Chapter 2 - Season 2 | Volume 2: The Glitch in Divinity

Chapter 1: The Sovereign's Secret

The "Morning After" in the Sanctuary was beautiful, but for Tiān Yuán, it was a countdown. Inside the Sovereign's Private Chambers, the atmosphere was thick with the scent of medicinal herbs and primordial incense. Mo Yue and Li Lian sat on either side of him, their faces pale. The black streak on Tiān Yuán's arm hadn't just grown; it was starting to pulse with a dark, rhythmic light.

"It's called the Omnarch's Decay," Tiān Yuán began, his voice surprisingly calm for a man whose body was melting. "The Benefit is simple: because my physical form is breaking down, the 'wall' between me and the Absolute Laws of the Omniverse is gone. I don't just use the Laws anymore; I am the Law. At any moment, I can reach Level 10 (The Boundless Zero) for a few seconds. In those seconds, I could delete a thousand multiverses with a blink."

Both wives gasped. But the Cost was the real kicker. "Every time I touch that power, a piece of my 'Concept' is erased. My memories, my physical presence... eventually, the Multiverse will 'fix' itself by making sure I never existed. You two, and our son, would forget my face, my name, and even the fact that you ever loved me."

Chapter 2: The Wives' Forbidden Pact

Mo Yue, the ancient Empress, and Li Lian, the modern Goddess, looked at each other. There was no rivalry here—only a shared mission to save the man who had twice saved the world.

"We won't let the Multiverse forget you," Mo Yue said, her silver hair shimmering with a dangerous light. She proposed a "Dual-Anchor" plan. Using Li Lian's Modern Scientific Cultivation and Mo Yue's Ancient Life Essence, they would create a Life-Binding Web. They would literally "upload" Tiān Yuán's concept into their own souls. As long as they lived, the Multiverse couldn't erase him. It was a gamble—if he died, they would be erased with him—but they didn't hesitate. They began the ritual, merging their auras into his decaying arm to stabilize the black rot.

Chapter 3: The Suicide Scout

While the Sovereign was distracted by his illness, the Outer Void Lords made their move. They weren't stupid; they knew the "Masked Man" was too quiet. They sent a Suicide Scout—a Level 3 Overlord whose only job was to touch the Sanctuary's walls and report back on the "Atmospheric Density."

The Overlord arrived at the border of the Sector of Sunless Graves. It began to tear at the spatial fabric, seeking a weak point. The Dragon King's remaining generals tried to stop it, but the Overlord was moving at Conceptual Speed. It was inches away from the Sanctuary's outer barrier when a shadow appeared.

Chapter 4: The Burst of the Broken God

Tiān Yuán didn't even leave his chambers. He closed his eyes. In that moment, he allowed the Decay to take another inch of his skin. He tapped into that "Forbidden Level 10" burst for a millisecond.

Across the Multiverse, the Suicide Scout didn't just die. It was Undone. The time it had spent in the sector was reversed, its body was turned into pure data, and then deleted from the history of the Void. The other Void Lords, watching from their dark thrones, felt a chill that froze their very souls. They didn't see a "Wounded Lion"; they saw a Glitched God who was now unpredictable and infinitely more dangerous.

Chapter 5: The Fortress of Billions

To cover the fact that he was nearly paralyzed by the backlash of that move, Tiān Yuán activated the Infinite Clone Protocol to its maximum. Inside his mind, the billions of clones began to chant a "Sovereign Mantra." They weren't just cultivating; they were building a Mental Great Wall.

This wall was designed to block any "Deletion" signals from the Multiverse. He integrated this wall into Tiān Chuàng's mind as well, giving his son a "System-Level" defense without the son even knowing his father was sick. The volume ends with Tiān Yuán coughing up a drop of golden-black blood. He looked at his wives and smiled a tired, weary smile. "The wall is ready. Now, we hunt the remaining shards before I run out of 'Me' to give."
