As they all boarded the bus to go back to school, the conversations started again.
" Even though all that stuff happened, I'm getting really excited!" Kirishima grinned.
" If we put on a good show and stand out, we'll have taken the first step to becoming a pro!
" Sero joined in.
" It was worth coming to U.A.!" Sato commented with a determined expression.
"We will only receive a few chances.
We cannot afford to miss this bright opportunity on our dark lives " Tokoyami said seriously, crossing his arms.
" I am going to stand out at the sports festival!! Alien princess to the rescue!!!! " Mina exclaimed already imagining herself recieving the gold medal.
" Oh dear, what will I do?
I stand out just by standing still, so the scouts won't be able to stop looking at me, right?" Aoyama winked at Koda who sat beside him while flexing his sparkly belt.
Akira's eyes narrowed on him for a fraction of second before coming back to normal.
" Oh? Don't get ahead of yourself sparkly boy~ I will be the only person everyone would be watching.
And I would probably be the only person who would watch your sparkles.....if they are significant enough that is. " Akira smirked at him
" Then I will make my most magnificent sparkles shine for you Mademoiselle~" He winked not catching the underlying meaning.
" Entertain me. " She smirked as she leaned on Momo beside her as she draped an arm around that girl.
" Gladly ~" Aoyama mock bowed as he blinked furiously to show his sparkling eyes.
"You're lucky, Shouji.
Your brawn stands out on its own." Kaminari said as he turned towards Shouji.
"There's no point if I cannot show them my usefulness." The multi limbed boy replied as he looked at the blonde.
" I think you'll stand out, too. " Jiro grinned as she looked at Denki.
" I can't understand whether you're complementing me or throwing shade. " Denki looked at her suspiciously.
" Oh~ You are atleast smart enough to understand the sarcasm. Good job sparkles. You are now promoted to IQ level of 1 from zero" Akira laughed enjoying it a little too much.
Her comment immediately started multiple laughs in the bus.
"Everyone's so into it." Midoriya commented from the back as he looked at the chaos that played infront of him.
" You're not?" Iida questioned as he continued. "We have enrolled here to become heroes, so of course we would get fired up!"
"Iida chan, you have a unique way of getting fired up. It's weird." Tsuyu commented to herself.
"Midoriya kun, don't you feel the same?" The engine boy asked.
"Of course I do.But something's…" Midoriya was about to say something when he was cut off by Uraraka turning to them after being silent the whole time.
" Deku kun, Iida Kun.. " She looked at them with fists clenched infront of her and a strange expression of determination on her face.
"Huh?" The two boys looked at her .
" Let's do our best at the sports festival." She pumped her fists.
" U-Uraraka sab, your face…! It's…" Midoriya sweated looking at her expression.
"What's the matter?" Mina joined in and looked at Uraraka's face.
" I'm gonna do my best!" She turned to Mina.
" Ochako chan...You don't look carefree at all, even though that's what your name means." Mina comments deeply disturbed by Ochako's expression.
" I'm gonna do my best!" She turns towards the others.
"Yeah…"
Tokoyami,Sero and Sato replied, mildly disturbed.
"What's wrong?Your personality's all over the place." Kirishima asked as he saw her face.
" Everyone, I'm gonna do my best!" She exclaimed loudly catching all attention.
" Absolutely babygirl! " Akira joined her. ' Afterall, I need to catch the eye of a zombie man' She thought internally.
" Yeah!" The rest of the class yelled joining in.
" Keep dreaming!!! I'm gonna fucking win!" Bakugo yelled, more determined than anyone as he glared daggers into Akira.
" Now that I think about it…" Midoriya looked at her properly.
" Everyone, I'm gonna do my best!" She exclaimed again.
" Yes baby. Now breathe. You look like we're sending you to war. Here! Drink some water." Akira tosses a bottle of water she stole from Aizawa's bag to the girl .
Iida caught the bottle as he opened it and offered to her as she breathed in the whole water instantly.
" Thank you both of you! Let's do our best!!" She exclaimed after finishing the bottle.
'I never asked Uraraka san...…' Midoriya finished his thought as he asked, " Uraraka san.....Why did you decide to come to U.A. and become a pro hero?"
