TCS and HCL are same in almost all key pointers. You will take 5 more years in TCS to comeup to the package HCL has offered you.
Moreover in TCS if you have 24.5 LPA, then you possibly would be associate/Assistant consultant (c3b/c3a), however if HCL offers you 32 LPA you would nothing less than a consultant or even higher band.
And moreover, even if CTC are same then also HCL's take-home salary is higher than what TCS credits to your account by the end of the day.

Thanks for reading, and Join HCL without giving it a blink and don't even try and negotiate with TCS on this ask, as they will not entertain you on this point. (my personal experience)
Also if you join TCS and happen to resign and put them offer to match, then also they will fall apart and if you want on-site they will be like — "onsite bhej denge but salary nhi badhayenge"
And on site people tend to save around 2–3 lakh per month.
