Eyeless didn't even know what was going on. Not even Isolde understood exactly what she had done.
It was the first time she was using her Blessing, and the sensation was unlike anything she had ever felt.
It felt like her body was being decomposed and then recomposed in order to enter the realm she wanted to reach.
But it was not easy to enter the Gate of a god without the permission of that god itself. Yet Isolde could bypass that permission thanks to her Blessing.
However, the very fact that she was bringing another person with her into that realm meant that she needed to make sure that person also entered without permission.
That was when Isolde understood the very first consequence of her Blessing: when she brought someone into another realm, she would need to bear the existence of that someone, as she was the Guide herself.
