Christopher was stunned. He didn't expect his father to know about his relationship with Janice.
However, he was not surprised when he thought of Nathan's controlling nature. So he said, "Since you are already aware, there's no need to ask."
"Whether I know or not is one thing, but to think you went to her father's birthday party and caused a scene. What can you possibly gain from getting involved with such a family?"
