Chapter 31 - Chapter 31: Vanishing Strike

The crushing pressure pressed down on Lira, bending the very air around her.

Her chest burned, every muscle screaming in protest, yet her eyes glimmered with determination—and something darker, sharper, and unstoppable.

---

With a sudden roar, Lira leaped.

Her body blurred, faster than thought, faster than the wind itself.

The Mythril shards at her feet seemed to quiver as if aware of the coming storm.

---

Shota's eyes widened.

"…What?!" he shouted, but it was already too late.

Lira's fist connected.

---

The impact was unlike anything the world had ever seen.

Shota's body began to distort under the force.

The magical pressure he wielded, the aura that had crushed mountains, the power that had shattered her gauntlets—none of it could withstand her strike.

---

Piece by piece, limb by limb, his form began to unravel.

Air and energy itself seemed to swallow him.

Purple energy radiated from Lira's fists, bending space and tearing at reality.

---

Kael and Prince Eldarin stumbled backward, mouths agape.

"…He's… disappearing…" Kael whispered, barely able to comprehend the sight.

Prince Eldarin's sword hand shook. "…I… I've never seen anything like this…"

---

Shota's voice echoed, distorted and fading, like wind through a collapsing canyon:

"Impossible… how… how can—"

---

And then… nothing.

The purple light dimmed. The air stilled.

Shota was gone. Not dead in the normal sense, but erased, unravelled, as if he had never existed at all.

---

Lira landed softly, chest heaving.

Her fists glowed faintly, residual energy still dancing along her skin.

"…Good," she muttered, a small, wicked smile tugging at her lips.

"…Fun. Very… fun."

---

Kael knelt, head spinning. "…She… she just erased him…"

Prince Eldarin swallowed hard. "…And without her gauntlets… she didn't even need them…"

---

The Dwarven Kingdom trembled in the aftermath, the echoes of her strike still vibrating through stone, metal, and air.

And all who witnessed it knew one terrifying truth:

Lira was beyond reckoning.
