attack could reach him. He appears behind her and swings his sword. Apenxy blocks the attack in time with her sword, but the shockwave created by the impact sends her flying.
Xenon dashes towards her and launches another attack at her. She blocks it but is sent straight into the ground, creating a huge crater. He looked down, waiting for the smoke to clear. Apenxy dashes towards him with her sword before her. Xenon just moves a little to his right, catches the sword, and slashes her hand off.
"I don't know what you did to be this weak."
Grabs her by her wings and tossed her before the child.
"Xereth..."
Her voice was faint and weak, slowly crawling towards him.
Xenon steps on her back and grabs both of her wings,
"How low you've become. Don't worry, I will avenge you, I will make sure whoever did this pays".
He pulls the wings out with his might. Apenxy screamed in pain, blood gushing out of her back. The wings disappear after they've been pulled out.
"Well, it's time for me to go; I have to complete my resurrection."
He entered the body of Xereth and disappeared.
Apenxy appeared in the garden, her little child rushed towards her, he looked horrified and scared as he saw her covered in blood.
"C…Come, my child", she stretches her hands.
The boy kneels close to the mother with tears in his eyes.
"Shh, don't cry, my child."
She wipes the tears with her bloody hands.
"I want you to stay strong for me Nemisis"
"...where is Xereth, and...and dad is not waking up."
"I want you to have this."
She gives him a golden chain with an angelic figure carved from diamond.
"Promise me when you are old enough, you will bring your brother back. I know you don't understand it now, but promise me."
"I promise mom" he held her hands tightly.
Apenxy smiled.
"My little…"
Her head tilts. She glows, then slowly disintegrates into the air, Nemisis cries.
